    Just a shameful port. Spelling and texture errors, cars blow up almost instantly, the character models look horrifically bad - there really seems to have been no quality control on this game at all. At some points the characters’ hands will be half as long as their torsos.

    I cannot recommend anyone pay full-price for these games. Even if it were $15 I would tell people to wait for a sale.

    Terrible optimization with constant drops of fps.
    In GTA 3 the drawing range is extremely low, cars appear in front of your nose. The artificial intelligence of bots is horrible, cars turn in front of your nose, creating accidents, also I had to replay the mission 4 times, because the bot missed the turn and tried to drive into the wall instead of turning around and    Disgusting models.

    Невероятно халтурный ремастер. Какие же рокстар конченые стали. Мододелов душат, при этом сами не в состоянии сделать нормальный продукт. Да они даже свой всратый магазин починить не в состоянии.

    Why I dislike:
    - bugged rain effect everywhere
    - crazy drawing range without a fog for the entire map of San Andres (now the world from above looks like a miniature from a museum), destroyed sense of distance - the port from mobile phones and bugs from there also - menu sounds replaced everywhere with sounds from San Andreas, lazy and lack of attention to detail - there is a dark glow    Why I dislike:

    Lighting is decent but everything else a complete write off. Multibillion dollar company cant afford to deliver excellent quality product is spitting in fans faces. Cheaping out with cheap polish is sad to see.

    I got through III without much issue but Vice City is simply broken. Super disappointed with this game. The new graphics are cool but the novelty wears out fast, especially when you can't progress because a mission is broken.

    On its own this release doesn't deserve a zero. I'd say it's a little short of mediocre, but I've seen far worse in my time as a gamer. But there's no way I can forgive Take Two and Rockstar for the horrible way they've treated the community, for the fact that they've issued and are still issuing DMCAs to modders or for pulling the originals from online stores in order to steer people intoOn its own this release doesn't deserve a zero. I'd say it's a little short of mediocre, but I've seen far worse in my time as a gamer.     The same useless studio that destroyed GTA SA XBox360 are responsible for this crap. They butchered SA, completely ruined its atmosphere, weather effects and some how even removed graphics like grass and low lying fog, it is just embaresing. With the Trilogy it's like they plastered a layer of plastisine over everything and added a ton off bugs..     A total mess. The originals on their first platforms are better, the originals when modded on PC are fare superior then this. Seeing as Take 2 removed the originals, you can now just pirate them and the mods for free, without feeling any form of guilt, they are really easy to install. A modded San Andreas is still brilliant.

    Great job Rockstar. Falls just in line with the decadence of the whole gaming industry. But they did not stop at making a terrible remaster. They even put the original versions of the shelfs and targeted mod authors for the old versions to force us to play this garbabe. no thanks.

    They should have called this GTA 78, because it follows in the footsteps of Fallout 76 and Cyberpunk 2077. What a complete scam and cash grab. They knew it was garbage and did everything they could to hide it before release so people would pre-order without knowing what a mound of manure they would be getting. DO NOT BUY THIS, YOU'LL ONLY ENCOURAGE THEM TO SCREW US AGAIN.

No, I understand that this is just a remaster, but the game mechanics are so outdated that in 2021 the graphics update alone is not worth $ 60, in any way.     Secondly, the remasters don't really look all that great. There are a lot of texture and effects (like ambient occlusion or the rain effect) that are just poorly implemented and look like garbage.     Well, Very Poor Remaster!. I experienced cars driving over the bridge when the bridge Ramp was up. with no way to drive across. Glitches everywhere. I could not walk between a pole and a stop ight. A invisible wall blocked my way . mess-up Textures that were out of place and left in Game. I fell throw the map. I don't understand how Rockstar could be so lazy in not fix these game breaking issues. Truly disappointing and lazy effort and improving the game stability issues. It is Not a Definitive Edition!!

    where to start with this? clearly the launch of this game/s was a reminder that the rockstar games launcher is a burden when it comes to accessing your games. i couldnt even access my other single player games from the launcher while it was down because rockstar decided to pull the trilogy. and then they have the audacity to call it maintenance. DONT SUPPORT THESE PPL, BOYCOTT ROCKSTAR.

    You could made so many things better with this remaster like: improving AI, Physics and Handling of vehicles, improved mission design. But instead you chose to add like GPS to the games. Horrible textures too. Keep using AI and you will find out why people hate Take Two. Also screw Rockstar and Take Two.

    Same old gameplay mechanics, it's just not worth our money, there is no new mechanics. Good scenery textures, great lights, but bad character modeling. It is not a new gen game.

The models look like they were took from a .obj made in 10 minutes in blender. The facial expressions are simply laughable, that's how bad they are.     Игра просто ужасна. Очень много багов (в том числе попавшие из старой игры), модели персонажей сделаны как попало на скорую руку. Самый большой провал Рокстар за всю историю.

    They literally took awful mobile ports, slapped a tons of unoptimized graphics mods on them, made them even worse (with new aircraft/jetpack controls game is almost unplayable) and asked you to pay $60 for this

    I had expectations from Rockstar after playing Mafia definitive edition. I thought GTA Definitive is going to rock but I am disappointed…highly disappointed.

    I want to play, BUT I CANNOT PLAY THE GAME I BOUGHT for three days now. They just removed it for everyone on PC. Ive never experienced something like this and it feels like Rockstart is f***ing me over.

    Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.

    I cannot currently recommend Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on the PC, and a lot has to happen until I do. The truth is that I've had a decent amount of fun with this remaster; part of it is based on nostalgia, and part of it is based on some ridiculous, unavoidable bugs that weren't as frequent as I'd feared. Given all of these issues and the abysmal performance of the three games on the PC, I'd stay away from the trilogy until several major updates have been released. Even then, this remaster may not be for everyone.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world.
