    This game ripped me off. Battle pass doesnt carry over to a different server. Have to buy everything multiple times to play with different friends. Also nickle and dime you all day.

    Gameplay is fine, buggy but entertaining. Altho game as a whole is blocked by multiple pay walls. You can grind away your whole life and be nowhere near people who put money in this predatory monetization package. It's a hollow shell of a diablo game.

    Which combat might be fun, but it is not nearly good enough to distract you from the fact that they push buying items, chests, gear, or currency at every possible point and in almost every single menu in the game.

    I wouldn't suggest anything from Blizzard, ActiVision, or King at this point. They show they don't care for anything but lining their pockets on the players that they have trained to have a crippling gambling addiction.    … Expand

    The only thing that shocked me about the monotization of the game is that when you first log in there wasn't an option to boost the character to 60 paragon with full legendary gear.

    That was the only thing missing from a monotization stand point. Otherwise Blizz got you all covered.

    If you ever think about playing a Blizzard game after this, check your morals.

The game in theory is good, has good graphics and nice gameplay with some solid bases in your build however, after a while you'll hit the inevitable paywall and thats when the game goes down the sewer.     This game exploits players in an extremely predatory manner into spending obscene amounts of money into maxing out just one character. I don't even understand how monetization this egregious can be legal. And it's a right shame because if you took out all the monetization aspects, you would be left with a decently enjoyable game.     Quite clear pay to win incentives when it comes to PVP as someone who spends just $500 can wipe a team full of F2P players. The amount of "grind" limitations put in place are inherently unlike any other Diablo game. The MTX systems use make the worst GACHA games look kid friendly and tame in comparison. I can't even say this game is P2W though, as    I'd give a negative score if I could

    ~75 hours played on both mobile/PC, so experienced all the game has to offer me, and can confidently say, it's by far the worst Diablo game to date, mobile game or not, the MTX P2W (in the PVP scene) make this unworthy of downloading, let alone playing.    … Expand

Some of the purchases are too high for their consumable nature or due to the fact that they purposefully made so many aspects that will need to be leveled, making it futile to only spend a little.     I played for about 12 hours, got the "end game" and only had to close and restart about 500 times. But I will not give a bad score cause its buggy. I will however give it a bad score for its HORRIBLE monetization. When you beat a story boss, instead of being given quality loot, you are given the chance to BUY THAT LOOT! WTF!!     The quests are uninspired and feel like a grind. It's way too easy, but if you play to fast without leveling you need to reach a certain level before continuing the story line. It's actually impressive just how greedy a company can get, especially when they have a track record of making so many bad decisions in such a short time. But, that's not all.     It's actually impressive just how greedy a company can get, especially when they have a track record of making so many bad decisions in such a short time.

    But, that's not all.
    The game itself is just full of bugs, runs bad and has more re-used assets from the previous Diablo game than anything new/original. The story is incredibly boring as well, like a bad action movie.

    This PC port was extremely rushed as well, the UI is still designed for phones, and tells you to tap the screen. Doesn't allow for scroll wheel, instead you have to click and drag to browse your inventory. All very last minute stuff.

    Blizzard is clearly cashing out before the Microsoft takeover, and they don't mind setting fire to their IP's before doing so.    … Expand

    The gameplay is well made, but the tactics used to force a pay-to-progress system are so overwhelmingly big that I can't even find myself wanting to award 1 point for it. Shame on Blizz for adopting this sort of psychology to force spenditures.

The progression is payment locked €20/2 minute rift runs or you can wait half a year to collect that amount of legendary crests (the free legendary crests, which leaves you unable to trade the gems mind you).     Now the obvious p2s tactics assice, this is a terrible port, when you start fighting real bosses and start to evade fast AOS it shows that the hitbox registration is horrible AF and boss animations jump around. Hit reg feels like its kinda laggin or delayed - even tho its running in good performance?

    the perfect example for how to scrap a good franchise. play for one day and un-install the day after. got to level level 38 and was bored by the main quest was "get to level 35 .. get to level 40 " don't have time to create quest ... to much work to do on the in game store.

This is not a true diablo experience. this is a predatory game that does everything it can to get you to spend money. everything you complete will be rewarded with an opportunity to buy another bundle. This game needs to come with a warning label for those who have issues with overspending or a gambling addiction.

    This game is horrable!!! At the beginning it is fun and entertaining to loop you into the game. Slowly it makes you buy thing, As soon as you 60 and the Paragon lvling starts you hit the payway...... DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME !!! It is pure evil

    Pay to win vergognoso.
    Solo dopo paragon 20 ci si rende conto da quanto le gemme leggendarie siano fondamentali per la build. Il giocatore f2p non ha la minima chance di poterle farmare gratuitamente.Troppi limiti e debuff (esempio exp) se nerdare era l'unico modo di contrastare il p2w hanno escogitato il modo di bloccare la crescita se non si paga.     Initially I rated a version of this game 6/10 since the game content was solid with a decent story and gives a solid gameplay experience.
    Then I later found, if you happen to do a in game purchase, it will last only for the current season. Then its clean slate. This is extremely predatory. Not good Blizzard!!

    Really expensive to be competitive or if you want to be ahead of other ppl you got to be filthy rich. I rather buy an alpaca, treat myself to a buffet, and play something enjoyable I can commit to.

    How is this game allowed to exist ? I thought the problem with mtx was understood and finally governments all over the world are fighting against this kind of crime...after all we don't allow children to smoke/drink or addicts to buy drugs, but it seems we forgive corporation that create this kind of behavior. This world is doomed :)

    Would be a great game w/o the pay-to-win element.

    Quick fix:
    Remove the cashshop, add a buff to the aquire system, add a normal price to the retail price of the game. Then the game would be a solid 8.

    This is heartbreaking, as I really like the Diablo Franchise, Diablo Immortal does not deserve to be called a diablo, it is literally a gambling machine using Diablo as a costume to hide the worst predatory physchological tactics to manipulate player on spending on an agressive and abusive relation.

    Blizzard f*ck*d me over the second time now. People wouldn't think a huge used to be beloved company, would just resort to quick cash grab games. I got f*ck*d over by Warcraft 3 reforged, a beloved game from my childhood ruined by horrible decisions. Now they did it again, but now its Diablo getting the shaft. I lost all hope in Diablo 4 or any other blizzard game really.

It had the potential to be the best mobile game for the moment, but Blizzard transformed it in a disgusting cash hole. They took away the soul of the game. No fun playing without money.     Diablo Immortal is a simplified and more accessible version of the series that can still provide hours of mindless fun and entertainment. Sadly, the games suffers in the long run because of all the tedious grinding and the greedy monetization system, making a game experience that starts as very enjoyable much less so as time goes on.

    Diablo Immortal seems like a project created with the sole purpose of using the good name of Diablo to rub the players of their money. Definitely one of the worst games ever came out of Blizzard.
