A doubtlessly original title that offers a lot of fun through very extensive options of building, customizing and optimizing vehicles but could benefit from faster progression. [06/2018, p.52]

There’s a lot to like about Crossout: the vehicular action shooter combines fast gameplay with a really good editor and a solid crafting system. The graphics are good and the damage model is even better. Sadly, there is no crafting tutorial, the background story is rather weak and most of the time the AI is disappointingly stupid.

Great looking graphics, proper physics engine, creating your own vehicles, tons of content - what else would you want from a free game?

Really great fast paced vehicle combat game.

Building vehicles is really great, theres a huge amount of parts and it does feel like u can really make what u want. Theres great variety on the weapons even including things like deployable drones and turrets aswell as modules like scopes and radars to add.

Parts are shot off of ur vehicle so how u build it is very important to how well it functions. Smart design can really help ur performance.

It is common to have 2-3k ps(power score) matches with 5-7k players involved and vice versa. Since AI bots fill in slots (8 vs 8) players don't fill it's hard to make the argument low player base is the reason. The only conclusion one can reach is the developers want relatively new players to get steam rolled by things they cant even scratch in the hopes they drop $. If there was anything todo in the game beyond endless matches on the same maps this might be mitigated. But to date not so much. Likely if this trend continues through release there wont be a player base beyond the handful of whales and grinders it has now. Give this one a pass. Expand

    The reasons of negative review:
    1. Every game can have some p2w elements or selling some decorations to support DEVs. But this game is a heavy p2w game. Everytime you play in this game, you realize there is more p2w elements shows up like paying to buy seasonal levels to finish these event in one day! This game is like a joke!

    2. Making things harder to play to hold things for future behind of payment wall. Many years ago, earning reputation a bit better than now. You could do leveling progress better with factions. But then, they nerfed reputation gaining and started to sell premium payment to get more reputation. You see? they are kind of swindlers.

    3. I'm not saying we shouldn't pay any real money and leave them without supporting. But their intend is totally wrong with morality. I personally purchased few stuff back then when I was believing to support them. If I had a choice to take time back I wouldn't! Some games deserve to be supported but some of them are not!

    4. The other thing is making PvE elements to make impossible to play. They nerfed many benefits for players each time for years. They are making raids harder and harder each day in one purpose is forcing players to pay for p2w elements to get stronger. It's a psychology dealing with players. If players feel powerless, they will spent more money. Is it right or wrong? In my case it shouldn't be like this way to try to deceive players to pay for their p2w services. It's wrong in morality way. Check Path of Exile and Warframe, how they are successful in their own game as a Free to Play.

My decision is, never start to play this game to get addict. It will make your life more stressful than before in any game. I'm not recommend it!
