    This is the only game I have ever bothered to review. If you read "Thwompthing" and his score of 10... Ignore it. The cinematics are slightly better, and the in game graphics are improved but not drastically so. The main menu and UI in general are also pretty poor.

    The game is glitchy, buggy and honestly isn't worth the time it takes to install. Yes there is obviously the nostalgia    This is the only game I have ever bothered to review.     Yes there is obviously the nostalgia factor at work here. I mean DOTA was the greatest thing to come from the multiplayer, and that lead to so many other great games. But just because something was great doesn't mean that we put on rose colored glasses for the remake and fail to cast a critical eye. Don't waste the money. Do not buy this game. It isn't worth it. Period And Blizzard you should be ashamed. You used to be about quality games that were polished. A company that cared about their customers.
    Unfortunately since you were acquired by Activision, things have been steadily going downhill. I feel sorry for you, and sorry for everyone who spent money on this game.

    Holy crap. How can you release a game with some many bugs. After a google search I found out that many of the bugs have already been reportet under test before lauch. That just show that Blizzard dosen't care about players. It's all about money.

    I have always loved Blizzard games, ever since I was a very young child. Titles like Diablo and Warcraft captivated me in ways NO other games could. Sadly, the Blizzard we once knew is long, long gone.

    I was rather looking forward to the "update" on this classic game that I have played since day 1 back in 2002, now it is just a buggy unfinished mess, may main disappointment comes in during the custom games and the biggest point is there are now TIME OUTS??!! even on a simple Booty Bay map against the computer or "AI". Plus the fact that you cannot go back to the original game itself.     So disappointing. I was thrilled at the announcement, and to see what was so clearly an insulting cash-grab is borderline offensive. Won't be buying Blizzard games ever, ever again. Bye bye.

    Really disappointing game, it wasn't what Blizzard had promised, if this game is still amazing, it's because it's still Warcraft III.
    It should be called Warcraft III: Remastered and not Warcraft III: Reforged

    I was really hoping for the success of this game. It brings back fond memories. I was tempted to preorder but since the way games are delivered unfinished these days, I haven't pre-ordered anything. This is one of those games that I would overlook that but lucky I waited to read the reviews. Horrible. Game looks the same, unless you scroll in.

    The Blizzard we once loved is long and gone.

    They really didn’t deliver what they said they’d give us. Don’t buy your better off just paying to get Starcraft remastered that way you wouldn’t have to pay 30$ for an unfinished game.

    Well where should i start.. I cant even turn down the Volume cause every Time i wanna go into the Menu the game Crashes Instantly. Blizzard was back then my Favorite Studio for Games but after this absolute Mess its time to go ahead and turn my back to this Publisher. Its Sad was this Studion has become Farewell and R.I.P Blizzard 2k20

    This is a huge letdown. As a fan of the Original Warcraft III 2002, I couldn't believe that Blizzard failed this hard on a beloved classic. Save your hard earned $30 and do not give Blizzard another dime.

    El juego está lleno de errores, el único cambio que vi fue en la matanza de stratholme,hay un problema molesto que no deja avanzar la campaña, el juego se cierra, las voces no están bien sincronizadas, afortunadamente me reembolsaron.

    I have been gaming for years on gaming systems ranging from Atari to Sega and on the PC for just as long. Reforged is the worst game I have played in all those years. I purchased more than a year ago within great anticipation. If I could borrow a Delorean, I would not only not purchase this game but also buy a Super Bowl add to warn others. The new grpahics actually somehow look WORSE. They censored a lot of the content, and the new cutscenes they promised at BlizzCon and they're still using to market the game aren't even in the finalPerhaps one of the most miserable games ever to grace our planet.     My experience so far is that the game is completely unplayable on three different PCs, all with different builds, and on one of them it absolutely destroyed my previous original WC3 install. Thankfully I still have my install CDs, so I can play the original game again without worry so long as I don't connect it to Activision Blizzard's install platform of death.

    From what I have seen this is the perfect example of what you get when you decide to bed with Activision, unfinished, unpolished, buggy, broken, and a complete ripoff. Everything about this game has been falsely marketed, and the only real improvements is the reanimated intro cinematic, the jarringly horrible reanimation of the Illidan v. Arthas fight, and the upgraded textures. Well, that's if you can get the game to stay consistent with whether it is running the old graphics or the new graphics. Honestly the game looks like 2002 and 2020 had an illegitimate love child whose parents were both avid drug users, and not the fun kind.

    Stay away from this game, because if you buy it and decide you don't like it, Activision Blizzard will ban you if you attempt to get a refund.

    Pretty horrible game. Blizzard's formula currently is putting as little effort as possible while maximize profits. This game looks like a f2p start-up game it's that horrible. Sadly majority of shareholders don't play their games b/c they would withdraw their funds and run.

The campaign alone is a bit of a teeth grinder, and I even had a hard time starting it, but not being able to play offline custom maps was a big letdown, not to mention crashes, UI bugs, etc. Over all, if all you remember of WC3 was DOTA, it will fill that nostalgia. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life… He had such a knowledge of the dark side, he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did.     What has happened to this company? How could Blizzard release such an egregiously restrictive customs EULA? I understand they probably could've made their original EULA a bit tighter so they could've capitalized a bit on the innovation that that platform provided but this is beyond overkill. I mean this is just nasty and bad for both the community and the company.

I have a computer with an Intel 7700K and a 1080, the login screen is so choppy it's insane. Lowering settings does very little. I have also played it on an AMD Ryzen 2700 with a 5700 XT and it STILL plays like garbage. I am so so so disappointed. All the changes to theAbsolute rubbish.     Complete trash . I cannot believe they are making yet another choice like this . Was really looking forward to diablo 4 but I simply can no longer support anything this company does . Shame

    In what universe is this a Blizzard-quality product? What is actually happening inside that company?
    Who thought it was a good idea to write an EULA so thorned and defensive that not even a competitor studio with their own fleet of lawyers would try to make a custom map on this platform? Did they forget to redo the animations for the cut scenes? What about re-recording    So many questions

    False advertisement and promises. Outdate graphic(poor lightning and shadow). I think the previous version is better. Such a disappointment

    There are that many problems with this game, that its a complete downgrade and even trying to play the game offline so I could try play the campaign, the game fails and crashes because the game client needs parts of the internet to run. How bad is that. At least I got a refund, one of the lucky ones.

    The release of this game is a historic event. For the first time in history, not only was the remastered version of a game broken, but it also broke the classic version as well!

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
