    Shameful. This is on the list with Silent Hill HD Collection and Warcraft: Reforged. Was once loved classics but now a mess and disappointment by the studios responsible for them. Rather play Last of Us: Part 2.

    Every little thing in these three games are terrible. Several bugs and graphics are not what expected. A way too mediocre job by Rockstar and Groove Street.

    I tried it out on my cousin's PC and I was very disappointed. Why is everything so bad-looking? Why does everything keep breaking? I thought remasters were supposed to be better????? For a 20-year-old game, you're better off buying some other game. Do not recommend, at least not in its current state.

Все тот же двухтысячный год, только с более реалистичными Отражениями и текстурами, а в остальном...     Я не буду говорить о качестве этого дерьма, все мы и так знаем о чем идет речь. Я скажу только то, что больше всего обидно за истинных фанатов данной серии - мододелов. Это те ребята, которые тратили годы своей жизни на то, чтобы всеми нами любимые игры жили по сей день. И это у них получилось. И за свою преданность и старательность они получили иски, хамское отношение к многолетнему трудуЯ не буду говорить о качестве этого дерьма, все мы и так знаем о чем идет речь. Я скажу только то, что больше всего обидно за истинных фанатов данной серии - мододелов. Это те ребята, которые тратили годы своей жизни на то, чтобы всеми нами любимые игры жили по сей день.     A poor effort, It's what I'd expect from Rockstar but regardless is still disappointing. These games paved the way for Rockstar's success and to see that Rockstar have failed to adequately remaster them just shows how capitalism has affected U.S. corporations and the quality of those things they produce.

    I'm giving one point for the improved controls and lighting that's the only merits I can give this "remaster" in Vice City especially the colours pop and driving around ocean view is beautiful. Then there's everything else. Usually, I'm lucky when it comes to missing bugs and glitches but I encountered so many in my playthrough it destroyed my will to try and enjoy these games. From missing collision, random bugs in cutscenes, floating textures which are extremely easy to find since freecam exists, cars exploding randomly, cars exploding too quickly when set on fire, being flung across the map randomly, cop and civilian vehicle spawning on par with Cyberpunk 2077's (cars will appear out of thin air right in front of you and cause you to crash, happened to me on multiple occasions.), vehicles floating in midair and glitches/bugs from the original still present in the remasters. (The island skip in 3 & Vice City still work from their PS2 counterparts) and structures missing when the collision for them is present. Some of the models look VERY bad, actually, most of them look god awful. Bad AI upscaling... I haven't scratched the surface on how bad these games were, thankfully even after a good 10+ hours of game time, I was issued a refund and if you own these games, I HIGHLY encourage you to get your money back unless you plan on waiting for the originals to return to the R* launcher. If you haven't purchased this game yet. DON'T. Save your £55. Get something with more passion and love put into it. Why did Rockstar use a mobile company with a terrible rep to make these games instead of the folks at North & Dundee? I have no idea.

    Another example of greedy billion dollar game companies releasing low effort content to milk dry our favorite franchises. Rockstar's name used to carry weight, and was synonymous with being cutting edge & the best there is in gaming.. Not so much any more.

    And i have NP with that as i really enjoyed the GTA series from back in the day
    till now. Then they do a remake for the last 3{cool} and this is crap they give us?

A port of a game that fell flat on its face before even starting the race. From the astounding amount of game breaking bugs/glitches and questionable design choices, its no surprise the fans are outraged.

Оригинальные звуки поменяли, Игра очень тормозная, на высоких настройках на современном компьютере с видеокартой AMD RX5700 XT, 32gb ROM, Ryzen 5 3600x выдает 40fps. Не советую играть, одно разочарование.Персонажи как из мультфильма, совсем не серьезно, даже смешно.     Not a single f**k was given by Rockstar while this game was in development. Wardrum/GSG showed some laziest effort not even check how these games will work when it's done. AI models and textures upscale is terrible! Fonts are ugly, words have misprints, upscaled meshes have old skeletal animations which leads to dramatic bodies deformation in cutscenes and also in gameplay. No more gray misty gamma in gta 3, no more awesome sunrises and sunsets in Vice City, no more yellow haze in San Andreas. Visual art style of these games just gone. Oh and draw distance now is set to 9999.9999 so you can see whole San Andreas from one point. But there's more! All three games have all their old bugs from PS2/PC releases, BUT they've added EVEN MORE NEW BUGS! Jesus Christ do even need to continue to explain why is this **** deserves no rating higher than zero? It's beyond all ratings, it's total mess! Rockstar WTF? Why? Our expectations were low but you dived much deeper below them and smashed the bottom. You have lost all my respect for you. Раздражает по большей не тот факт что это сделала маленькая малопытная компания (давайте буде честны на них вина лежит в меньшей степени), а что рокстар и тэйк ту банила мододелов, вырезала некоторые треки, дала маленький бюджет на разработку (я уверен что бюджет у этого ремастера сопоставим с двумя банками пива), наняла низкооплачиваемыхОтвратительный кусок кода, халтура чистой воды. I am too lazy to write obvious things. Disappointment 10/10. Remasters 0/10. Waiting for patches and I hope at least camera and draw distance can be fixed.     At the end of the day the game is ONLY ok if youre a die hard fan, and even then there are a lot better free fan mods that look, run, and feel a lot better. I'm honestly disappointed with rockstar for destroying their classics all for the sake of money

