    Shameful is the only word that describes this crap. Android Wilson said "soft launches" are coming. It seems they are here. This is the reality of AAA games in current year. Release the game not when it's finished, but based on quarterly financial numbers.

    This game is still in beta at best. Please stop pre-ordering and buying games day one, if you do at this point, well, you get what you    Shameful is the only word that describes this crap.     I remember playing Warcraft III: Frozen Throne and Reign of Chaos in 2009, and I am highly disappointed in this Reforged version. I hope that EA and Petroglyph Games (the OG Westwood Studios) do a better job on Command and Conquer Remastered and Command and Conquer Red Alert Remastered. Blizzard sucks donkey balls.

    At the moment and after what Blizzard did, it's that THEY should pay us for playing this piece of crap. Pretty much only good thing is upgraded models and bit upgraded textures and that's it. After all the lies Blizzard told to whole community, I will not buy a single game from them anymore. And then the whole false marketing that happened before the launch for 2 years and even kept goingAt the moment and after what Blizzard did, it's that THEY should pay us for playing this piece of crap.     Bait and switch just to grab your money. and they won't refund either. remember what J.A. Brack said at blizzcon 2019? it was dodgy **** than, and now can be seen by everybody. screw you Blizzard. you can **** off with all your games. glad i stopped playing warcraft classic right after blitzchung fiasco. and haven't buy any blizz game since diablo 3. won't even glance at diablo 4 when it releases.

    Game has half of the promised features. Nothing was working at the release, it's full of crashes, the performance is horrible...
    I'm definitely going to request refund.

    - No new cutscenes (just the old ones rescaled)
    - Lots of old features missing
    - New models and are so so

    I don't known how blizzard can make it.. my classic game is over.. I really played wc3 6-8 years, but now i can't play this *** game. They broke my favorite game. I think will be better not release this game.

    My ROC and TFT was forcefully upgraded to Reforged which I did not buy. Game launches without proper full screen, it is laggy as hell and I lost access to TFT.

    Reforged has very poor audio dubbing - public transport announcers sounds more natural than voice lines in Reforged campaign. Languages other than English are poorly translated with many mistakes, typos and incorrect grammar.

    I was lucky. After playing for like half and hour I managed to have a refund.
    This game is a slap in the face. It's bad! What's worse it even screws up the classic Warcraft 3!

    Специально зарегистрировался на метакритике чтобы оставить отзыв об этом "чуде". Близзард уже совсем не та что раньше, гоняются за монетизацией, в угоду качеству. Ремастер просто отвратителен, не тратьте деньги, не поощряйте их "чеканой монетой" ! Без того низкие ожидания качества ремастера по факту выхода стали еще ниже. 2 года разработки и просто плевок в лицо.Специально зарегистрировался на метакритике чтобы оставить отзыв об этом "чуде". Близзард уже совсем не та что раньше, гоняются за монетизацией, в угоду качеству. Ремастер просто отвратителен, не тратьте деньги, не поощряйте их "чеканой монетой" ! Very disappointing release, many features have been removed that were present in the classic version, like being able to play offline, custom campaigns and ranked ladder. The UI is painful to look at and chat commands no longer work. It's pretty much same as beta 2 months ago. Also, Blizzard committed, a crime of false advertising. You can still see a trailer for the game on their official page battle.net, that showcases features that have been cut from the final game. I get it that they might not have had enough time to finish the game, but they won't even let us refund it, this should be illegal.… Expand

    By changing the art style of the game they changed the feel of it. Realistic character models does not match the environments. The game is less polished than the original.

    You can't play through the campaign without a restart, you get autodefeats after a few campaign missions. Cinematics are barely improved but they introduced micro stutters to them. With a mid-range videocard the fps goes all over the place during game. If that's not enough even the menu lags!

    Even just on the campaign mode, this game STILL managed to massively under deliver on what was promised. All the cutscene are exactly the same, with just slightly updated character models..."4 hours of reshot cutscenes" is a blatant lie. Just watch the video comparing the demo from Blizzcon 2018 to the actual game

    How did this game even happen? I used to respect Blizzard but after trying this mess that has nothing to do with what was promised I'm really, REALLy glad I tried it at my friend's home instead of purchasing it.

Он без раздумья закрывает письмо и удаляет с почты со словами: “Большому боссу позвалительно, ведь делает шедевр”. Наступает час “Х”, человек запускает данный продукт. Меню начинает лагать, в прямом смысле этого слова, как буд-то у меня пенёк 2 и я запускаю на нем кризис 2. Медленно реагируют кнопки меню на курсор. Бог с ним, доработают думал человек. Запустил кампанию и ужаснулся от долгой загрузки игры, ну думал он, видать заоблачная графика, все погружается, белочки, зайчики, хомячки, оленята. А Оленем оказался человек который купился на обещания Blizzard. По сути почти ничего не поменялось. Новая рамка которая была на близконе нет, улучшенные текстуры только на 60%, а кто остальное то будет дорабатывать, ретекстур персонажей, зданий, немного травки, грунта и деревьев? И это все? Вы это серьёзно? Ладно, подумал человек, наверное в синематики вложились. А их попросту нет, как и нет новых квестов с раскрытием персонажей, как и нет всех переработаных видеороликов, ровно 2 новых и остальные просто подтянуты до 4к… На этом горе человека не закончилось ведь теперь время заоблочного ФПС в игре с видеокартой rtx 2080. И плюсом убитый, баганный мультиплеер поражений, и вечных загрузок без таблицы рейтинга. Очень мило Blizzard, очень мило.
    Человек залез на просторы интернета, узнать что случилось. А оказывается у них была закрытая сессия с журналистами, которым они сказали, что мы не стали перековывать из за просьб олдфагов. Тут я почувствовал самый смачный плевок в меня, в человека, который предзаказал новый продукт, а не ремейк с текстурами, про нерабочую кнопку переключения графики, в любой момент, я вообще молчу.Если вы печетесь о олдфагах, то натяните им текстуры на старую игру. И больше ничего не делайте, а я ждал перековку. Я предзаказал перековку, но я не получил перековку. В свете этих событий я ставлю заслуженный “0”, на метакритике за то что ждал и не получил, я бы поставил меньше, но увы нельзя. Человек вернул деньги за предзаказ без сожаления. И больше не предзакажет ни один продукт от Blizzard.    … Expand

