    En fait, l'un de mes jeux préférés auxquels j'ai jamais joué et il peut encore être amélioré avec de **** changements. Il a certains des combats FPS les plus amusants jamais créés dans un jeu vidéo, il a non seulement une mécanique phénoménale, mais une conception ennemie complexe et une IA pour vraiment tester ces compétences. La direction prise avec l'histoire est bonne, mais peut êtreEn fait, l'un de mes jeux préférés auxquels j'ai jamais joué et il peut encore être amélioré avec de **** changements. Il a certains des combats FPS les plus amusants jamais créés dans un jeu vidéo, il a non seulement une mécanique phénoménale, mais une conception ennemie complexe et une IA pour vraiment tester ces compétences. La direction prise avec l'histoire est bonne, mais peut être améliorée en définissant davantage Doomguy comme un personnage et en rappelant aux gens pourquoi il est un maître chef fou qui veut tuer tous les démons, certains flashbacks font des événements de Doom 1,2 et 64 aideraient et donnerait également plus de répliques à l'acteur sous-estimé de Doomguy pour montrer à quel point il est capricieux. La valeur de rejouabilité de ce jeu n'est pas portée par le contenu post-jeu simplement par la force de la formule principale, je continue de jouer à tous les niveaux de ce jeu et c'est du dlc encore et encore et cela n'est pas encore ennuyeux. Le jeu est non seulement visuellement incroyable, mais aussi incroyablement bien optimisé pour un jeu de génération actuel (la taille du fichier est d'environ 20 Go de moins que le jeu précédent). La bande originale de ce jeu est vraiment emblématique, qu'il s'agisse de pistes de combat ou de morceaux d'ambiance, il n'y a pas un seul mauvais morceau de musique dans ce jeu, et cela vaut également pour la musique dlc. Je me surprends à écouter les morceaux du DLC en dehors du jeu plus que les morceaux originaux.… Expand

    Doom Eternal es exactamente lo que debe ser: una loca orgía de sangre y violencia, donde los combates son una descarga de adrenalina continua. Pero no es simplemente un mata-mata, sino que cada enemigo tiene sus puntos débiles y estrategias, cada arma sus virtudes y utilidades, de modo que una vez que entras en su flow, es como una especie de extraña coreografía de vísceras y muerte. LaDoom Eternal es exactamente lo que debe ser: una loca orgía de sangre y violencia, donde los combates son una descarga de adrenalina continua. Pero no es simplemente un mata-mata, sino que cada enemigo tiene sus puntos débiles y estrategias, cada arma sus virtudes y utilidades, de modo que una vez que entras en su flow, es como una especie de extraña coreografía de vísceras y muerte. La historia continua la del Doom 2016 y amplía su universo y trasfondo, dándole una extraña coherencia que es tan over-the-top como todo el resto del juego. Aquí eres el Doom Slayer, lo de los puzzles y tal quedan para otros, aquí no venimos a ser humanos y tener que tener en cuenta cosas como el estress postraumático o las consecuencias de la guerra, esto es pura ira desatada. Y los momentos más tranquilos, sirven para explorar y saltar, coleccionando los numerosos objetos que hay para encontrar en cada mapa.

    A nivel gráfico el juego es una pasada. No solo en ejecución, que también, sino principalmente a nivel de diseño, con unos enemigos muy carismáticos y bien diferenciados y unas localizaciones y escenarios mucho más variadas de lo que esperaba. La música es una descarga de adrenalina similar a la jugabilidad, haciendo que nos metamos en ese duro universo de violencia y energía y mantegamos el foco en cada enemigo, cada esquiva y movimiento. Los efectos sonoros están bastante bien, igual que el doblaje de las voces. Y, al menos en mi caso, apenas me encontré un par de salidas a escritorio en todo el juego, ningún otro bug.

    El resultado es, sin duda, que Doom Eternal da lo que promete. Rip and tear! Un 8,5.    … Expand

    DOOM eternal is seriously a very good sequel (it's hard to find a good sequel these days that surpasses the original ) , it feels like a modern DOOM experience and nails everything that i loved about the originals, Hugh martin as a director really understood what Doom needed in this game and innovated in many ways. The lore is so satisfying and Mick gordon's soundtrack plays with yourDOOM eternal is seriously a very good sequel (it's hard to find a good sequel these days that surpasses the original ) , it feels like a modern DOOM experience and nails everything that i loved about the originals, Hugh martin as a director really understood what Doom needed in this game and innovated in many ways. The lore is so satisfying and Mick gordon's soundtrack plays with your emotions, the graphics and animations are gorgeous and this sequel really builds upon 2016's DOOM. If you're a fan of any kind of shooter, definitely check this game out.… Expand

    DOOM: Eternal is my favorite video game ever. This is due to the fast combat, the "combat loop" (the ability to use many different weapons for different types of combat, and the jaw-dropping graphics. This game introduced me to its franchise and stays true to its original designs. Good job to id!

