    Arnaque ! Le jeu plante constamment vers 15h depuis 5jours au moment de la rédaction de cette avis. Le jeu n'est pas stable plusieurs plantage sans raison quand les serveurs sont up. Temps de chargement extrêmement long même avec un SSD. Le prix 40€ pour la refonte graphique n'est pas justifié.

    Diablo 2 is still an amazing game, played it since 2004, but it's polluted by the laziness, the mediocrity and the censorship of bli$$ard. Game is constantly crashing, servers are dead every days for hours, poor new features, no mods support as promised, ingame chat is pure sh*t. They dont deserve such a beautiful franchise like Diablo.

    It was obvious from the very beggining that BattleNet is the most intresting feature (and not boring single player) yet Blizzard failed on the release date and keeps failing continously as the servers are running wost every day (yeh, its not like they are making some progress, 7 days of regular realm down ended up with limitations on a single server!).
    Now you need to wait in a que to play the game, a limitation the Blizz did not infom you once you buy the game and something that breaks in my honest opinion the terms and conditions under which you buy a product and gets rights yo use it freely on a daily basis!
    If you havent bought this game - DONT DO IT!
    If you alredy have - spam Blizz with refund requests each day and every day as D2R is garbage, worth maximum 5$ (just to play single) and not 40$!    … Expand

    Но у меня крешед игру частенько. Серваки стабильно умирающие на несколько часов в прайм тайм, сейчас вроде как починили, но добавлением очереди ( ждать ~30 минут) ноу снкс. По совокупности отличная игра в которую не поиграть, 0/10.    Сама игра отличная, хотя хотелось чтобы игру доработали, поменяли баланс и тд. Но как настольгия 10из10.

    PC version is terrible unless you use remote. Also don't make an online character, you will barely ever be able to play it since the servers are almost always down. I bought this to play with my friend, but every time we go to play the servers are down. But if you want to solo it completely the game is fine. I just don't like the expensive price tag for a game you can't play half the time.

    I'm busy family guy. I can play few hours in Saturday evening. And exactly this time Diablo OFFICIALLY writes me "you are 451 in queue" so i must wait few hours for connecting?
    I spent money for THIS?

    Los servidores se caen continuamente y para colmo implementan sistema de colas..
    Cada vez que vas a jugar estás 1 hora esperando y cuando consigues acceder se crashea y tienes que volver a empezar

    I loved playing Diablo 2, 20 years ago, and i have really been looking forward to this release. And to be fair, what i have managed to play so far has been awesome...     I don't have hours and hours to play every day, so whenever i actually have an hour to play, i would prefer not to wait 30min just to log in, just to spend most of my remaining time waiting in the lobby because i joined/left a game too fast. (for the past 2 weeks i have barely been able to play the game i spend 40eu purchasing, and it feels like evey hour i spend, i get 15min of actual game time)

    So what choise do i have?

    Reskin with little change to original. All in all a good idea.

    Huge amounts of bugs. Rediculous server problems, game crashes at completely random times. Server queue wait times are a joke. Low queue number extreme wait time, followed by common failure to connect when complete or crash soon after getting onto server.

    No hope in sight.

    Being a big fan of the Diablo franchise, I had a lot of patience with this game. But even I have to admit now: This game is not worth a penny. Usually, it does not work (I can usually only play on weekends and on weekends you cannot login most of the time, even weeks after the release now). If you can login, there are many issues which should have been fixed during a beta or alpha:
    -    Being a big fan of the Diablo franchise, I had a lot of patience with this game. But even I have to admit now: This game is not worth a penny.     Great game..but you can't play it because servers are almost always dead. It od pathetic that you have to pay so much for this and you can only use it offline...I can't believe that Blizzard/activision has fallen so low that it can't even provide at least decent product anymore. Last time you took my money.

    1+ hour queue simulator made from 20 years ago. The server disconnects quite often and the game crashes multiple times a week.

    Do not buy this game right now. They remastered the graphics, not the actual platform they run it on. The game takes 30-40 minutes to login to during peak hours. Do not spend money on a game that you are not going to be able to play, give it a few months. Yeah, it is nostalgic, but it is just a farm simulator to the modern gamer.     Awful service. Down the same time for several days in a row, probably around a week, with no communication or warning. Rolling back of characters with little warning. Blaming players for playing the game the wrong way to bring the servers down.

    I regret giving this company money. Never again.

    The server issues have made the game unplayable on console with no communication from Blizzard. It's unfortunate but the game is only okay if you enjoy offline and even then it has some serious bad bugs with shared stash inventory disappearing.

    Daily 1+ hour long of queuing, and sometimes you get booted off in the process, forcing you to re enter the queue again. Extremely poor quality and performance, with zero support from Blizzard. I do not recommend this game at all.

