    One of the worst disappointments in the history of video games. Fallout 76 looks like a Citizen Kane compared to this piece of **** I hope Bobby Kotick and all those money-seeking scums at Activision are now happy - they've finally managed to put an end to the greatest gaming saga ever. 0/10, refund immediately.

    There are so many features that were shown at Blizzcon 2018 that didn't make it into the "finished" product or were very poorly implemented. They completely broke compatibility with existing custom campaigns (which don't even exist at this time!) and custom maps. Forced online DRM even for single player content.

    I own a russian version of the game. It has a horrid dub, bad performance and graphics that don't look updated at all, at least the ambient textures are poorly detailed, which is the 30% of overall experience for me. But the most annoying is bad, bad russian dub. Game is a shameless cash grab by a company which has been exempt from fan criticism for far too long.

They ruined the remake, and somehow managed to ruin the original. Drink your chinese money greedy Bliturd. Your games are the worst now. worse than even Bethesda.

    It's unbelievable how far Blizzard has fallen. They are not the same company that made amazing games. The old Warcraft 3 client is gone for online play, you now have to start the game through Reforged. If you don't own Reforged, you're still forced to download it (including all assets) but are only able to play with old graphics. It's a complete mess. Very disappointing.

    I'm going to take a little time out of my day to warn people away from this game, because when they updated the game to Reforged, they also broke the original WCIII game download. So now, if you want to play the original WCIII, you have to download the Reforged version, which is JUST the better graphics. Hell, 5 missions into the frieakin' Human campaign the character portraits stop moving their damn mouths, I discovered today. Huge lack of polish and QA. I will say that the game is just playable, but all the cutscenes are the same. It's just WCIII redone with WoW models scaled down basically. Which to be honest, sounds cool, but it's really not.

    Do not purchase under any circumstances. I was gonna give this a 1, but Blizzard has shafted me SO HARD over the past 5-7 years with WoW expansions and timegating that I just wanna crap all over them. So be it.    … Expand

    No reworked cutscenes, poor quality visuals, stripped features, killing the mapmaking and mod community. The list goes on and on. Blizzard is too far gone.
    I can only hope they stay away from Diablo II if this is how they treat their old masterpieces.

    I have yet to play the original warcraft 3. But even individually of the original, this is a game with horrible pacing, bad voice overs, repetitive gameplay, boring cutscenes, and to top it all of Blizzard decided to **** up with their policies on this one. This is ok track to being the lowest rated metacritic game in history, and even though some are worse, I do not see any value in this one.

    For those who already bought the game, get your refund. WC3 Reforged is a **** show.

    Rubbish game. They still lie on their website about features that aren't in the released game. For instance, they haven't updated the UI, nor updated cutscenes aren't in the game. And they don't accept refunds. I call this game Warcraft III: Refunded. And now they own the intellectual property of all created custom maps. They are so greedy at Activision Blizzard.

    The company we once knew doesn't seem to care about the thoughts of their users anymore but their wallets. I hope that they learn something from all of this, but I'm not sure.

    Blizzard doesn't learning and still have players deep in ass. No single promise was done like voices of WoW actors and new cutscenes, game crashes, I don't now why animations of models is in 30 fps when game run in 60. You can no longer play using the old client. Even menu is laggy and unresponsive, no scaling of UI. And ofcourse refund is impossible.

    This is what happens when Blizzard continues being partnered with Activision. Just push out an unfinished half-baked mess of a game and expect people to just accept it for what it is?

    Reforged had the potential to be something much bigger. Too bad not even Blizzard even cares about the quality of their own craft. Massive disappointment.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
