    - Graphics are nice.
    - We can now configure HotKeys (By editing a configuration file). - There is more people playing Warcraft 3 online now. :) Cons : - Bugs : Custom multiplayer crashes way too frequently or end for unknown reason (in game and during lobby), trees animation are buggy when exploring, offline mode isn't working and wants me to download something called "HELLO" (WTF    Pros :

    - Bugs : Custom multiplayer crashes way too frequently or end for unknown reason (in game and during lobby), trees animation are buggy when exploring, offline mode isn't working and wants me to download something called "HELLO" (WTF Blizz?), can't manage to play locally with a classic client, singleplayer campaign loading screens are glitchy (Black screen with half of the loading bar), and i'm certainly missing some... (All bugs mentioned here are from my experience ONLY with 8-12h played)
    - Voice acting is strongly disappointing (For my language at least (fr))
    - In game cutscenes are untouched and cinematics looks really bad, or even fan-made (Worst point for some of them: NO MUSIC !?)
    - Main menu is slow and laggy
    - Performance issues
    - No way to switch to 'classic' warcraft 3 sounds
    - Game not eligible for a refund even without playing it

    I feel like i've been lied to, and expected way more work. Especially knowing that it costs twice the price of Starcraft remastered (that IS mostly and HD version and was, in contrary of Warcraft 3 reforged, advertised like that). Maybe Warcraft 3 reforged doesn't really deserve a 0/10 (but still a bad score though for 30€ in 2020), but my disappointment towards this game and the overall company's direction, plus the fact that a game that marked history of RTS and childhoods gets so awkwardly digged from it's grave, and finally the impossibility to get a refund,.. I believe this score goes beyond this game and sincerely hope it will shake things up, and maybe, make this kind of moneygrab happen less often in the industry of gaming.

    TL;DR :
    Promises unkept, game unfinished, it's 30€ for HD models. if you already have Warcraft 3, there's no real point of buying this besides reforged graphics (and reforged bugs).    … Expand

    Such a dissapointment, they created problems for one of my favourite games that's 14+ years old it's a massive downgrade. Unforgivable, plus the 'new' reforged is literally an asset swap of models created by another company with more problems added. False advertising, no improved ui, no new cutscenes... List goes on

    I was obsessed with WC3 my whole childhood, even competed on a high level. Been waiting since the announcement to play this and what do we get. A game that doesnt give you anything that was promised and that is worse then the original game, how do you even manage that is beyond my understanding.     this is by far the most disappointing game Blizzard has ever had an audacity to come up with to date. Not a single aspect of this game has made a progress from the original version that came out years ago. The remodeling itself is ridiculous if not confusing and boring. This should've come out as a new skin set which no one would've wanted to pay for anyway.     1. Она удаляет классическую версию Warcraft 3. Я хочу в WoW иметь выбор играть мне сейчас WoW Classic или же пойти на WoW BFA когда мне этого захочется, но тут такого выбора нету.

    4. Необоснованно высокая цена. Я понимаю, что эту игру будут поддерживать лет 10, но зачем мне ждать 10 лет, чтобы дождаться пока эту игру вылижут до блеска. Я хочу играть в качественную игру сейчас заплатив за неё деньги, но мне под видом качественный игры подсунули дешевую игру.    … Expand

    лаги и прочее - это стандарт близзард ,чесс слово я все игры купил от близзард

Features missing from 2002/2003 like lan play and a lot of bugs introduced in reforged. The game is just not ready and its unplayable. I truly cant understand how the critic reviews went so high.     It makes my heart ache to put this note to a game that I liked so much but:
    -The remaster cutscene are not, we do not see the difference
    -The November 2018 demo is more beautiful than the current game
    -The only cutscene of the new game looks like a Lego cutscene
    -There are many crashes
    -The multi is buggy
    -A lot of functionality of W3 absent (clan, tournaments, ladders etc ...)

    As a long time fan of Warcraft, and blizzard in general. This was a shameful cash grab. A lot of the promised features were missing. And there were so many bugs. I didn’t pay for a game to become blizzard’s qa tester. Refunded. Blizzard should be ashamed.

Unfortunately I cannot even start a single map. Right now it is simply defaulting to defeat. The map never loads. I only wish there was an achievement for fastest lost. I do not think I could ever do better.

    Fully bugged. Doesnt even look like warcraft. Disconnects all the time. I used to play warcraft when I was kid and paid 30 pounds so I can relieve my memories. But this **** they made doesnt give me any feelings at all

    It's literally unplayable on a software level..
    You're locked at 20fps & experience a 0.5-1.5 second lag spike every 15 seconds... That is if you're lucky enough to make it into a multilayer game without having the program crash...