    As a child born in late 90s, I've played old iD games (Doom 1993, Doom 2, Quake 2 and Quake 3 Arena). This game is something that made my memories come back. It's fun, gory, fast-paced old school FPS game. Unlike DOOM 2016 it's not that dark atmospheric in-door game, it's more arcady (which I really like). This doesn't mean that I didn't like 2016.

    I've only completed the game on the easiest difficulty because I do find it quite challenging. Doom Eternal does such a good job of making everything spectacular. The gunplay? Amazing. The arenas? Always varying and great. The pace? Amazing. Incentive to explore every part of the level? With ammo drops, health/armor pickups, codex entries, collectibles and cheat codes, absolutely. EveryI've only completed the game on the easiest difficulty because I do find it quite challenging. Doom Eternal does such a good job of making everything spectacular. The gunplay? Amazing. The arenas? Always varying and great. The pace? Amazing. Incentive to explore every part of the level? With ammo drops, health/armor pickups, codex entries, collectibles and cheat codes, absolutely. Every level is so incredibly detailed, the scenery beyond the structures you walk around is stunning. Platforming isn't perfect, but I think it provides a little break between big arenas, and helps the flow of the game (this is a pretty controversial thing tho, some people are okay with it, and some people hate it). You can really formulate your own playstyle with the weapon variety and weapon mods that are accessible to you. I found myself switching between 3 different playstyles throughout my playthrough.… Expand

The glory kills are more brutal than 2016, with the addition of a blade as part of the Doomslayer's arsenal and "improved" blood effects. I don't really enjoy that change, but I think the gameplay more than makes up for it.     I played this game and had Quake III Arena flashbacks. You can appreciate what id have done here by merging the classic Doom gameplay with it's hundreds of onscreen demons and mixing it with Quake III-esque maps. Then they've tweaked and balanced the weapons and gameplay systems so that each wave will result in a huge number of satisfying chain kills in an extremely fast-paced and violentI played this game and had Quake III Arena flashbacks. You can appreciate what id have done here by merging the classic Doom gameplay with it's hundreds of onscreen demons and mixing it with Quake III-esque maps. Then they've tweaked and balanced the weapons and gameplay systems so that each wave will result in a huge number of satisfying chain kills in an extremely fast-paced and violent fashion. The end result? Something absolutely amazing. Visually this game will smash your GPU and produce some amazing visuals. There's a thumping metal soundtrack (if you like that sort of thing), and an incredibly playable and balanced game which lets you play-how-you-like with the huge number of perks you can add to your suit and weapons.     I remember playing DOOM 2016 when I was younger. Coming back to the DOOM series 5 years later, by playing DOOM Eternal it feels so nostalgic to me, ripping and tearing through demons, I highly recommend this game.

    It's just 20+ hours of absolutely perfected FPS. Don't go in looking for deep character development or an intricate crafting system - all of that would just take away from being a superb FPS.

    I am LOVING this game. I haven't tried multiplayer because the single player is so amazing. I was shocked at how much fun I was having. Soundtrack of heavy metal to go along with the murdering of demonic forces is one of the best combinations ever. Highly, highly recommend!

    Much higher octane than the last game. Also a lot more brutal, almost to the point of being too hard. Around level 4 or 5 is when it really clicked though. Very worth it.

    I will be honest, i did start on easy unlike everyone else, but to be honest, i would recommend it because if you are mentally slow like me, take awhile to learn new play styles, or just want stress relief through shotgun exorcism, it's fine to go easy. Nobody's judging you.

    As a final note, strangely i got a weird vibe from the boss design that made me think of a lot of styles from past video games, like pre-2013 i think. it was fun to have a game where i didn't have to sneak around or avoid a nuclear rocket powered bullet sponge with a sword the size of Texas. Really helps to feel like a game rather than just dark souls with a shotgun or a political statement.

    Amp up the difficulty to get the most out of this game. Story is alright, lore is better, gameplay top-notch. Recommend getting the DLC on sale, but they are a must. At their worst, it feels like more DOOM; at their best, the base game feels like a tutorial and this is where the real game starts.

    I have already beaten the PS4 edition on my PS5 and both dlcs, But I love this game so freaking much and to be honest the PC version is better the controls are easy to adapt to and I am running a solid 250 fps.

