    if there had done the monetization the same way as in path of exile it had been oki.

    i normaly buy all blizzard games on release but i dont trust that there well deliver not after thes mess.
    i really hope they do not do the same with Diablo 4, but I think they do;(.

But the pay to win aspect of the game alienates serious players that like to work at the games they play. It destroys any real competitiveness of PvP. Why couldn't Blizzard look to Grinding Gear Games (Path of Exile) for how to do MTX? Somehow, they did it andThe game looks good, and it operates well on mobile.     Predatory micro-transactions aside, the game is basically a dumbed-down version of Diablo III. It's very, very bad aside from some decent VA work. Do not spend time or money on this.

    Gameplay is not bad Diablo 3 on phone, but Pay to Win is pure evil.. same as not possible to disable zillions on notifications and reward just for sing into game.

Бегать гриндить шмот? А зачем? Всюду автолевелинг и после апа самоцветы и шмотья ты вообще не чувствуешь, что стал сильнее. На данный момент в игре один единственный рейд босс, который даже на 1.2к БР закидыватьУ меня более конкретные претензии к игре. Сейчас у меня 60(21)лвл. В игре купил батлпасс и все.     Да сюжета, без шуток, прикольная, но боже - дьябло не про сюжет, а про "немного" другое.
    Я конечно не искушённых мобильный гейзер, но та же геншин с её сюжеткой и её гриндом была куда более интересной. А тут... спустя неделю после выхода игры уже не хочется в неё возвращаться. Вопрос - чем они там занимались 5 лет - я вообще хз. Абсолютно не советую просто потерял неделю своей жизни.    … Expand

    Sick to death of paid reviewers taking the 'we will review the game based on the game and not the monetization. It's pathetic. This is not a game, it's a money farm for developers and publisher. And yet people still play it, making sure more of this cancer will be made. Here is an idea. Don't play, just send the developer your wage packet.

    This is pure pay to win, and it ruins the experience. I can't believe Blizzard would sink to this level. I'm extremely disappointed and I'll vote with my wallet: Zero Bucks for Blizzard on this one. I hope they take a loss.

    Ok so I can understand why people is so mad at this gamee because it makes you pay money to thee game , it is hard if you don't pay money. But its not necessary. Even if you don't pay money to the game , it is fun to play. Even if it is a little exaggerated.

    The client also crashes nonstop and controller support is wonky at best. Every patch they break and nerf 100 new things. They’re pulling a new world and trying to get everybody to quit now that they’ve recouped costs.    … Expand

    I've played the game for about 40 hours before quitting. The first few hours were enjoyable, but it gets grindy really fast. It doesn't help that literally everything is time-gated, including the drop chance for legendary items. The Pay-to-win aspect is starting to become more apparent in PvP. As a F2P player you can not compete with someone who spent a lot of money.

    For me it is obvious that a f2p game nées Real poney transaction.
    I dont use this option but i understand why there IS such thing in a f2p game.
    I amnactually level 52, spend liké 35h and didnt spend anybcents in thé game.and will not.
    Thé ceotic incan make IS thé scénario of thé game that use ils stories and dont inovate si Much.
    For me this game IS just a free New content whioe waiting D4 to ne available .

    Meh, good action for a mobile title. The monetization is a bit extreme. You will get destroyed in the battlegrounds if you don't spend money to get upgraded legendary gems.

    Great game if you aren't concerned about the end game and want to play very casually. It is very pay to win, but, I haven't spent but maybe 5 dollars and I'm in the end game and truly enjoying it.

    Its a free to play game. I do expect my self to toss a few bucks at F2P games.

    The cash-grab mobile we all expected. In fact we all thought it would be much worse, but instead it is decent and remains a free way to approach Diablo without spending a penny. If you like it, you can deepen the experience by enjoying the previous three chapters of the saga (instead of throwing money at a bottomless, endless p2w mechanic, typical of most mobile games.)

The issues of pay to win is real, but it's more to speed you up leveling up. Anyone who has ever but effort into their paragon level on D3 will understand.     GOOD

    Some of the new fighting mechanics like auto-attack and move on the same button hold, and attacking while moving work really good on all platforms and I'm sure we will see them more often in the future. The gameplay is generally spot on, as usual in Diablo games.

    They adapted and improved many things from Diablo 3, like rifts. The game works better as an MMO without seasons. Instead, the ladders for the specific content are periodically reset.

    Then there are some nice new clan and faction mechanics in here, like the shadow war that lets players engage in clan battles and it could make for a worthwhile mobile and PC game.

    BAD

    The party finder is terrible. Only two weeks after realease, you often spend more time waiting than playing, because the content is too spread out. The people who implemented this can't do basic math.

    Then there's some UI problems with the party search. It adds players that are either afk or in another area and can't join the quest you are queueing for. So all players are asked to confirm that they're ready and that fails because of those players, and then repeats forever. Players who can't join or refuse to join should be kicked from the group automatically.

