    Wasted money. Do not buy this crash simulator. Unplayable. Just start it and see it crash in seconds. Blizzard needs to develop a hardware and an OS to play this crap.

    Problem #4: a feature nobody asked for, switching between old and new gen visuals on the go. I'd understand if I'd be able to try it on rig which COULD run D2LoD. To play with old visuals for reduced hardware stress, you know. But noooooo...
    Problem #5: You must own Diablo II: Resurrected to post on this forum. On official forum. If you have interest in buying this game - go ask elsewhere. Uncool.

    After playing around 15 hours I can honestly say that this game will only really appeal to those that have the nostalgia for the original. The graphics in the remaster are very nice to look at, they fit the aesthetic of Diablo perfectly, for me that is where the positives end, that is pretty much the only thing the developers worked on it seems.

    I have invested around 25 hours in the game. However, I have lost all my progress/item/experience of my "offline" character, TWICE, due to problems in Blizzard servers. The only thing a game should provide is to keep this safe and it did not. I do not want to continue playing a game knowing that my efforts will be undone with no follow up support. I requested a refund.

    After so many years supporting this company, I can now say: this is a garbage company with garbage products cutting corners and screwing consumers and employees. Diablo 2 server problems are just a simple reminder of that after Warcraft III Refunded.

    A 21 years old game, I guess it runs on 21 years old servers, since playing has been almost impossible since launch (which happened quite some time ago at this point). This game is a borderline scam: you will spend 40 euros to stare at your queueing number (which is usually between 100 and ∞).     Я даже не смог это купить, при том что совершенно с теми же данными делал покупку COD MW несколько месяцев до этого теперь же battle.net не принимает мою карту с дословной ошибкой "Ой что то не так!"     Ладно, думаю, чините. День жду, два жду. От близзов почти полная тишина на эту тему, в основном обсуждают, что игра сломана в сетевой части, персонажи пропадают и прочая. Нас таких, у которых игра не запускается на форуме тыщи, а они молчок. Ну нафик, думаю, оформлю возрат средств. Вернул деньги, а сам поглядываю на форум техподдержки, не исправили ли. И ещё два дня проходит, не исправили, и тут...

    Пишут уже - у кого этих AVX'ов нет, вы вообще не подходите под системные требования. Вдруг. Хотя раньше 1) нигде в системках про эти авиксы не писали (и сейчас, кстати, не пишут) 2) сами говорили вначале, что это не запланированная фигня, и они всё починят. Наглость 80 уровня. Сами понимают, что банально развели кучу народу, понимают, что мы это понимаем, но всё равно на голубом глазу меняют свою позицию на 180 градусов и мы теперь сами виноваты. Слов нет. Рад тому, что всего два дня тянул с рефандом, жалею, что вообще решил купить дяблу эту у нынешних близзов.

    Они просто игроков держат за полных дебилов, раз позволяют себе такое поведение. Или уже махнули рукой совсем на свою репутацию и им хоть чего бы урвать напоследок. Сколько купят, столько купят, авось кто-то ещё поленится рефандить. Ври в глаза, пофик, главное бабло стрясти хоть какое-то. Славное имя близзард мокают в фекалоиды уже который раз.     Bought this game to play along with my friends. Servers are down 24/7, even 2 weeks after release. The initial game had LAN coop but Blizz decided to remove this, for our "security" without giving an alternative.

    This feels like an early April's fool joke.

    В игру зайти невозможно, сервера постоянно висят, а если запустится, то вот что ждёт: прокаченные персонажи удаляются сами по себе из-за того, что игра потеряла связь с сервером, на кой ляд в одиночной игре онлайн, не пойму, это очень "здорово", когда играешь несколько часов и не заметил сообщение о разрыве связи и всё это не сохранилось.

