    A huge impudence what Rockstar has delivered there.One of the worst remasters in gaming history. If modders do the job better than my giant super duper extremely expensive team for free, they should just close their store.

    i never thought rockstar would sink this low. even though i know it was grovestreet who made the game, rockstar looked at this and said it was good enough and put a 60$ price tag on it. and in other news, after pulling GTA IV mods of the shelf which all i can say "ah **** here we go again"

    1 - The community makes MODS with much more quality than that. I know there is loss of performance, but I'm talking about the QUALITY of the modelers. Better professionals than Rockstar itself. 2 - How did Rockstar approve this?     I don't know what Rockstar was thinking when making this game. The game is in a terrible state, no changes have been made except for the graphics. The game mechanics haven't even changed. We are playing the same game that came out 20 years ago. Also, the rain effect in the game is a disaster. In short, the legendary series is ruined. Rockstar has done a really disastrous job after all these years.

    It's great. I love the thought of it. If you spent money on this for PC, that's all you get. Just imagine all the bugs you could be struggling with, it's all you can do because the game is literally not available 3 days after launch for PC owners. What an absolute joke. What a slap in the face to the fans that made you the company that you are today. Shameful, greedy, corporate trash.

    Oh boy... They really dropped the ball with this one.
    - Character models looking much worse than in the original games
    - Rain blocking most visibility, to the point that it breaks some missions - Glitches, bugs and framerate drops everywhere - Lack of fog makes the map look small and awful - The hot coffee code being left in San Andreas - All 3 games looking terrible overall, even worse    Oh boy... They really dropped the ball with this one.
    - Character models looking much worse than in the original games

Итак назову основное, что мне не понравилось: видно что игра сделана для мобильника, при прицеливании на НПС он выделяется белым цветом (типо автонаводка), НПС ваншотятся если стрелять когда ты за рулём, при нажатии на "А" или "D" персонаж начинает бежать по кругу, а не двигаться в указанную сторону, изменили систему прокачки в спортзале(вместо судорожного нажатия кнопок на клаве теперь просто нужно жать одну кнопку попадая в область на полосе - очень уныло, можно дрыщем взять макс вес и при этом область ползунка не измениться). Так же уменьшили хп всем НПС, и ускорили прокачку навыков (смог обучиться у тренера на второй день тренировки, на сколько я помню в оригинале где-то дня 3-4 нужно было качаться. Так же изменилось управление на летном транспорте.… Expand

    Terrible graphics, terrible price. It is just run on the bank. Graphic mods can make those game looks way better then this. It should be free upgrade for those who want to break their games with out-of-style models, lightning, etc.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This is a spit in the face of original fans, new fans, and fans of all walks. Obviously you cannot get too mad at Wardrum Studios/Grove Street Games, they probably got 0 budget, 0 time to work on the game, 0 help, etc. BUT OMG.
    I think its safe to say most of us just wanted the old games with a fresh coat of paint; a few touchups, bug fixes, and a little more modern controls. What'd we get? A game with laughably disgusting character models, MORE BUGS THAN THE ORIGINALS, and more than anything, inconsistency between the 3 titles.
    San Andreas targeting: Locks on like no tomorrow, does not care who you were aiming at or going to aim at.
    VC and GTA III targeting: meh
    The bugs are the biggest joke. As of the time of this review, the mission Gun Runner on GTA VC is currently unbeatable without mods and 3rd party fixes. Keep in mind, this is after the 2-3 days of this being off the market and an entire patch.
    Cars flip a lot easier, which leads to them blowing up (which was sped up as well and does not have any consistency)... why? who knows. They messed with models and physics but didnt account for how the game was originally supposed to be played and built. Cars that would do a U-Turn at 60mph with no issue now have the turn radius of a semi-truck, and I'm not even kidding, the turn radius' on cars have been increased so badly within these physics changes its a joke.
    There are even videos online of people flying through the air for 2 seconds and blowing up because the game thought "no wheels on ground=car flipped=explode".
    Then you have weapons like the rifles in Vice City that still have to do stationary manual targeting, which begs the question. WHY EVEN CHANGE THE TARGETING??