    The microtransactions. I don't even mind that much, unless the game throws them in my face all the time. And Diablo Immortal does that by giving me some useless free junk every day to make me pay attention to the store. Guess what - that won't make me buy anything. It's just annoying and makes me dislike the game.

    Unfortunately, Blizzard broke their word and microtransactions can give paying players quite a huge advantage, even though the normal progression as a free to play player generally feels good. I think this will turn out to be a good short term and a very stupid long term decision for them - so exactly what you would expect from game management these days.

    I'd even be happy to spend some dollars on good skins or stash space, but I will out of principle not buy anything in a game when it lets players become stronger through microtransactions.

    VERDICT

    In the end you have a game that could be genuinely good, but a lot of potential is wasted by short-sighted management decisions and Blizzard's reputation will probably suffer from this.    … Expand

    Its all about grind. It may take a little time to farma some gear, but after all we are takling about Diablo. I have to say that the grind Is super fun, with active real-time online community. There are many events and tasks to play, i have Bern playing since release. Still enjoy playing

    Im have ton of fun with the game. Nice game, the only thing i will consider is that is nealy impossible to gem legendarys gems without Legendary crest, cause you cant also craft those. But besides that everything good

    Fix the legendary gem monetization and this game is perfect. All other pay systems(Battle Pass, etc) are fine in this game but the legendary gems need some rethinking.

Mouse controls feel terrible and it's still strangely unresponsive with a controller. The story is not cringe, but it's not captivating either (like Diablo 2's Marius cinematics we're).     The game is filled with microtrasactions, there are 21 different currencies and the game isn't consumer friendly. Blizzard claims to be putting players experience at the top but this game proves otherwise

    If you can ignore the typical mobile cash grab stuff(like every mobile game for the past 10 years)
    It's a decent game. I've already put a good 50+ hours for free in and haven't had the feeling I've HAD to pay at all. People complain they HAVE to pay to skip the grind, what else would you play Diablo for?

    Wow Blizzard, you truely made it! A true Diablo game. It really feels like you where acctualy in hell while getting your soul sucked out by the devil. Is it a good game? God no. But is it an artisical masterpiece, a true hommage to the devil? You can bet your ass it is.

    While it’s not as polished as it’s mobile version the PC version is just as good, could use some improvements to controls and HDR support but it’s in beta so expected.

    Unfortunately there are some annoying game play features due to the fact that its a mobile port. When you get to the first major town it kinda forces you to go around and talk to all the main npc's. This kind of forced hand holding you wont find in D2 or D3. The player figures it out in their own time. but with mobile games its part of the main quest line to 'go talk to this person' then 'go talk to that person' and you can't move around or to the next part of the quest until you have done this chore. It just feels forced and annoying.

    The monetization is absolutely disgusting, EVEN FOR A MOBILE GAME shieeet. However i get an odd sense of enjoyment out of playing grindy mobile games and not spending a cent. Like, every time I get a pop up for buy something and i press the X out of spite, it just makes me smile haha. You won't get any money from me.

    As a game, I think its a great game. As an example of how far blizzards standards have fallen? Its an absolute shame.    … Expand

Personally I've been waiting for Diablo as a live service game, and as far as it goes for those "micro transactions" they are not overly taxed on a player. You may pay or skip them entirely it's "your choice".     I really liked the game. The donation system isn't that bad. Compared to similar games. Lots of interesting mechanics. Been waiting for her for a long time. I consider it the best of these games on the phone at the moment. P.S. It is not for everyone, but for those who have a phone))

    This game is high quality and exceptionally fun. You don’t need to spend money to play through this game. Since its free, its easy to coordinate with friends and play cooperatively with minimal cost. Its also great if you want to play something on your phone as the mobile integration is amazing. Its basically completely free without any limitations like in other games where you are limited by daily energy or other stuff. Its running perfectly on my Poco X3 pro.     Sigue siendo beta en pc y se nota que los controles aún no están pulidos, pero es un juégalo entretenido y mejorado con respecto a los demás diablos, y realmente no entiendo por qué lo califican mal. Según es p2w pero no lo veo por ningún lado.

If you opt to pay your way and don't get what you want from the RNG that runs the loot box boo-freaking-hoo, cry about it to your Mom or a Friend, maybe learn some impulse control, but quit taking it out on the company. Or worse ruin other folks impression of a really good mobile game because you're butt hurt you spent thousands of dollars on a FREE game and didn't get what you wanted.… Expand

    it's a fun game for in between. The microtransactions can be worked around with enough time. People want everything for free these days, but they still want good games. The story, game mechanics, and community events are fun, and the build options are very interesting.

    This is Diablo at its best.

    Lots of enemies to fight and s ton of loot to collect.

    Classes and combat are great. Lots of features and content.

