    Blizzard she be ashamed of this. They hire out a 3rd party studio to “polish” what was an incredible game in its time… and make it unplayable. Then they say they will fix it and 2 years later it’s worse than it started.
    Blizzard died when Activision bought them out and the entire staff quit. They only care about cheap cash grabs now.

    I bought Warcraft 3 Reforged solely for the campaign. I played through the original campaign some 20 years ago when it was first released and wanted to re-experience it. The campaign is fun and the updated graphics were nice, but it was very, very buggy. The entire game kept crashing what felt like every other mission, and I needed to continuously "save" my progress every couple minutes inI bought Warcraft 3 Reforged solely for the campaign. I played through the original campaign some 20 years ago when it was first released and wanted to re-experience it. The campaign is fun and the updated graphics were nice, but it was very, very buggy. The entire game kept crashing what felt like every other mission, and I needed to continuously "save" my progress every couple minutes in fear of my game crashing. Shame on you Blizzard for releasing such an unpolished game plagued with errors.… Expand

    Wracraft III: Refunded is probably the best way to describe this title. Fake promises and in the end the graphics is just weirdly ugly, weird UI. They broken what was good and didnt fix what needed a fix.

    False advertising, promised features are not in game. There is no new cutscenes and the stratholme cutscene shown on the website, as well as in other promo materials doesn't exist. It's an 18 year old game on 18 year old engine with new models imported and replaced. There are new textures too and that's about it. Game barely works, (i can't currently get past 4th mission in human campaign,False advertising, promised features are not in game.     New models look cool, but the animations are horrible. The game works in 60fps, but the units move in 30fps or even less and there is stuttering as they move. Blizzard also removed multiple animations from multiple units, so for example when in original, an unit had two or three different attack animations, now they only have one single swing.

    Not enough they released unfinished product that's in the worse state than beta. They also managed to run the original game by merging the two games on all players. Therefore now people who don't even own reforged, will have their original game modified with reforged files, which means they will also lose animations etc from the original game they bought 18 years ago.

    This is the biggest scam in the gaming history, it's worse than Fallout 76.
    Do not buy this game, you have been warned.

Chat over lobby, all channels in one window including lobby chat. You need scroll down window to check map info... You cant fast change your lobby slot. No clans, old account friend list disappeared. When Reforged was announced I was somewhat intrigued at the prospect of seeing Warcraft 3 brought back with modern technology, it wasn't necessary but cool I thought, nice to see them giving WC 3 the love it deserves. All interest in this remaster or remake, I don't even know what it's supposed to be, was lost when I saw screenshots, which in my opinion looked bland/washedLost for words. No loss for me, I'd just be able to continue playing the original version, or so I thought.

    Release day comes out of the blue (I hadn't followed Reforge's development as it was off my radar entirely) the week I (and a mate) planned to revisit this game again and the day before I chose to install it again, I was miffed out at the ridiculous bloat (26gb) for such an old game but whatever, fine, finish the download and launch the game to see this stuttery opening cinematic, okay this ain't right, click start a new campaign to see what else has been changed which was followed by another stuttery mess of a cinematic, which I skipped and was now in-game. The game now completely freezes every 20 seconds or so and my units teleport when the +-1 second freeze subsides (my PC is capable of running the latest games at 2k resolution perfectly for reference so it's not a hardware issue, why I felt it necessary to disclose this for an ancient game, I'm not really sure). Reading through other posts, I see that plenty of other forced changes have made their way into this game which I STRONGLY disagree with.

    My luck that this update drops the week an old mate of mine and I were planning on revisiting WC 3, as we were going through old RTS games we played together back in the day. I'm giving this a 0 because I never asked for this, I didn't expect this to merge with the original game I paid for almost 20 years ago, rendering my legal copy I've had since I were a kid (Nearly 30 now) completely useless to me. I've seen a lot of bull in this industry but this is one of the most unethical/painful things I've witnessed from it yet, so I created this account to express my discontent with Blizzard and Activision, the former being one of my childhood heroes.

    I pray that they make the original version stand-alone, like it should be and for people that bought Reforged, I hope that they iron out all the issues you're having too. Disgusting.    … Expand

    They ruined the old version too and forced it on us all. Say goodbye to that game you bought 18 years ago, you now have to install a 30gb update which changes it and makes it worse.

    I was excited for this game to come out! I loved Warcraft 3 ROC and TFT. They were still fun to play even 15 years later. This remake has butchered the classic game entirely. Promises of remastered content fell completely short. There is no more LAN option. There is no Computer vs AI option. The gameplay shown at Blizz con has changed and in no way reflect what they promoted. In game hotI was excited for this game to come out! I loved Warcraft 3 ROC and TFT. The units do not mimic their voices at all. Movements are sluggish and delayed. Most aspects of the game did not receive an update, such as. Mini map options, some icons, interface options and i am sure more. Have not even gotten to the online stuff yet. But from what I have heard. It's not much better.     It's just a reskin with performance issues, looks extremely cheap. Once again blizzard has proven they are at the bottom when it comes to standards and respecting their customer, 30 euro, for what ? Reforged skin isn't playable, it keeps freezing randomly for sec or two, models look flat. It is a scam, and a theft.