    Positives don't outweigh the negatives in this case, but there are undoubtedly improvements.
    For example, some of the character models DO LOOK BETTER. some...
    The weapon wheel was an amazing improvement that (when it doesn't bug) actually makes the gameplay a lot better.
    The lighting!!!!! OMG so much better.... in SOME CASES.. sometimes in dark areas you cannot even see characters when you squint, others, its so bright you can barely tell where you are. But every now and then, when you're driving, and that sunset hits, its just a nostalgic time.
    R* also makes about 5-8 million a day, so for them to NOT re-license the music is insulting. Okay, MJ songs and a few others I understand, but when you have 48 (i believe) songs taken out of a DEFINITIVE, REMASTERED EDITION, thats insulting.

    R* saw this as a cash grab to pass the time and pay the bills (aka fill pockets) while they work on the next major release, which we still haven't seen anything about....    … Expand

    Its a shame. Poor optimisation, lot of bugs, and glitches. Due to the age of the game, it would have been appropriate to bring a minimum of 30 continuous fps on each platform. There was no gameplay preview at all. That could have been a warning sign.

    Cyberpunk did not become a lesson for me, I again had high hopes for the game, which eventually made me cry and laugh in a bad way. I will never expect anything that much again. Thank you rockstar, you have very tasty faeces.

    Minha opinião é: -GTA TRILOGY é baseado nos ports mobile dos três jogos, sendo assim, inclui todos os mesmos bugs e coisas esquisitas.
    - A densidade de NPC/Veiculos foi reduzida (devido ao porte mobile), excluindo o GTA 3.
    -Os jogos antigos foram tirados das lojas. -A Rockstar colocou no próprio launcher, impedindo reviews de usuários. -Quedas de FPS e Stutter em TODAS as plataformas    Minha opinião é: -GTA TRILOGY é baseado nos ports mobile dos três jogos, sendo assim, inclui todos os mesmos bugs e coisas esquisitas.
    - A densidade de NPC/Veiculos foi reduzida (devido ao porte mobile), excluindo o GTA 3.
    -Os jogos antigos foram tirados das lojas.
    -A Rockstar colocou no próprio launcher, impedindo reviews de usuários.

    -Algumas armas não tem efeitos de som

    - O barbeiro Reece foi substituído por um modelo genérico de NPC, assim como outros.
    -Iluminação terrível. Muito clara ou muito escura. O Bloom arruina muitas das cenas, além de ser incluido onde não precisa. Explosões são insanamente claras
    -Neblina totalmente removida, não existe senso de escala. O Mount Chillad pode ser visto da Grove Street, além do formato quadrado do mapa poder ser visto quando numa altura regular.
    -Alguns terrenos simplesmente não tem colisão
    - Co Op local do GTA SA removido
    - vista de cima do GTA 3 removida
    - ossos digitais não existem, resultando em momentos de terror corporal nos NPCS
    - Algumas texturas não estão no jogo (tem uma ponte invisível no GTA SA)
    -Chuva foi implementada de maneira folgada. Não cai do céu e o efeito é extremamente irritante, afetando sua visibilidade no ponto de tornar o jogo injogável.
    -Veiculos no vice city explodem muito mais rapidos quando capotados, resultando em jogadores morrendo mais frequentemente
    -O minigame de sinuca no GTA SA tem problemas gráficos e é injogável pra algumas pessoas.
    -Alguns cortes de cabelo do SA não estão nessa versão
    - O sistema de mira travada é pior do que antes

    This game is pure garbage. You would think since we're in 2021 that higher graphics would be available. They just ported the mobile version onto bigger platforms and called it a day. Big money grab by Rockstar with ZERO effort.

    Lot of bugs, absurd character design, weird rain effect, poor optimization and porting, overprice, removed many cheat codes and music. Red Dead Redemption 2 still better than this shi**y remaster

Terrible rain effects, draw distance (You can see mount chilliad from groove street wtf). pleny of bugs and glitches. I've done 12-level paramedic missions, and I STUCK on last level (marker at the hospital didn't shown, when I had last passangers to complete). Anyway, I hoped more, new animations, theyI just can't play it with with F****ING auto-centering camera when walking or driving.     Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.

    I cannot currently recommend Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on the PC, and a lot has to happen until I do. The truth is that I've had a decent amount of fun with this remaster; part of it is based on nostalgia, and part of it is based on some ridiculous, unavoidable bugs that weren't as frequent as I'd feared. Given all of these issues and the abysmal performance of the three games on the PC, I'd stay away from the trilogy until several major updates have been released. Even then, this remaster may not be for everyone.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world.