    Payed 40 euros for it, installed, try to run it and failed, had to install windows 10 because for some reason a 20 year old game does not work on windows 7, finally was able to run it only to see that I'm on 200 position in queue, cant play offline because it's my first time paying it so i have to go online because for some reason a 20 year old game now requires    My experience so far:

    Clicking a game to see how long it has been going on or how many players also barely works, and it won't even parse the game info before the list refreshes again and the previous game selection is lost again.

    A GIANT CLUSTERF*CK, as expected by now from blizzard.
    I guess we could have known after the fallacy or WC3 remastered.

    The game is completely broken. The servers are down all the time. The game is exciting the first few days and then it gets overly repetitive. Worst 40 bucks I've spent on a game in a long time.

When I heard that blizzard was remastering the game, I could hardly contain my excitement. The game looks incredible, Vicarious visions did an amazing job on that end. I'm not usually one to complain but I honestly felt the need to make an account on here just to leave this review, to maybe save 1 person from wasting their money. I literally spend more time waiting in que or just not able to play at all than I'm actually able to play. The whole project just reeks of a giant cash grab from Blizzard and that really stinks. Every day they tweet about the "issues" with the servers while the game sits unplayable and nothing changes. Majorly disappointed.… Expand

    -login queue to make up for their incompetence. (but you can idle for 6 hours)
    -no cross play, cuz that would be a little to hard or something.
    -no way to sort game list, auto refreshes and cant remember what game you clicked on, cant double click games, bugs out if you get an error making game.
    -no kick feature, mf parasites ruin games.
    -error messages programmed by a retard, doesn't represent the issue. my internet is working dib****.
    -drops you into the map before your able to see, imagine dying in HC while your still loading. cant even pause the monsters until you move or something.

    im still going to be playing, because i fvcking love this series, but honestly blizzard needs to wipe management into the trashcan and hire some real people.    … Expand

    I have just spent an hour just waiting in a queue to start playing this game. If you don't want to get robbed, then don't buy it. You will only get pissed of, angry frustrated, you name it. Horrible experience.

    Sections of the day have infinite or long queue times. I work graveyards, so the only time I am available to play is during these unplayable times. Suppose I can play offline, but I paid for a multiplayer game. It has been weeks....unacceptable.

Над игрой действительно была проделана большая работа. И даже опуская изменения в местах, где этого было не надо и о которых фанаты не просили - все равно игра могла бы быть не плохой. Но, проблемы с серверами все рушат. Вместо того, чтоб их исправлять - Близзард ввело очереди. Наверно у компании нет ресурсов на решение проблемы - все пустили на переименование персонажей в ВОВ. Таким образом, заплатив за игру 70 AUD ты вынужден стоять в очереди чтоб в нее поиграть. Спасибо но нет.

    1. Bending under modern trends, authors ruined the characters. The Amazon was NOT an old witch. Paladin was not a black rapper, he was ARABIAN. Assassin was not asian, she was white and vampirish. Sorceress had breasts partially bare. You did not have any right to change the characters' appearance. This is a remaster where you can only improve graphics, mechanics, sound, but not take away from players what they loved in the game.
    2. And at the same time, what should have been changed was not changed. The stamina scale was not removed, the gold collection radius was not made wider The inventory is so small that there is no place for dropping loot AT ALL.
    3. Clearly overpriced. This game is not worth this much.
    4. Cowardy distribution policy. Fearing that a single game would simply be pirated, authors made connecting to servers mandatory even for a single game. As a result, the hatred of the entire community, refunds, prohibitively low ratings and the final loss of reputation received. Man... If you were just selling a single game through GOG, you would end up earning more.

    I have never in my life written a review for a game, but the **** Blizzard does these days has made me do it, just so I can rate it a 0/10. Worst experience I have ever had, they are refusing my refund request, even though I cannot play the game at all because of the constant crashes , queues and disconnects. A trash company, trash product, avoid it like the plague.

    При попытке перезайти (обновить мобов в локациях) с вероятностью 50 на 50 отваливается от батлнета и приходится перезапускать игру. В итоге в один прекрасный момент просто пропадал персонаж, которым играл.

For over a week there has been connection issues, now there's a queue, you can wait for 30 minutes up to an hour currently just to get kicked soon after.     Absolutely beautiful and detailed graphics, but sadly terrible performance and modernized quality. Blizzard didn’t test and polish this game, lag between the original game that runs in the background with the new graphics as an overlay, so you’re playing but with moments that things are working because it is not registering with the original game, very frustrating. Today I was in queue for 2 hours, then failed to connect, put back in queue for 2 more hours, then failed to connect again (about 50% chance), then put back in queue.     I'm rating the game, not the current temporary server issues.

    VV knocked it out of the park. They did a fantastic job. They should be very proud of what they did.

    As for the server issues, as an online, single player ... player, I have had few issues in the last month. The outages were merely an short inconvenience.