    I didnt even bought this game. I'm an owner of the original Warcraft 3. Have been for more than a decade. Now, all of a sudden, I need to install some fancy launcher and useless files and cant play the game I own for more than a decade the way it has always been for more than a decade. I hate this company.

Terms like "Bait and switch", "mvp (minimally viable product)", "false advertising", and "embarrassing cash grab" would all be appropriate when it comes to describing WC3:R. The game looks visually nowhere like the advertisements still running onI cannot overstate my disappointment with this game. Blizzard is officially gone as we know it, if there was any doubt this ends the debate.     I don't even own this piece of **** but I read the EULA and **** me, this game will tank faster than Anthem. Nobody gives a **** about the campaign, the whole appeal is from costume games, which have by and large been ruined by the fact that everything you do is now owned by these hack frauds who literally haven't made a good game in almost 20 years.

    The EULA is ridiculous and it completely killed the original WC3. The game doesn’t even function properly, anytime I try to play campaign I am brought back to main menu with an instant loss. Single player custom games are gone. This “remaster” is ABSOLUTE TRASH! DUMPSTER

    It is a graphic mod that should be free, not a game.
    Remember when we had great games coming out? Now it is time for lame graphic overhauls, remakes, and nostalgia rides. This is not what was promised. There is no real improvement over the original Warcraft III.

    I started up the prologue campaign, and was immediately booted to a defeat screen. Twice in a row. After restarting, I finally got into a game, and when I pressed the menu button, the screen went dark, no menu appeared, and I was stuck. I had to alt+f4.     Blizzard removed the option of playing versus A.I. for old RoC and TfT users. They forced an upgrade for people who have the old RoC and TfT in their possession. They stole my good old RoC and TfT experience from me! I am not going to buy Reforged and i want a refund for my broken RoC and TfT clients!!

Some of the missing features from the old version, The Frozen Throne, includes: Profiles, stats, ladder, in-game automated tournaments, LAN, etc. Besides that, there are a plethora of bugs and optimization problems.     Warcraft 3 - is a good/perfect game, but reforge is not: low quality texture, freeze, lags ( 1060 TI, Xenon e5, 24 Gb of member), some bags, 2 mission make easier, Silvanas banshi haven`t private voice
    More feature are not added. Blizzard you are Lieeds!
    PS Russian Voice casting is not deserve, Arthas is a worst ever

    Sometimes the old ways are best. Personally for 30$ I'm disappointed with the outcome of this game. If they had delivered a product similar to AoE 2 Definitive Edition I would be giving 5 stars. The fact they deprecated some features from classic wc3 matchmaking is ridiculous.

    What we were promissed:

    - no new cutscenes (maybe they are new but definitely not what was shown on Blizzcon)
    - Blizzard now OFFICIALLY can take any map that you make in their map maker and turn it into their game. Also, now it's impossible to use models that belong to other IPs so we can safely say goodbye to maps like Naruto (which were very popular back in the day), Angel Arena and other cool maps
    - Clunky and strange animations
    - Models are not loaded at all sometimes
    - a game that is a buggy piece of code that can crash whenever it wants
    - cut down social interactions comparing to original WC3.
    - a release date pushed back to January 2020 even though it was promissed to be delivered before the end of 2019.

    Unfortunately, the corporate side has consumed Blizzard and we finally have to face it. I don't understand why we should let them feed us this **** and I strongly recommend for EVERYONE who agrees with me to make a refund. It has to be a wake up call for Blizz. Otherwise we're doomed to have a ****ty D4, OW2 and even worse WoW than we already have.

    Requested refound yesterday but still have open ticket. I want my money back because this is NOT the game what I pre-purchased. Automatic response told me I'm not eligible for refound so I opened manual ticket. Game was not installed yet. Still waiting for response.

    my enitre gaming aspect of childhood was built around polish dubbing of warcraft 3, which was irreversibly removed with a new update. why did they touch classic wc3 and brake it? lag, bad fps, i cant even access campaign, it crashed me to menu. can't even refund a game i bought 12 years ago.

    Should have seen it coming since the patches for Warcraft 3 classic where they broke the custom game maps and random crashes started coming out of nowhere on an otherwise stable game.
    To be honest there isn't anything i can add    This is incredible! After years of gaming i couldn't foresee this disappointment, its the first game i refunded just to send a message, and i feel just empty.

    To be honest there isn't anything i can add that hasn't been said here by other people time and time again, from the bugs and broken custom games and sometimes campaign missions, not updating the sound features at all to the same old cinematics with a "new" tint.The new graphics and models are ok-ish but you cant really escape the bluish tint that is present on all the models.
    I don't even want to talk about it anymore, Blizzard or whatever clearly needs to become another independent company again if there will ever be a chance to see anything made with love and passion like the first clunky but fun games.
    To be frank i would give it a 5 or 6 but the lies,bugs and the whole "giving back to the community" idea just makes me want to bury this and forget it ever happened.    … Expand

Tentei todas as configs e nada. Vi as reclamações e tô muito triste com o rumo que a Blizzard tem dado aos jogos.     Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.
