    Meh, good action for a mobile title. The monetization is a bit extreme. You will get destroyed in the battlegrounds if you don't spend money to get upgraded legendary gems.

    Poorly made port from phones. Lots of movement bugs. No anti-cheat. Inventory saves only when server save you manually, so you can loose your items from disconnect.

    The endgame is just terrible, absolutely trash, keep on asking for your money, I rather the developer like the good old days, charge a single fee of $40, with no built in money grabbing mechanics.

Whoever designed this stupid gemception feature should be hung up, shot, gutted, quartered, and run over by a Buick. Slotting gems on gems? Gems better than actual equipment?     Made it to lvl 54 & spent $40 before I truly realized the monetization model set in place. Truly predatory and left a horrible taste in my mouth for Blizzard after playing their games religiously all 26 years of my life. This was the nail in the coffin for me.
    I will say that the voice acting, gameplay & story were solid. It has all the blizzard polish but none of the heart. The dev team    Made it to lvl 54 & spent $40 before I truly realized the monetization model set in place.     The game plays well enough... it's a nice little Diablo, but they use that as a basis for the biggest social experiment of all time.
    You will part with your money, or you will eat **** A lot of players will even act negative towards you, if you're not putting the money in. It's... a true masterpiece of evil.

    In the end of the game you only have good drops if you spend some money, playing without it you clearly stay behind and will not enjoy the game at the fullest.

    I don't mind free to play games that incentivize you to pay for a pass or something and you end up paying like $10-20 a month but this game will laugh at you if you only spend $10-20 a month you will still never be anywhere close to the other spenders in this game, don't even think about trying to play this free to play there are so many hidden caps and paywalls in this game.     What's really sad is that this game is actually fun to play. It has a good storyline and good gameplay. It would have done well, if it hadn't been ruined by the ridiculous amount of micro transactions and hidden caps shoved into it. Blizzard ruined a potentially great game.

The country I reside in banned the game entirely due to the abhorrent payment model the game uses to prey on vulnerable players.

    The game feels like it has some base level of effort put into it for gameplay, however it's really nothing special, even for a mobile game. What cannot be ignored however is the overarching and overbearing multiple avenues of predatory monetisation throughout the entire experience. Avoid like the plague.

    I usually don't mind microtransactions in my game but in the case of diablo immortal it is a game ruiner; not only its MTX are Pay-2-Win but it is also very abusive and anti-consumer, you either have to pay $110,00 or play for nearly a decade to max out ONE character.
    What a waste of good gameplay.

    literally for every 25 dollars of gambling, you have a 0.05 chance to win, which means 1 in 2000.
    I'm pretty sure ur student debt costs less than the amount of money you have to spend on this game to win.
    Shame on you, Blizzard.

    I went into this with an open mind...

    I was told to "touch to play"... so I touched my screen and nothing happened. Getting passed that hurdle, I'm shown UI buttons that have been clearly stretched up from a tiny, TINY resolution, with absolutely no care given to scaling. Just blurry af buttons. Oh controller supported? Not really... Plug in my Xbox controller, and I can't move or    I went into this with an open mind...

    Blurry af textures, clearly didn't bother with increasing texture resolution for PC.

    Barely any video options to select. No anti-aliasing to choose from just "image sharpening" which does next to nothing.

    Zoomed in so far that I can see the curvature of my characters ass. Can't zoom out further... can't even zoom in further to get a closer look at that...

    I haven't even touched monetization, because what is there to talk about? It's a joke. An absolute joke. With Blizzard on twitter defending it, pretending that everyone is spreading misinformation. The GAME is misinformation. It doesn't even tell you about the daily caps for activities. Where you stop getting rewards as a free player.

    Not to mention that you literally cannot gain max power in the game as free to play. It's impossible. Why? Because "ascending" your gear ONLY works with real money. No other way to do it.

    It's a slap in the face. And I sincerely hope that when the Microsoft - Activision deal finally goes through, Microsoft will pull this game from the market completely, and FIRE the people who were the decision makers for it.

    Because those people... the ones who made the decisions about this game (not the devs doing the hard work), the people who said "yes, make the monetisation this way"... they are the CANCER of the gaming industry, and they need to be out.    … Expand

    I remember back when Diablo 3 was released, it was on the shelves and on display in each and every gaming related store and gaming sections in mall and supermarkets, everywhere you look you’d find Diablo 3 logo, it was all what every gamer was talking mg about, I’ve played it with my friends for months.

    The game is extremely pay-to-win, the shop is shoved in your face at every opportunity, you don't stand a chance against other people (whales) in PvP unless you spend a ton of money.

    The leveling experience is awful, from about level 30 or so, you're constantly hitting "grind walls" where you gotta grind experience for hours to continue the story campaign and this continues all the way    The game is extremely pay-to-win, the shop is shoved in your face at every opportunity, you don't stand a chance against other people (whales) in PvP unless you spend a ton of money.

    I know the PC client is in "beta", but it needs a lot of work, missing a lot of functionality, keybinds that should be there, UI is awful.

    The game-play is good but it is heavily but i mean very heavily overshadowed by the disgusting monetization system in this game. Such a shame for Blizzard that will be remembered for at least a decade from now.

    While Diablo may be a fun title, the game is entirely ruined by the extremely overbearing cash shop advertisements and insane paywall if you want to play competitively and/or get the most of of the title. Games like this prey on kids and adults with poor money management skills and Blizzard should be ashamed they even considered releasing a title with this amount of pay to win.

    Felt good playing but the pay wall needed for endgame completely kills it Diablo to me has been after you beat the game but paying is not the way this game should go.

Normally when a company is being investigated by federal organisations and NGOs for insider trading , sexual misconduct and toxic workplace and already has an extremely poor reputation among gamers , they try to make ammends to please their fans and change their ways but bliz wasI have never seen such p2w crap in ANY video game .     Diablo Immortal is a simplified and more accessible version of the series that can still provide hours of mindless fun and entertainment. Sadly, the games suffers in the long run because of all the tedious grinding and the greedy monetization system, making a game experience that starts as very enjoyable much less so as time goes on.

    Diablo Immortal seems like a project created with the sole purpose of using the good name of Diablo to rub the players of their money. Definitely one of the worst games ever came out of Blizzard.