Blizzard let the Diablo 3 hating purists have every single demand they wanted and they STILL hate the game, not even for their horrid server issues. These people ruined it to get EXACTLY what they wanted and they still hate it. In the end, D3 fans don't like the game and D2 fans don't like the game. On top of that, the game isI don't believe in giving games a 0, but this one was hard. Blizzard let the Diablo 3 hating purists have every single demand they wanted and they STILL hate the game, not even for their horrid server issues. These people ruined it to get EXACTLY what they wanted and they still hate it. In the end, D3 fans don't like the game and D2 fans don't like the game. On top of that, the game is almost impossible to play because of server issues. It took them a month just to implement a server queue and my average wait time is over an hour if I really want to play, being 550+ in queue. That queue does not move fast.

    So to flip things a bit, I'll save server issues for that, but these are the issues with the game:

    - Inventory management is awful
    - Inventory size is a joke
    -Town portals are expensive
    - Leveling is a total joke and takes far, far too long
    - Diablo is the most overpowered boss I've ever seen. I've yet to land a single hit on him despite having killed every single previous boss on the first try. Diablo has killed my entire party in a single stomp every time. I honestly haven't even seen him at all. he kills me from off-screen
    - Hit registration is nearly non-existent. I have a 99% chance to hit yet roughly 80% of my attacks just vanish into thin air.
    - When you play offline, the game no longer randomly generates the maps each login
    - When you play offline, the stash is reduced to barely 80% of the online stash and you have only one single page. There's enough room for your quest items, meaning the things you MUST keep, and absolutely nothing else.

    Then there's the server issues:
    - Server queue wasn't implement until recently. The switch got it yet another week later
    - Server queue length is criminal and can take in the upwards of multiple hours
    - Playing on weekends or evening is not possible. The servers are full
    - Let's not forget the rubber banding that has resulted in me getting killed multiple times and no, it is absolutely not my internet.
    - Even better, it disconnects at random. It's not all that common, but happens once or twice every other or every 3rd playthrough. Once disconnected, it's back to the queue

    I'm only playing it cause I want to finish the story, but I've already gotten refunds for my Xbox and PC. I've only got it on Switch and I only play it handheld. Docked is.....seriously ugly. I will never understand how the game runs significantly worse than D3 on identical hardware. I've also never seen a game that had not one, but TWO betas, and still managed to launch in a far worse state than the beta.    … Expand

    Bought this game to play along with my friends. Servers are down 24/7, even 2 weeks after release. The initial game had LAN coop but Blizz decided to remove this, for our "security" without giving an alternative.

    This feels like an early April's fool joke.

    The game WOULD be great if Actiblizz could fix the servers.
    I don't understand how people can give his a pass. The rollback is insane, happens all the time, there is ALWAYS a queue to play that takes 30-45 mins and if you're playing during peak times it can easily take over an hour. This makes it UNPLAYABLE
    When the stars align and the servers are in working order, its a great game.

    Longtime fan, but blizzard dropped the ball there. Game itself in terms of graphics is amazing. Too bad it is nearly unplayable due to the numerous connectivitty isues, crashes, lags, unable to create rooms, bugs, server downtime and queues. Outrageous and they made me sure to never buy a Blizz game again.

From the absolute atrocious "woke-friendly" artwork decisions (just look at the Amazon) to continuing server issues and now to their insanely misguided rebalancing of classes, they can't get anything right.     A multi-billion dollar company, who's sole purpose is to provide an online gaming service is incapable of keeping a newly launched game online for more than 15 consecutive hours without 6 hours of down-time.

    You are looking for a reskin of diablo 2 + Lord Of Destruction with outstanding 3D graphics in 4K and nonexisten servers and everyday rollbacks with lost items and character progress? Thats your game!

    Why was it necessary to make all the female characters in clothes and disfigure them. Beautiful sexy women have become either old women or freaks without breasts and asses. Ruined my favorite childhood game, don't care about my fond memories, thank you

    Generally not working. Disconnects, item rollbacks every day. The game crashes every two hours at least. UI slow and laggy. Problems persist for three weeks and nobody cares. Weekend playtime is like zero because servers are constantly down.

    Сервера не работают с завидной периодичностью!!!! Особенно в выходные дни когда происходит наплыв игроков, и близы только извинятся и могут а толку смысл платить за игру 2-3к если она не РАБОТАЕТ!

    Diablo II: Resurrected is far from perfect. The changes in character design are likely to rile up returning players, and the archaic gameplay probably won’t agree with younger generations weaned on more streamlined, sophisticated experiences. While I appreciate that this legendary title is now available in an improved format, it’s not a caveat-free recommend.

    Diablo II returns with refreshed graphics and unaltered gameplay (apart from some small improvements). It’s as fun as I remembered, so I quickly felt at home and gave in to nostalgia. However, it’s hard not to notice that beneath revamped visuals lies a 21 years old design. [12/2021, p.32]
