    I can't believe I ended up pre-ordering the game. My whole childhood playing ladder game and going to LAN parties was flashing before my eyes until the hard truth hit me : none of what I was expecting made it to this release. Even worse, they took away everything else :/

    I took the time to weight my mixed-feelings but got back to the reason i pre-ordered in the first place and it was so    I can't believe I ended up pre-ordering the game.     The old Blizzard is sadly gone. I thought things were bad with this company, but I never thought they could get this low. This PR disaster makes the bush fires in Australia look like a minor event... this is truly a catastrophic launch. I was lied to about this game, doubt I will ever get a refund - but be sure that this is the final straw. I will NEVER buy or support a Blizzard game again.

    I am very disappointed. WC3 was my favourite game of all times, I even made some maps for the community and had many friends playing this game. I thought maybe some of my friends would come back to play this game with me, but then this happened and I can't even play the old version anymore.

    The visual upgrades are fine, although I'd prefer if you could zoom out more so you can see more than a few things on your screen at a time. The only other positive is that the game is still Warcraft 3 I guess, except the multiplayer is worse.

    - Story hasn't been updated at all, which is a massive shame because I love the Warcraft lore and would have liked to see it updated. - General    The visual upgrades are fine, although I'd prefer if you could zoom out more so you can see more than a few things on your screen at a time.     - General chat is spammed 24/7 with all caps racism and has been going on for a few days. There's also no ignore feature so you can't drown it out at all.
    - Campaign screen is bugged, at least for the orcs. I try starting some missions and it just shows me a defeat screen.
    - Blizzard is being childish with its new "I own everything you can even think of" policy in regards to custom maps.
    - No online ranking system as far as I'm aware.
    - Unable to play the old version online thanks to Reforged being a forced 'upgrade'. I wonder if people will ask for the old WC3 back and they'll respond with "You think you do, but you don't."
    - This will likely kill any chance there was of having a WC4.    … Expand

They have not kept any of their promises, it's very buggy and even lacks features that we used to have in the original game. Not only did they release this poor excuse for a game, they releases a huge patch for warcraft 3 which removes/brakes tons of features and gamemodes. Other maps and gamemodes were banned due to copyright issues, this should not be a problem to begin with since we are talking about user made content. It wouldn't surprise me to discover that this happened due to the stake holders having business with the copyright holders referenced in that content. I would give it a 2 but at this point I'll give it a 0 for their poor treatment of their customers. If you want to do a good thing for the games industry don't support such a company.    … Expand

    The game did not deliver on what it promised. I do not pre-order and I consider that to be a good thing. I am giving this game a 0 just because I want to send a message to Blizzard/Activision that it is our money that they are sitting on. We have expectations when we pay.

    Blizzard is officially finished as a company that cares, corporate greed has ruin this once great company. This recent release is the final straw. It is with a heavy heart as i write this.

    i cant even open normal single Player mode nor i can join games via battle.net. reforged is a Disaster for me since i cant Play tft at all.

    I did not get for what I have payed for. Too much got cut. All was left is a mediocre reskin for 40€. Sure it is still Warcraft 3 but i payed for Warcraft 3 reforged and its promises and not for a game I already have. Look at their Website for the Reforged Trailer and then say "everything is okay"

    Good job Blizzard for deleting the old client, removing features we used to have for 16 years. MP not working correctly and the performance of the client is abysmal...

    Sadly they even can ruin an old released game. Funny enough the CoD Modern Warfare Remastered was pure greed but at least the quality seems to be good.

Отдать свою культовую игру на разработку каким то аутсорсерам даже с опытом работы это просто позорище потому что это не только не уважение к своим фанат, но еще и не уважение к своему творению. И близзард оправдывает это тем что фанаты сами не хотели ничего менять вот они и отказались от обещанных изменений, но на самом деле очевидно что близзард просто не успели ничего сделать потому что кое что они все таки переделали из того что было обещано. Например как миссия очищение Стратхольма и Кель'талас и они даже снизошли на то что бы переснять один синиматик и самое смешное что он стал выглядеть еще хуже чем в 2002 году, а когда близзард снимали такие синиматики что они выглядели даже лучше большинство фильмом в наше время. Все выше перечисленное это следствия вытекающие из одной большой проблемы игровой индустрии. В близзард почти не осталось в руководстве настоящих разработчиков только бизнесмены, а бизнесмен думает только об одном как потратить по меньше но при этом заработать по больше.… Expand

    Unfinished and broken. Can't speak to campaign, only multiplayer. After a few 4v4 games, I had to request a refund on this. The multiplayer experience was gutted both in play and UI and appears to be in an unfinished and/or broken state. I had games end without explanation (replay saved, not a disconnection issue) and there is no ranked/ladder play.

    The cherry on top? Refusing to refund your fans and/or banning them for trying to help others because you failed to deliver a promised high-quality gaming experience of years past. That is deplorable and you don't deserve any of us to continue supporting any of your games, current or future. Sadly, my hopes for Diablo 4 are gone, unless you 180 yourselves there is no way your real fans will be interested. Then you announce a Diablo 2 remaster, laughable.

    Bought this game in preorder since by logic you cannot break something what was already good by "reforging" it to better look. how wrong i was... first you had to move release of the game by one month. and then release that garbage.

    I purchased this have right after blizzcon announced it. From the delay on beta, to the delay in product, I kept hoping this game would be as amazing as the original. They released an unfinished product and I am extremely disappointed.

    I am ok with the removal of the retconning, since I do not feel the original sorry should have been updated to reflect current wow content.     I believe remastering textures to HD and adding cut scenes would be a dream. Now blizz just fked up the entire game and forces players with old version to download this **** Gj greedy bastards. Same with wow.

    I didnt bother to buy the game because I liked the classic as it WAS. why in the hell did you force me to be part of this mess. Why couldnt you just separate classic and reforged completely? Just cancel the new patch for the classic players and lets imagine it never happened

    It worked but I feel what you’re paying for is just a lesser reskinned version of the classic WC3. Something of this quality should be free if you paid for WC3 classic.

    Disapointed... so disapointed i was hoping for moremwith the final product with USD 30 is not cheap for a Asia player with hard earn money,

    - No new UI
    - No new cutscenes
    - Lots of old features missing
    - Crash often
    - Custome maps crash most often

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