This game is incredibly involved, and that will likely be a huge obstacle for first time Doom Eternal players, and it might even enrage them; it did for me. I highly recommend at least keeping visual tutorials on. I personally turned off the tutorials that pull you to the demo room, but many of you might be tempted to turn off all tutorials. TurningBest single player FPS I've ever played. This game is incredibly involved, and that will likely be a huge obstacle for first time Doom Eternal players, and it might even enrage them; it did for me. I highly recommend at least keeping visual tutorials on. I personally turned off the tutorials that pull you to the demo room, but many of you might be tempted to turn off all tutorials. Turning off all of the tutorials will likely make every one of your big arena battles absolutely miserable because they throw every enemy, that you're supposed to understand how to fight at that point, at you in a single fight. It is really fun and exciting when you know the enemies weaknesses, because you are firing on all cylinders and using all your tools in the right way. We slaughtered thousands and millions more followed, but then he came - he cut through them like a sickle through a field - his fury surpassing their own. He is faster - more relentless.     Was skeptical at first about the game, but I started playing, then I couldn't stop. It's just so much fun. Lots of secrets to unlock, the battles are super fun. I love it!

    DOOM 4 didn't grab me at first, but this one. Oh boy. Even buying the full package for $30, what a godawful experience. Where's Deathmatch!? Where's that trademark DOOM music we came to love? Why do the weapons not feel like they do anything? The Super Shotgun, hardly a relic from the past, has become a weak, wimpy throaway. I don't want a hook attached to the damned thing, where'sDOOM 4 didn't grab me at first, but this one. Oh boy. Even buying the full package for $30, what a godawful experience. Where's Deathmatch!? Where's that trademark DOOM music we came to love? Why do the weapons not feel like they do anything? The Super Shotgun, hardly a relic from the past, has become a weak, wimpy throaway. However, the setting and narrative are quite poor, and plot is simply archangel Michael's copy. This is the only reason why i cant say it is a masterpiece.
    Nevertheless, i recommended to try new DOOM to    DOOM: ETERNAL's formula is just great. It makes the combat so intensive that you are probably going to jump out of your pants multiple times.     The gameplay is incredible, the feeling of power and mastery that comes with time is exactly what you could expect from a DOOM game. It adds a few welcome changes to DOOM 2016, a game that already felt so good to play. Every fight is superbly designed. Movement feels awesome. The game's length is perfect to keep its diversity all along.

    It is a great game, I have not beaten it. I recommend playing on easy even if you are really good at FPS games, because it is very very difficult. Despite the fact it is difficult it is very fun and has a lot of story and things to do. I highly recommend it.

The sound design is just beyond words every weapon, enemy sounds to the insane soundtrack written by Mick Gordon just sounds so sharp and crisp. The weight of the game is really brought forward through the heaviness in the music and the carnage coinciding with the fast paced gameplay. The mechanics are perfected all around for every situation you can think of, there's always room for the player to adapt, improve and mentally think through every part of the combat. Doom 2016 felt as though it relied a little too heavily on nostalgia while not providing much new innovation, while Doom Eternal here does have some nostalgia it really elevates the genre forward with it's complete overhaul of new additions and changes to the mechanics where the difficulty is really rewarding.… Expand

    This is my favourite fps shooter. The soundtracks puts me in a blood-lust state. Learning to quick swap weapons and use all of my weapons in battle is so satisfying, no game has made me feel this powerful.

    This game is a masterpiece. There are no other words to describe it. Every mechanic is perfectly balanced to create a perfect combat loop that is fun and infinitely replayable. The only complaint about this game is that the purple goo mechanic wasn't properly introduced in the base game, but this is such a minor complaint in such a perfect video game.

    Quite simply one of the best FPS games ever made. Not an easy task, given how much history the genre has and how much Doom Eternal has to match up to in its own series alone, but this game pushes the bar in pretty much every direction. Building on the solid but occasionally humdrum foundation of Doom 2016, Eternal refines and balances the gameplay to raise the skill ceiling and engage the player.

    This game is just god like i don't know how to explain it is just amazing you can kill demons whenever however you want but beware its a lot lot more difficult than 2016 this you have to combo and be moving around so if you want a challenge and love killing demons this is the game for you.

It integrates so many different elements into its game loop (resource management, split second decision making, reflexes, positioning, strategic planning) in such a wonderful way that makes the gameplay feel fluid, frenetic and adds weight to each and every move the player does.

    Very exciting, I'd give this 10! But if you like slower games, this isnt for you. You cant stop moving and its very difficult.

    Keeps you interested and makes you always want to play it, you also get a really good feeling when you finish a room. It is very intense and immersive which makes it just that step higher than most solo games.

    If you're looking for a deep and thought-provoking gaming experience that changes your outlook on life, look elsewhere. However, if you want a fast-paced, visceral shooter full of non-stop action and outrageous violence, you can't do better than Doom Eternal. If you liked 2016's offering you will love this follow up. It's a hell of a good time.

    Like Jason Statham’s character in Crank, Doom Eternal needs adrenaline every waking second. So long as you drown hordes of demons in their own blood, it feels like a perfect GOTY contender, but during quiet moments, Doom Eternal withers and forces you to ponder unpleasant questions. id Software needs to course-correct, otherwise we’ll be playing Super Doom Slayer’s Bros in a few years.
