    This company has become one of the worst in the industry. Not only they lied in the advertisements, but they also ruined the ORIGINAL game by merging it with this new version and removing important features. All they did with this game was update the models, nothing else.

    I can't tell you how much I don't want to write a negative review on this game. Roughly two years ago I basically wrote a thank you letter to blizzard for creating one of the best video game characters I have ever seen in the form of Arthas. I love Warcraft, I love its rich story and in-depth character development. It was always such an amazing experience going through the story over andI can't tell you how much I don't want to write a negative review on this game. I love Warcraft, I love its rich story and in-depth character development. It was always such an amazing experience going through the story over and over again in the past ten years I've played Warcraft 3 alone. I can't stress enough how much that game alone shaped my imagination and story writing from a child to a young adult. Warcraft 3 was single handily responsible for shaping who I am today. So believe when I say that I never wanted to ever write a negative review about a game close to my heart that was utterly butchered the way Arthas butchered the high elves on his siege to the sunwell. I'm so incredibly upset and disappointed even more so. I was promised so much, I was looking forward to so much, I was given the pre-order as a birthday gift and I remember literally counting down the days before I can reignite that long forgotten spark I had when I first fully played Warcraft 3. I was ecstatic when the game was about to be released at the end of December. When the game was pushed back to January twenty ninth, I understood that Blizzard wasn't yet ready to release their new behemoth of a game. Understand that I refused to watch anything about the new updated graphics or the gameplay to help make the reveal that much more memorable. I waited for two years, and then some, to finally play my childhood all over again. January twenty eighth was literally one of the most anticipated days of my entire life. When the game finally came out, and when I finally was able to play, it was so underwhelming it felt like I was allowed to see beta testing. Half of the features I grew to love, where no longer present, the sheer difficulty I had in trying to play with my family and friends was astronomical. I can't help but be anything other than completely and utterly heartbroken. To see what I loved so much, be dragged through the mud, and then bring low what was the behemoth of the early 2000's. Im so disappointed. I wont be asking for a refund, because even now, I want to be ready for when the game comes back to its original status and then beyond, I want to be there when this game blows up as a wildly successful and amazing adaption to an amazing game. I want to be able to play the true Warcraft 3 Reforged, so please Blizzard, let me play the game I waited over two years to play.… Expand

The battle is now much worse read, all pro-gamers unanimously refuse to play with the new grafon. Completely killed custom (new licensing agreement and copyright) Legendary Russian localization changed to a lot more cocks, but with an orc podcast There is no rework of the rollers promised at the announcement (the juice itself - the promise still hangs on the purchase page) The only new cg cutscene, Illidan's fight with Arthas, looks worse than fan artwork No promised plot alteration No more killing children. Even when in the story you are organizing a massacre of the undead, I must bypass them. Removed tube 3D backdrops in the menu and replaced with a crap soulless 2D Shelter interface on a third of the screen The classic Wc3 has been removed from the store, only reform is now available to its owners, but without a new graphic. At the same time, you should still download all 30 gigs. Preparation for donation skins in multiplayer In the original, for some unknown reason, removed some memetic phrases from the characters. For example, "Im wasted" by the dryad. To change the hotkeys, you need to edit the text file in the game folder.     Мало того, что они отдали ремастер левым разрабам, так и ещё обманули с релизом игры, просрочив его на год. И НИЧЕГО ПРИ ЭТОМ НЕ ДОДЕЛАВ ДО КОНЦА!

    Стилистика- ДНО.
    Кастомки и права на них -Дно.
    Русская озвучка-ДНИЩЕ

    I didn't buy reforged. I thought I could continue to play classic, but no, Blizzard decided to give me the 28 GB that is reforged anyway. Now I am stuck with those useless 28 GB since I can't turn reforged graphics on. The "classic" graphics looks worse too, the saturation is off and some units don't have shadows. The new UI is awful and I constantly experience massive lag spikes. There'sI didn't buy reforged.     Deleted some functionality and didn't even fix the bugs that were in previous version. I can't create or host game, games are crashing, it's very slow and laggy.

    Blizzard is dead by the hands of Activision and its wanton greed as is painfully clear with this game. Greatly over promised and under delivered, bait and switch even. Tons of features removed, bugs, bloated installation size, and they even broke the original for gods sake.

I was looking forward to the updated story (tidying up the storyline to fix WoW lore + more insights into Arthas), updated cutscenes and graphics. The cutscenes are mostly the old cutscenes but re-rendered. I do admit that the in-game graphics look pretty good but as you're zoomed out all the time you don't really notice it.     Reforged ? More like Downgraded. Apart from the new models (which admittedly are nice) they've removed so much from what it once was.
    The promises (as still shown on there webpage at this time) of extra content, redone cutscenes and the like are all not in the game.

    I give it up to blizzard for handling the games Graphics of this game. But the cut scenes and some talking the audio gets muted for some reason it cuts off and I been getting some crashes. One of them my computer made this loud noise and the whole screen froze hard and had to restart my computer and lost progress. I dont recommend this game at the state it is in now.. I'm disappointed. IfI give it up to blizzard for handling the games Graphics of this game. But the cut scenes and some talking the audio gets muted for some reason it cuts off and I been getting some crashes.     Okay, the graphics are more or less modern, but where are the shadows? Constant problems in the game. Lack of competent ladder. Where are all the promised videos? From that moment, Activision-Blizzard finally lost my confidence.

    This game is sadly a disgrace to what Blizzard once was. One of the best RTS of all time with new graphics sounds really good on paper but the removal of all things related to quality and fun the game once had is completely gone. Removing the ability to play the old game in the setting of custom games makes no sense. Promised new missions for the HD graphics version which would give lore which focuses on what is important to the new lore of WoW Chronicle and WoW expansions like Legion in general. Of course, this would make sense... But you didn't do it. Disabled the old game client by closing the old Battle Net servers and updating the clients of those who didn't want the old UI. Especially for the fact that unlike StarCraft remastered, you didn't keep the old UI and had an updated graphics version for those who had updated graphics.… Expand

    There are so many bugs in this game it's almost unplayable. Just a few worth mentioning is the very low FPS rate, especially when in larger campaign battles.     After I got my refund, I raise my score from 0 to 2 which is what i think it should be. Warcraft 3 is a good game but this Reforged is not.
    Update, I got my refund. Period.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
