    I can't use the game I bought (again) for 40 EUR for 8th consecutive day because the deves haven't thought that 20 year old multiplayer code might need a bit of revamp before releasing to production. Seriously? Ever heard of stress testing before release?

    Mother **** , i have to wait in the Que half hour and then i cant see the characters, try to do something and nothing , so i need to restart the game and now i am 190 in the que , so nice blizzard so nice i have spend my time for que and tlnow i cant play coz i have only 1 hour and half 2 play in the game , blizzard u sucks!!!!!!

    Game crashes all the time and they made all the characters super ugly, not being faithful to the way the original game was. The servers are down all the time as well and there are tons of rollbacks, so a lot of the times you lose all the progress you accomplished in the last couple of hours or so...

    The game itself has a great remake job BUT Blizzard has no respect for players with such sh** servers. There are downtimes every single days for 3+ hours.

    Too many disconnects! 5 day it is impossible to enter the game. Constant rollbacks. And this is a $ 40 game? We are beta testers in it. Blizzard does nothing, I already regret buying this game. Apparently you need to go to the classic version, there is at least full support for mods.

    40 euros for a 20 Years old game I already bought a few times. They say they kept the whole game and added a graphic layer plus a few UI improvements. The game servers are down for a week now. I play Hardcore, loading time are long enough for characters to die within the loading. If you can play for an hour, it is a miracle. But when the server crashes (2 or 3 times a day), you get a40 euros for a 20 Years old game I already bought a few times.     I often get disconnected with server, can't play well for 2 weeks so far. I can not accept the explanation of Blizzard about "modern player behaviour", they don't playing games, do they? I'm so disappointed.

Верно - целую неделю приносили извинения, но ситуацию так и не решили. Спустя неделю - о чудо! был    Игра класс! НО!!!
    Купил, начал играть, получил удовольствие, а потом начались отвалы сервера. Ладно бы разовая акция или плановая, но в течение целой недели, как по часам, падение на 6-8 часов днем, в пик онлайна, когда всем удобно играть после работы или на выходном. И что сделали Близы? Верно - целую неделю приносили извинения, но ситуацию так и не решили. Спустя неделю - о чудо! был найден корень проблемы и найдено "решение"! Внезапно выяснилось неочевидное - оказывается, игра то старая. И код игры старый. И вообще - игроки сами виноваты. Ведь в игре про фарм игроки, какая неожиданность, ФАРМЯТ. Перезапускают игровую сессию и снова фармят. А игроков оказалось много (какая неожиданность)!
    И какое решение придумали Близы - а сделаем ка очереди на сервер, которая длится по полчаса и выше. А если не хотите сидеть в бессмысленном ожидании - играйте ОФЛАЙН! Как будто я ради офлайна и покупал двадцатилетнюю игру с онлайн режимом за 40 баксов! Ха-ха!
    А по факту - просто сэкономили на серверах, мол через пару-тройку месяцев само собой все рассосется и проблема исчезнет, когда некоторая часть игроков сама уйдет из игры после прохождения игры на Норме.
    P.S. Место ожидания в очереди 358.

Before release they said you would be able to make new games without realm down, do pindle runs, etc....     40 bucks for a game that queue you for more that 1 hour to crash after 10 min of play and then 1 more hour in queue. On console you juste have serveur errors and can't even play (and you pay for the game and the online on console...)

    First, it's , unsurprisngly, a buggy mess with the worst server system in existence ( and while it's more "Blizzard" fault here than "diablo 2R", it still make the game itself simply unplayable. ). You will have to wait HOURS in a queue before you can play and if you somehow bother to do it, you cannot quick spam games because their server are horrible ( and in a game where rare loot areFirst, it's , unsurprisngly, a buggy mess with the worst server system in existence ( and while it's more "Blizzard" fault here than "diablo 2R", it still make the game itself simply unplayable. ).     Secondly, the inventory is incredibly tiny and storage is... nearly non existant. you will need to create new characters to store items and then juggle between every mule character as you play
    Thirdly, it's a cooperative with no cooperation whatsoever. player will rush everything that drop on the ground no matter if it's for their class ( because yeah, loot fall of the ground in pub game. enjoy NEVER getting a single loot ).
    Fourthly, the balance of the game is TERRIBLE with some classes insanely better than the other ( hammerdin does insane damage beyond ANYTHING / Sorc are the only class that can use Magic Find )

    Diablo 2 as decent when it came out because, well, gaming wasn't as advanced/developped as it is nowadays.