    An even bigger disappointment than season 8 of GoT. I was expecting an online ladder, that is completely gone now, you can't even play ladder games on the classic version of the game. The optimisation is still at beta level, really terrible, and I can't even join a match without it getting stuck half the time, often having to restart the game and try again. Refunded.

    Extremely disappointed. I waited so long in anticipation only to be devastated at how poor the quality is. I was expecting a 'Game of the Year' experience and received a popcorn fart. Do not buy this game! Activision Blizzard lied on their advertisements to get us to preorder and severely under delivered. If I do not receive a refund, I will sue them.

    No more shekels for Blizzard after this. I even uninstalled Battle.net and all Blizzard games that I own. Atleast I have an USB with TFT v 1.26 as safety.

    This game is trash. They threw a minor visual upgrade over the old game and called it a day. They didn't even bother to make it possible to select more than 12 units. Unit pathing and collision is awful. This is a farce, and absolute embarrassment of one one hand the potential and promises that were made and in the other hand the dumpster fire they released. Screw you, Blizzard.

    This is not the game advertised. No new cinematics. No New UI. No extra content. Buggy campaign. Old features missing. Not even the graphic overhaul looks finished... I want to refund but they refused. Blizzard is over.

    does blizzard has something valuable left in their games list? wow classic? game from 2004... or starcraft from 2010. for me they are gone, won't give a penny to them. probably they should do something more 'interesting' like candy crash, they can handle it with proper quality (not sure)

    - Die Introsequenz ist neu - Doppel-Piece
    - Die Charaktermodelle sind auch ganz okay (auch wenn ich die als Klassikspieler ja nicht habe, Schade)

    Contras:
    - Was ein widerlicher Rip-off
    - Keine Ladder (Soll nachgepatcht werden, StarCraft Remastered lässt grüßen, immer noch kein 2vs2 Modus)
    - Wo ist Frozen Throne hin?
    - Keine Ladder ( Ja ich weiß Doppelaufzählung, aber ist ja bei einem kompetetiven RTS-Game mit 20 Jahren Liga, egal, braucht ja keiner)
    - Kein Onlineprofil
    - Keine Statistiken( Wer braucht schon ne Winrate, wenn er sich ja auch auf Mundpropaganda verlassen kann, um den Clan "Shadows of darkness" beizutreten) "Natürlich, habe ich eine 70% WR
    - Keinerlei merkliche Verbesserung
    - Für alle Nostalgiker unter euch, ihr müsst/dürft die Hotkeys auch weiterhin über eine .txt Datei bearbeiten, wie damals im Jahr 2000 #Retro
    - Die "SPECIAL" -Edition für satte 10€ mehr, damit man diverse Skins für andere Blizzard bekommt hahaha, weil Blizzard möchte ja nicht, dass ihr WC3 spielt, spielt doch lieber Hearthstone mit eurem coolen, neuen Kartenrücken

    Also alles in allem die Punkteberechnung:
    Klassik WC3 hätte bei mir ne 8/10

    Fazit: Ihr wolt Betatester für 30€ sein, na dann rein in den Aal. Ansonsten spielt lieber Star Craft 2 , das ist sogar FreePlay.

    I dont understand, how worse it could be. Its not just about too high expectations that most people have about this game (includes me). They didnt add in this "reforge" nothing new, they just swap the textures, and thats it. Even more, they cun most of the original game features, like clans, ladder etc. Blizzard wont make anything good, like in good old days, so stop buying they gamesstuffetc.

    I didn't even buy Warcraft III: Reforged, but it's release still crippling my original Warcraft III. I want my Warcraft III rolled back to a patch that did NOT use the Reforged client. I don't care if that means dividing the online community.

I have refunded a total of 3 games in my life, and this was the first one that I played and asked for a refund. I didn't read any of the reviews before buying it, so I was unaware of how many things were cut from development.

    After playing through a bit of the campaign, I got to the Culling of Stratholme and I was shocked to see that the cinematics I saw at Blizzcon didn't make it into the game. Wow. I did a bit of looking, and it looks like most of that type of storytelling work was removed from the game. Couple that with the jerky movement (@144fps) and blackscreens I was experiencing, not to say anything about the loss of saved games, and it was an unmitigated disaster.

    I wanted to believe in Blizzard after all the bad press recently, so I chose to support them. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like this product got the time it needed to become polished and amazing like so many Blizzard games from the past.    … Expand

    I was never so disappointed of a Game like i was with Warcraft 3 reforged. They promissed alot but made the game worse in the End. It's just 30 € for a Skin package and it even removed features from the main Game....

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.