    First, I don't care that it's the same game as from 15 years ago, I think they needed a remaster, and I believe this version did the job very well initially. Some of the models were of questionable quality but overall the game was rather impressive. What irritates me is the launch and how it was treated.

    3. The PC version was and still IS unplayable because of Rockstar's own neglect.
    4. The launcher was down for THIRTY SOLID HOURS with only TWO updates.
    5. The PS5 version was available WAY too early, to the point where it had to be pulled.
    6. Xbox players had to wait even longer because of a mishap on Microsoft's part.
    7. The performance was abysmal when there was nothing going on, even on formidable hardware.
    7a. I'm able to run FORZA HORIZON 5 on high and still get 60fps but I can't run this on even a hybrid medium high?
    8. San Andreas still has garbage audio quality when Rockstar should've fixed it like they did with Vice City and GTA 3.
    9. I found myself unable to even play Vice City because the launcher went down.
    10. I'm still unable to get a refund and as of the time of writing Rockstar has yet to read my support ticket.

    And there's still WAY more reasons as to why I gave this a low score. Has nothing to do with the fact that it's old games being re-released again, it solely has to do with Rockstar not giving a rats ass about it.    … Expand

    I did my best to love this trilogy honestly. These games are what made my childhood so great. The nostalgia is the most intense I've ever had playing any game whatsoever and that is why it hurts so much to see how they did my childhood memories so fckn dirty. From npc models to weird character animations that weren't in the original game, iconic songs being taken out, the wrong text on billboards and the donut store (idek who decided that was a good idea), and much more. Even with all these things being in the game or lacking thereof, I tried my best to spend time playing it and loving the games. But then the bugs came. And oh lord were they rough. I'm not going to list off all of them but I'll mention the one that made me write this review. In San Andreas there is a mission (betrayal) and when I was playing it i was driving to the location under the bridge (in my memory this was a very climactic moment in the early part of the story) and when I reached the cutscene the audio was MISSING and it ruined the whole mood for me. Cmon guys... these games are legendary... they are games that made Rockstar as a company so respected amongst the gaming community. Seeing them do such a dishonor to their own legacy is what truly makes the dagger feel that much deeper. I would like to give this game a 5 or a 4 but due to this game being a masterpiece from 17 years ago that most games don't even come close to these days makes me give this remaster a goddamn ZERO. Rockstar lost most of my respect with gta online, and sadly this trilogy... was the final nail in the coffin.… Expand

    Terrible game. Only graphiscs is good, but car damage is very bad, the rain is a joke, the flamethrower blows up everything in second. Wasting of money, original games were much much better.

    This game is quite literally a scam. Regardless of how bad the remaster actually is. I can’t think of any game ever releasing, letting you play for 2 days before completely removing it while running off with your money and completely wasting your time. Genuinely need to be sued

    We have overestimated rockstar all these years, this product does not have the quality that one would expect from the company, it is worth saying and even more being a big fan of GTA but this is a mediocre product. Don't buy it, it's not worth it. What a disappointment, these classics don't deserve this treatment.

    The only decent thing about this remaster is done by Epic's engine, everything else is rushed, uninspired tasteless mess of a money grab. The lack of love and talent is enormous. The art style is straight downgrade in every way. Terrible way of destroying beloved classics!

To doing less job by port game to new engine which people need to pay extra, becouse you didn't thing to contact to modders to make gta3, gta vc, gta sa on rage engine.     These 3 games made rockstar a publisher of the AAA class, and they treated their legacy like a heap of rubbish. Rockstar clearly didn't care about the state of development since they released the game in such a terrible state.

    There is only one positive side: unreal engine.
    New car settings - suck. You can't drive car 'coz of curved terrain. AI was f*cked up totally. Fire and smoke effects are total **** Lot of bugs. But on the bright side - shaders look not bad. I guess modmakers should fix it.
    And price is too big. This games should cost about 10$ for whole Trilogy.

    Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.

    I cannot currently recommend Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on the PC, and a lot has to happen until I do. The truth is that I've had a decent amount of fun with this remaster; part of it is based on nostalgia, and part of it is based on some ridiculous, unavoidable bugs that weren't as frequent as I'd feared. Given all of these issues and the abysmal performance of the three games on the PC, I'd stay away from the trilogy until several major updates have been released. Even then, this remaster may not be for everyone.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world.
