   I don't usually write reviews for games but I had to for this one. This game is a great four player local multiplayer and is a physics basedI don't usually write reviews for games but I had to for this one. Gang Beasts has great really interesting physics grabing onto people and throwing them around is awesome. It is a fun competitive and different game but the best thing about it is it's the funniest game I have ever played.… Expand

With that out of the way, Gang Beasts is an extremely fun local multiplayer game that let's you beat the Sh*t out of up to 8 of your friends and throw them off of trucks, Into Subway Trains, Off a building and a lot more. The game is 100% physics based so you must learn to use your characters weight and movement along with not getting knocked out from the hail of fists coming from other players. What makes Gang Beast unique is that there is no set way or rules to play the game, everyone has there own methods and styles they apply to the game in their own way. Some people treat is more like a game of fist a cuffs and just swing for days or others go for a more direct approach trying to toss others out of the map quickly. This is what makes the game so fun, watching you and your friends flail around the map trying to finish one another off but struggling to do simplest tasks because your chubby gummy bear type character handles like he's drunk but that's OK because its extremely hilarious/fun and you enjoin every second of it.If Gang Beasts had online Multiplayer It would be an almost perfect game but sadly you are limited to the amount of friends you can get together. If you are looking for a fun Party/Local Multiplayer game to play with some friends and have a good time, look no further.… Expand

   Gang Beasts is amazing fun, and best played with friends. This is a fact many players will agree on, but don’t rule out the singleplayer. GangGang Beasts is amazing fun, and best played with friends. This is a fact many players will agree on, but don’t rule out the singleplayer. Gang beasts offers a singleplayer mode where you face the AI on various maps, which is interesting but does get repetitive after some time. The game features various customization options for your character, ranging from firefighters to fast food employees. There are four online modes, melee, gang, soccer, and waves. Melee is the best game mode, a crazy free-for-all, gang is melee but with teams, soccer is an interesting variation on the sports that allows you to beat up your opponents, and waves is the singleplayer mode, but with other people online.
   
   There’s over 10 maps, all colorful and interesting, that can be played online or locally. About 5 of those maps are also in the singleplayer pool. The maps are all locations around Beeftown, ranging from a subway, meat packing plant, and billboard. Each map has an interesting aspect to it, and various ways you can fall or be thrown off the map.
   
   The main gameplay is centered around the physics, and knocking out your opponents and throwing them over the edge of the map. The game is extremely fun for short periods of time, but this game is in no way competitive. The game isn’t about fierce competition and ranking up, but instead relaxing and having a good time. The game is very fun to play, but could be best described as a minigame.… Expand

   Just a cute little fighting game to pass the time with your friends. Doesn't really hold much interest past a couple hours of dumb fun.