Probably around 97% of active players on battle.net are using some sort of botting tech. Blizzard doesn't really care much for the bots, because they ban them once in a while and they got to reinvest in new copies.     Серверы отключают каждый день на пару часов (если это происходит из за досса помойной пое, то ребята расслабьтесь в вашу уродливую донатную помойку пойдут только инвалиды)
    Но что то я сомневаюсь, близард за последние годы всё просрала и даже мощности своих распроданных серверов, тут главное не забывать выдавать премию бобику, а остальное неважно.    Серверы отключают каждый день на пару часов (если это происходит из за досса помойной пое, то ребята расслабьтесь в вашу уродливую донатную помойку пойдут только инвалиды)

    Just wanted to play D2R again after a week and now I get into a waiting queue. I need to wait 10+ minutes before playing the game online? Just opened a ticket for refund. What is going on with Blizzard? They made wonderful games in the past, but nowadays they are not even playable anymore...

    This is a re-release of a finished product and yet it's still released broken.

    Well. They killed it. Now it's truly dead.


    Seems like these new Blizz kiddo technical analysts want to destroy D2 so there is nothing to compare to when D4 is a complete disaster.

    the game is remastered and has interduce huge amount of bugs and "the feature" to go back in graphics are very bad as it lags like crazy ( poorly optimized ) chars gets deleted, items get lost, items not usable, wrong text on items.     Activision Blizzard got cheap and made the game entirely online so people can't get a hold of it for free, but because they made it online only they screwed up a bunch of features; no lan support, no mod support, laggy servers that drop you, your map layout will reset after every game if just playing on single player.

    We are 3 weeks into Diablo II: Resureccted now. I've paid full price for a remastered title because i really loved playing this game back in the days. But the servers are down 2-3 times a day with rollbacks and progress loss. I would love to have something nice to say, but i haven't.

    I can't use the game I bought (again) for 40 EUR for 8th consecutive day because the deves haven't thought that 20 year old multiplayer code might need a bit of revamp before releasing to production. Seriously? Ever heard of stress testing before release?

    Even after several patches the game is mostly unplayable. Load times are atrocious, graphics are so-so at best, constant crashes, constant failures to create games.

    Worst of all is the chat filter that blocks cuss words on a game played mostly by 30+ year olds.

    Constant server disruptions. And by constant, I mean every single day at the same time, for six days straight. And this is happening one month after launch, not on launch day or launch week. The CS team remains vague of what the problem is and is not being transparent in communicating what steps are being taken to rectify the ongoing problem, except for template PR tweets.

    3. There is no adequate modding support.
    4. Left outdated and unnecessary aspects of the game.
    The game is not worth it to even waste time downloading pirates. Bottom.

Then, well…the “new” Blizzard happened and TCP/ IP support was removed for “security reasons” (sound like Warcraft 3 remastered BS?), proper ultrawide support was removed (black bars? for real?     Client Crashes, Charakters disappear, random Chrashes, And for the best part they "try to fix this" by giving us a Queue line with entries about 200+. Each 10 foward require round about 10 Minutes. For a game which focusses most on Multi Player, this is a Shame. There must be refund Campaign imediatly.

    It is currently unplayable. Yeah i understand there are server issues but right now the server issues are causing characters to lose progress and ITEMS BEING DELETED FROM YOUR INVENTORY/STASH.
    Did a bunch of farming servers go down and when I log back in runes I found a couple of days prior are gone, inventory is rearranged. FIX THIS GARBAGE

    - Wonderful Optimization

    "Diablo disconnected" servers down all the time. This game is great, but the issue is that Blizzard servers make it impossible to play it. Blizzard is not willing to refund players either. Scam. Last game i ever bought for them-It's a promise!

    Diablo II: Resurrected is far from perfect. The changes in character design are likely to rile up returning players, and the archaic gameplay probably won’t agree with younger generations weaned on more streamlined, sophisticated experiences. While I appreciate that this legendary title is now available in an improved format, it’s not a caveat-free recommend.

    Diablo II returns with refreshed graphics and unaltered gameplay (apart from some small improvements). It’s as fun as I remembered, so I quickly felt at home and gave in to nostalgia. However, it’s hard not to notice that beneath revamped visuals lies a 21 years old design. [12/2021, p.32]
