    played the game for 3 days so far. The gameplay is solid, good. But was destroyed by company's greed, there is no way you can get good stuff without spending ton ton ton of money. This simply push me away further and further.

    I played the game for more than 80 hours and the endgame mechanics destroys it all. The shear amount of money that you should spent to get your gear levelled up is just abusive even criminal. I'm so sad to see a good legacy game become a tool to abuse players.

    This game is a total pay to lose. The only way to progress is to spend an absurd amount of money. The game is also extremely buggy. I have also seen people who spend more than $25,000 on the game and they are still not any good. PVP is a joke!

    Blizzard somehow managed to recreate the universal disdain of the launch of diablo 3 with blatantly greedy business practices. I can only imagine buying diablo 4 requiring some sort of labor agreement where you work in a strip mine for bobby kotick or get sent to prison.

    One of the biggest money grabs in the mobile scene, I guess because they're using such a big name like Diablo. The game plays decent on mobile, but pretty bad otherwise(PC with kb/mouse or controller). The game is also extremely grindy, even for a mobile game. The in-game chat is trash, and PVP is extremely P2W. It's the biggest insult to the Diablo name.

    I'm genuinely a Diablo fan, and don't consider this a review bomb going on here. The fact is that I can not play this game because of the constant reminders that everything is monetized. Every day I don't play, every day I don't have the battle pass, I am missing out. Every endgame dungeon I do, there it is in the back of my head that I would get more if I had only paid. I can't handleI'm genuinely a Diablo fan, and don't consider this a review bomb going on here. It's a mediocre copy-paste of Diablo 3 in the first place, so the motivation to play is already lower than it ought to be since I could just play Diablo 3 with no MTX. But I can't handle being pushed to spend spend spend like this, and knowing that I will literally never come close to maxing out my characters because the paywall is so insanely steep. I hate this.     Set a predefined max time youll play it, eg. 10hours and then you uninstall and NEVER touch it again, then you'll be fine.

Diablo 2 was deeper, and darker, with even sharper edges! It's one of the best games of all time. Diablo 3 was a downgrade in graphics and story, with a doomed "real money auction house".     I think Blizzard had a typo, the 't' shouldn't be there on the title. Disgusting practice, this is a disgrace for a company once so praised by the fans. Diablo, Diablo 2, Warcraft, Warcraft 2, Starcraft, Warcraft 3 was a shining beacon in PC gaming. Good job Activision, you have killed the old Blizzard.

    I've played both versions. I no longer plan to be a day one player of Diablo 4. I have to wait and see if you can buy the whole game or if you also have to pay to keep playing.     The biggest disappointment of all times. Diablo Immoral is just disgusting to play. The PC port is just awful, there are lots of bugs and it is not comfortable to play at all. The amount of whales in game is just ridiculous.

    You NEED to spend money if you want your character to be powerful and do the best content (and even then its not a sure thing to get the gems you require to improve your equipment). Further more, once you hit 60 and Paragon, it is required to be logged in at specific times, days and places to even have a remote chance of keeping up with everyone else. Oh, and you'll be under even more pressure if you’re in one of the leading dark clans on your server.

    Just don’t bother, this is quite literally the most insidious game I have ever seen from a western developer, and from a franchise and company that was once held in so high esteem no less. The PC port is quite terrible too in terms of functionality. Wake the hell up Blizzard.    … Expand

    Like every well thought out Diablo game. But there are too many p2w items. The material required to awaken a legendary item can only be purchased with money. blizzard has proven how greedy they are with this game

    Diablo Immortal is a simplified and more accessible version of the series that can still provide hours of mindless fun and entertainment. Sadly, the games suffers in the long run because of all the tedious grinding and the greedy monetization system, making a game experience that starts as very enjoyable much less so as time goes on.

    Diablo Immortal seems like a project created with the sole purpose of using the good name of Diablo to rub the players of their money. Definitely one of the worst games ever came out of Blizzard.