    If you don't like this game then you are simply not a fan of the series. Plain and simple

    El fallo del juego y que deben arreglar, es la sensación que te da la tienda de tener que pagar hasta por crear un personaje, cuando no es así. Deben de quitar capas al juego y por lo tanto a la tienda. Hay demasiadas capas en la jugabilidad, que si gemas, blasones, varias vendedores, herreros, joyeros, servicios, temporadas, clanes, bandas, reuniones, loterias, runas, oro, platinos, fallas, misiones, es demasiado .... y todo tiene su reflejo en la tienda aunque en la realidad no necesites comprar nada para avanzar si no juegas a tryhardear el personaje.
    El que solo se lo baja, lo prueba y ve todo lo que he dicho se asusta y piensa que o paga o no juega una mierda pero a lo poco que ñe metas unas horas te das cuenta que no es así, y el juego te lo dice a su manera, bueno mas bien no dice nada porque es de los gachas menos invasivos (in game) en cuanto a meterte la tienda cada dos por tres.     As for the big controversy surrounding this game, it's hard to ignore it, but personally I have reached paragon 20+ with about $20 spent. I stopped spending sometime around level 30 and on the higher levels I have so far not been interested in buying anything as the game has more content than I can finish in a day either way. Im sure in the long run, if I keep playing that I might spend a few more dollars, but time will tell.

    So far I've spent less on this than I did on Diablo 3 and Diablo 2 Resurrected, so I'm not worried the slighest. Predatory buisness practices will always be an issue when there exists vulnerable gamers out there that might not have the emotional discipline to prevent impulse buying. When I finally got the chance to play it, I easily got destroyed by whales that spent money on microtransactions. I was losing it that I went through all this trouble, only to get destroyed by pay-to-win microtransactions. This outrageous greed makes EA and Take-Two look like saints in comparison. The only thing immortal about this game is Blizzard's pathetic desperation for money.

    It's funny that Blizzard brags about committing to quality. What quality? All these greedy and lazy developers have ever done in their life is make overpriced and outdated low quality garbage. This is the same greedy game studio that charges $15 per month to play a low quality pile of trash from 2004. They are the same studio that charged $40-$60 for an always online low quality bareboned garbage that is Overwatch, which should have been a free-to-play game to began with. Again, where is the quality? Even EA and Ubisoft make better quality games, and you don't see them bragging about quality.     I was actually expecting a really bad game, but I had a lot of fun playing it. The gameplay is great (better than Diablo 3), my favorite classes are there, character customization is the better addition here, plus the armor and weapon designs are really interesting. The social features, like raids and such are OK and I didn't even touched the store, which is the biggest flaw in this game.

    Most of the complains i see come from people that want a full legendary OP pg right now when the game is just a week old

    4. What could be better: I am into quests and storyline and sometimes you must have the respective level to continue. To do that you need to farm. It's easy and diablo has always been about getting proper items / sets and other stuff to pump up the difficulty level. While that's annoying, you will farm dungeons anyway to get legendary dear - why so why not?
    5. The UI/UX experience sometimes is really weird: plenty of windows, menus, vendors, currencies. Yes that's the way D3 worked but for mobile that should be easier and more manageable (say - what runes do I need for that legendary gem?)
    6. PC version... yeh don't ask I did not get the bluestack working. Would be wonderful to launch it via blizzard client!
    7. Honestly, I'd love to play this game on PC feels like lots of context is slipping away on mobile.

    Overall: can recommend, so far the best mobile game I've ever played.

    This game is fun. Period. Tons of content and ways to progress without spending a dime. i bought battle pass and i'll do it again. Needs better PC UI but they will fix that. Always though Metacritic was about how fun a game is. Guess not.

    This is an awesome and best game for smartphone and PC in Diablo style, big + there are cross progression. This is not P2W game, cose you can't buy stats, weapons/armor and of course legendary gems. Diablo immortal have few minor problems with restrictions but this is not a critical. Thanks blizzard for a such beautiful game ❤️

    The gameplay itself is really fun and enjoyable.
    But the PC port is pretty bad sometimes which can take a lot from the gameplay.
    Also, a major part of the late-game gear upgrading (legendary gems) is locked behind a huge paywall.

    It's a great amount of content for a mobile game, and geniuinely a very well made game (if not basically a reimagining of D3). Main negative is the monetization model, and the caps on power and progress if you aren't paying exorbitant amounts.

    I am happy to play the game at moment and I did a single purchase to test system and thank them - BUT you are hounded constantly to purchase upgrades and its really clear that there is vast advantage to those who have spent lots on game. That's okay but I am being turned off by the disparity and the push on micro purchase - often not micro but $60 or more!     A decent cross-platform game, with some entertaining diablo lore, fun gameplay, corrupted ,without redemption, with ill-will from the publisher that wants to get you addicted to **** in-game mechanics and gambling, also microtransactions galore, eventually entering an eternal loop of wasting    I don't remember exactly if I wrote a review, or if my review was deleted, but here's to truth:

    Diablo Immortal is a simplified and more accessible version of the series that can still provide hours of mindless fun and entertainment. Sadly, the games suffers in the long run because of all the tedious grinding and the greedy monetization system, making a game experience that starts as very enjoyable much less so as time goes on.

    Diablo Immortal seems like a project created with the sole purpose of using the good name of Diablo to rub the players of their money. Definitely one of the worst games ever came out of Blizzard.