    Я написал запрос на рефанд средств и получил отказ с кучей слов о том, что они стараются сделать все возможное, чтобы починить игру. Но главное, я слишком много в нее наиграл и по-этому фиг мне, а не возврат денег. Как говорится, с уважением, пошел на х..р .

    The way this game works is a joke - day after day it's getting worse. My baby son is sleeping now, I wanted to take a rest and enjoy playing the game which I PAID FOR, full price. But I can't - there is a queue and my place is 242! I know Blizzard is busy with sexual harassment, but at least they should deliver what they took money for.

    But in 2021, sold an old game for 40 USD, with massive server issues after 2 weeks of the release is not acceptable. This is not what a game should be.

    To be honest, this is an old game. It's already priced at it's maximum. With the disastrous issues, I only want to tell Blizzard: Die. Blizzard. Die.

    The game without bug is realy nice.... But so many bug for an old game... Server are frequently down in the weekend when people can play, that is so anoying.... So i'll give a 2/10 because activision ruined Blizzard and we have no good tech support on each remastered game (WoW and D2)

    Hate it, I loved the original but this remake has too many flaws to count. I just bought this game TWO DAYS AGO and played for two hours all because the server. For example I waited all morning, couldn’t get on. After two hours I got on than was kicked and I can’t get back on again. This game is trash

    Mindblown how bad the game's service is since the release. it feels like im playing a beta without almost daily downtime.

    Blizzard is not communicating towards their customers at all which bothers me.

    These servers issues are horrible, way worse than back in the days. Not only is playing an issue, with drops, characters missing, but also losing progress and loot after server fails. I can't believe they can screw up this much in 2021...!

    It's not even good for nostalgia because blizzard decided to censor a lot here. Almost every female character is not even similar to how she looks in classic. And that really destroys the immersion.

    This game is completely unplayable - the servers do not work. You will either disconnect, or be placed in queue for HOURS. Regardless of how the actual game plays when it works, it is undeniably not ready for release since it simply can't be played, at all.     Gameplay is still fun and updated graphics look nice, but absolutely not worth buying with all of the technical issues. Servers down for a large chunk of time 6 days straight (some days over 5 hours), AVX issues at launch, now a 30+ minute login queue…

    Pre patch - game play from the range of 5 to 30 mins before getting disconnected by "you connection has been interrupted" message.

    After patch - login queue of at least 30 mins at 1 am --> 5 mins of game play --> "your connection has been interrupted" --> login queue of at least 30 mins --> 5 mins of game play --> "your connection has been interrupted" --> on endless repeat...

    Its a really good remaster, but Blizzard is going to hell. Add join queue, so you have to wait at least half an hour to get to lobby. Its shame. I love Diablo, but I hate Blizzard. Its almost unreal, what they did with that name - Blizzard. FU guys, FU!!!

    Player queue. I paid for a game to wait for 20-30 min to log in to play. and after game crash i have to repeat process. and still plenty of crashes on diff systems.

    Insane waiting list to connect to battle.net servers (1 hour or more if you are not playing at 6am) makes this game absolutely worthless. I don't undersantd how a 40€ game can be sold with this problem. Once you are at battle.net you could play solo to upgrade your charcater, but no, first you have to passa the queue even if you don't want to join/create a game....

    I am pissed about this game. Every time I try to log in on my day off Saturday I am always placed in a 350+ person que. Try to join a game says can not create game at least 15 times before it goes. There should be a law against pushing out **** to players that have been loyal to this game for years!     Diablo II: Resurrected is far from perfect. The changes in character design are likely to rile up returning players, and the archaic gameplay probably won’t agree with younger generations weaned on more streamlined, sophisticated experiences. While I appreciate that this legendary title is now available in an improved format, it’s not a caveat-free recommend.

    Diablo II returns with refreshed graphics and unaltered gameplay (apart from some small improvements). It’s as fun as I remembered, so I quickly felt at home and gave in to nostalgia. However, it’s hard not to notice that beneath revamped visuals lies a 21 years old design. [12/2021, p.32]
