    How do you take a complete game with the intent to remaster but you remove many many features. Everything that was promised that would be added like story, cut scenes are all nowhere to be found. The game has bugs out the wazoo and to top it all off YOU F$#&ED UP THE ORIGINAL GAME BT DOING THIS. Top 5 game if my entire life I'm not sure I can even go back and enjoy it anymore.     this reforged edition is worst than Warcraft 3 released in 2002 ! it has less features. it's not a game... it's a BUG ! unplayable... lag... freeze... crash... I hope they will release it on Stadia just for the joke... it's sad because i liked Warcraft 3...

    Blizzard entertainment's final demonstration of a complete lack of vision and compromise. An absolute offense to the community that has supported them over 2 decades. They destroyed a game loved by many manu people around the world and this shall be their legacy.

    I seem to be missing a large selection of content that was promised and unable to find it... Lag spikes are terrible and tbh playing the original feels more enjoyable but now the multiplayer is empty... Thanks Blizzard for nothing.

    I've never really was a fan of Warcraft but hearing about what Blizzard did to this game is disgusting. To all those who Pre-ordered you can't even get a refund. That's sad.. Blizzard what have you done..

    Уже давно было замечено, что после ухода Криса Метцена из компании, Близзард не может в интересный сюжет. По БфА стало заметно, что она не может уже и в геймплей. Но только по Варкрафт Реворджед стало заметно, что помимо прочих проблем, она не может теперь и в техническую сторону игры.

    El peor juego jamás echo , nisiquiera queda corto los Bugs y errores que tuvo su predecesor , el mismo juego presenta fallas que no tuvieron ese Craft 3 original , como es posible esto ? Blizzard acabo con el sueño de muchos , traer un juego limitado el 2003 a una era de digitalización , fallo estrepitosamente.

    Didnt get the update it deserved and actually subtracts from the original. The character models are nice, but nearly everything else is just odd looking. Plus with the way blactivision has decided to handle custom maps I'm not expecting anything super cool to pop up like with the old warcraft 3. Cant even make any anime custom games due to their new policies.

    I own the original Warcraft 3 RoC and this release completely destroyed my ability to play the game with a forced update. Blizzard rushed the release so they could make up some Q4 earnings and ruined what could have been a great tribute to an amazing game. Blizzard of old was known for not releasing a product until it was extremely polished, and sadly this is not that company any more.

I saw someone give this game a 10 rating because of the nostalgia hit well in that case rockstar can re-release GTA SanAndreas at full price without any changes and say here nostalgia and if they say they didn't have time or its rushed well be like Cyberpunk 2077 the game had a trailer in 2013 and was delayed twice already but they do that for the quality and we stil don't know but hopefully that game won't flop because the extra time they took to go back and patch it up… Expand

    The promises (as still shown on there webpage at this time) of extra content, redone cutscenes and the like are all not in the game.
    Broken so many custom games, the game itself crashes multiple times. I'm honestly shocked by how bad this was, I expected a    Reforged ? More like Downgraded. Apart from the new models (which admittedly are nice) they've removed so much from what it once was.

    Starcraft remastered was a better remastered product than this. All blizzard had to do was put a little time and investment into it and it'd be a good game. Seems like they used the same basic code for the game entirely and brought it to 2020.

    An absolute disappointment when in this current year with technology and what should be almost two decades of experience in developing games the quality of what this team has thrown out is simply appalling considering the scale and budget differences to what was available in the early 2000s.
    The online aspect of the game is barely functional; if you are lucky enough to connect and start a game 1/4 of the time then you will likely experience connectivity issues throughout anyway.

    If you are lucky enough to get an online game going or give up like me and play a bit of the campaign or an AI game then you will notice that this simply does not play like a finished product.
    To elaborate, the game is really not optimised for stable release: my PC can run games like the Witcher 3/CoD MW at 1080p 60fps with high settings and relatively stable whereas even in singleplayer with settings dropped down to low I still get very brief freeze-ups let alone during large-scale combat.

    The above is simply my initial review of the functional elements of the game, I haven't even started on the rest. I haven't played enough quite yet to give an opinion on the state of balance changes and other details which have been made but safe to say I don't have much faith that these will be any better judging by the lack of ability by the developers to even get basic functionality working.

    I can't bear to write more to be quite frank, but if you still think this is a worthy purchase simply spend a few minutes reading about the other changes they have made.

    As an old-school gamer this is the final disgust I will allow myself to experience from these absolute monkeys with an access to a game-dev suite.    … Expand

    Reforged is a disaster, what makes it even worse is you can't go back to the classic client and enjoy the game again your basically stuck with this hot mess. Whoever was the corporate slimeball to give this the go ahead should be shot.

    Graphics updates/upgrades shown at blizzcon are missing in action. In-game cinematics shown at blizzcon also don't exist.

    Refund requests are hit or miss. Could potentially be a huge battle.

Games are like art, you create a masterpiece when you have passion and if you only think of profit you create trash. This game at its current state could be perfect to be sold to the masses, the problem is that we know what it once was and what it could be, maybe if the world had never had warcraft and this would be the first launch it could have a shot. Now I could go on and repeat what the others are saying that makes it a bad game, but I will prefer to end with a hope that this can be a wake up call to the suits (activision, ea, ubisoft and others) not to focus only in profits but to deliver something of value to the market.… Expand

    Game was not at all what was promised, spent ages trying to play and when I finally got on the game was so full of bugs and problems it was unplayable. I have it 0 because there was literally nothing at all possible about my experience playing this.

    Blizzard CAN'T get away with this. Ruining the Original Warcraft 3 by merging it with Reforged and also not delivering what they promised (such as the high quality cutscenes that were teased)

I was one of those who thought they were leaning towards the right path with the art style and with the stuff they promised and I can't stress enough how much the released game disappoints in almost every way possible. The way blizzard managed the development this last year shows incredible incompetence and lack of interest for the well being of an incredible game.

    Only good thing is in-game textures, except that it doesn't have anything good. It is disgusting to charge 30$ for this(40$ if you purchased Spoils of Ward edition). It could have been something beautiful, but they messed it up. This is not how you do business, you don't lie and cheat your customers. Blizzard once again showed they don't care about the gamers who supported them through the years.

The graphics are actually worse, the coloring is terrible, the features to have been removed. TheFPS is horrible. There are no stats, profiles and the old Bnet system which was a 10/10 17 years ago is a 0/10 today. For perspective this game would have been rated aWorst Video game experience I've ever had.     Warcraft 3 is one of my favourite games of all time.

I still used to play Warcraft 3 occasionally but I can't even play that any more because these dumbasses decided to take that out and throw it away, shoving this absolute trash in my face.     Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