    This is impressive. Between the Draconic EULA, the removed lines, the broken promises (UI, cutscenes), the removal of the old client when cross-compatibility isn't even available yet, I am astonished at how this thing was even released.

    When this game was announced it was promised to be a total overhaul of the OG WC3. Even hinting the addition of new races during the open beta. It's been more than a year since the last update that this game had, and with activition blizzard wanting to take over any mod done to this game I think we won't have anything from the modding scene to fix this mess.

    Big disappointment. Did not delivered what was promised and it is bug fest of a game. Barely anything has been improved. Same cutscenes, same UI and bad models animations.

    If warcraft 3 never happend then this would be like 5* or 6* game. But because W3 was so good and because they promised how wonderfull this will and also because how long they didnt even touched W3... this is like -10 for me. And last game i even thought about to buy from Blizzard this is **** show what u do with ur players....

    I just made an account here to warn people not to buy this.
    Luckily got my refund a few minutes ago. I truly believe that Blizzard of old would be ashamed if their name would be printed on this piece of crap. They actually managed to destroy a master piece that made them something - the circle is complete! It was my last purchase from Blizzard-Activision.

    The critic reviews are horse **** a 75 and 60? Are they reviewing like this is a new game? They should purely review the reforged aspects. And they are piss poor unfortunately.
    The HD treatment is half assed, and there are tons of other problems for 30/ 40 euro..

    Frick Blizzard, reforged is a scam, they not just have ruined reforged, they have also ruined the original game.

    False advertisement, no refunds, buggy mess.

    It doesn't even deserve a 0 score, it should be negative, since it isn't just bad, it have ruined something that was great before.

    OK, I PLAYED WC3 WHEN I AS 7 IN 2005 loved the hell out of so this reforged stuff is 8 out 10 **** the rest is good the graphics are good the maps are beautiful but when is see the multiplayer **** I'm pissed mostly about how whatever you make in the game belongs to blizzard they are now a **** company, not the one I remember in my childhood. blizzard get your **** in order.

    The best game for 2020, I do not recommend this great game to anyone. Masterpiece of our time, the only change is the refreshed character models i think. Fans of the series are delighted, as evidenced by the assessment 0.8 or less. I love it Fortunately, I didn't buy the preorder.

    My gosh - where to begin. Blizzard literally pulled down their pants asked the community to open their mouths and proceeded to take a steaming dump right in our mouths. There is nothing here beyond a buggy version of what already existed. I literally couldn't get out of the first tutorial mission without the game crashing, it is a complete and utter abortion.

Графика, то ради чего всё замышлялось на деле так себе, при этом жрёт ресурсы как топовый ААА проект. С художественной точки зрения просто страшный косяк в том, что модельки юнитов обрели пропорции, а здания нет и это глупейшееWarcraft 3... Ну что тут скажешь?     This game is the biggest disappointment of 2020 so far.
    Here is my quick list of reasons why.
    1. Warcraft 3 original client completely replaced
    2. Custom Games is now IP owned by Blizzard.
    3. They lied about the game and continue advertising fake scenes that aren't in the game.
    4. Most importantly, the game runs terrible compared to classic.

I did not buy the game and I pity those who bought it and cannot have a refund... Blizzard lost all my respect in a matter of 2 years, it is a dead company to me.

    Lots of promised features removed, lots of features that were a thing back then removed (like custom campaigns), very bad optimization, lots of custom maps unplayable. Overall trash, could just leave classic without adding tons of issues that have to be fixed now. That 30$ was more worth before release due to access to original wc3 which was working really well.

    Absolute garbage of a remake. Age of Empires 2 HD is a great example of a facelift. This game however is an insult to all WC3 players. You can’t even launch the classic launcher without workarounds. You literally lose features on the old game even if you don’t own reforge. Blizzard didn’t make this game, Activision did.

    Designs of units have been changed SO much that their identities have been destroyed. Why the hell are you changing the skin colors(i.g. nagas) and appearances? They just don't respect the original game.

    Instead of Reforged, this should be called Deforged. They broke so many promises that there is no doubt that Blizzard is not the same company any more that it once was... As a formed avid map maker user, the EULA change was the last nail in the coffin for me.

Yes, models are having good textures and even more than three polygons, however there's no smoothness in animation, they look as if they are locked to 30 fps and if to be more exact - to 24. Why? The excuse was: To save the -mechanics-, but of course, uh-uh...

    Color pallete: Much bleaker than in original.

    Performance: Piss poor.

    Multiplayer: Lacks ladder and rating.

    You thought that they might've fixed old bugs? Ummmh. Well, the didn't. And added new ones.

    Should you buy this parody on a remaster? Your choice, but I wouldn't have. Maybe in a year or two, on sale and with fixued issues, but now - do please stay a cannon shot away from this thing.    … Expand

    I am horribly disappointed about the changes they did in copy right for custom games. As i understand it, they recently updated their terms. Any custom map uploaded to battlenet is now the property of Blizzard. The custom map makes are the ones that made this game legendary.     Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
