    Tried to give it a chance. Progression stopped completely at P40. Everything is designed around paying at this point and they continued to make it harder for f2p players.

    This game needs a major overhaul before becoming playable. The money grab will make this game fail. There is zero incentive to play without paying.     This game is dispicable trash. I played it for about 50 hours and I just can't take it. I did not want to spend money, but every system in the game works against you if you don't spend cash. System caps prevent you from grinding pretty much every system in the game, so you are artificially trapped...unless you want to spend money. What's worse, is the game could have been fun.     If you don't care about humanity, worker rights and art this might be your game. At the beginning it is kinda fun but lacks in endgame because you have to put hundreds of dollar inside. And I'm not even talking about the problematic moral of supporting an antidemocratic company like activision blizzard.

Mobile games have been loaded with micro transactions from the start, but Blizzard has taken it to whole new level with this one.     the player absolutely wants to be directed to the ingame shop at every opportunity, the player only wants to play a multiplayer game under very specific conditions. they shouldn't be too easy either. the player prefers to play with older equipment, the equipment must not be found within 4 weeks and only have slightly high values. the player wants to perform one and the same action for as long as possible. At best, the smooth gameplay is affected by various mechanics independent of the gameplay. the player does not want to switch off from real life and relax. if possible, a negative impression should remain with the player until the next session.

    finances and fees for diablo players: 12 rune fragments + 15 sparks (loss) = 1 rune (income)

Blizzard promised to have only cosmetic items and no p2w in this game and blatantly lied to us. 0/10.

    Graphics. Used a lot of assets and monsters from Diablo III. Feels sloppy and cheap. Many people say this is great, but I do not see it. The template for controller and hero actions has been copied from another of their games and also the menu layout. Outsourcing the game was the worst idea Blizzard has done in a while. They should have designed the whole flow of the game - UI, battle system, but instead chose to be lazy. 2/10.

    Overall thanks to predatory tactics and lies to the community when they said "only cosmetic" and no p2w I gladly rank this "game" a 0 out of 10.

    Save yourself some time and install a good game like stardew valley or some other game where you pay once and the developer actually is not about preying on problem gamblers. The gaming companies lie to you when they say "whales" are rich people. In fact research shows the most spending in these games comes from people with low education that are actually not rich at all. It is the same as with problem gamblers in casinos. You see rich people gamble all their money away not very often do you? There needs to be regulation on these games so these gaming companies can not get away with this bs. Max spending per game per month is a simple solution Apple and Google could easily implement to stop this bs once and for all in no time. Regulation on lootboxes also needs to happen. Not even worth the bother for the main story, as that's also ridiculously stretched out being miles wide, but barely an inch in-depth, and later on it takes ~6mins before hitting yet another level gate. Jesus Christ.

    I enjoyed the game at the beginning but the longer you play it, the worse it gets. Performance is terrible on both high end smartphones and PC. Optimization to play on PC is also terrible and design choices are illogical/counter intuitive. Together with pay to win model and artificial road blocks made me drop the game after 5h.

    This is a D3 rip with all the fun aspects removed.

    Skills - Skills are a complete disappointment. No talent trees, no specs, just a set list of skills (limited pool) that your build is based on the 4 you select. No rune modifications, no leveling builds, nothing. The skills are impacted by gear and gems (more on later)
    Legendary gear - The vast majority of legendary gear is uninspiring. Basic stat increases, (deal 10% more damg etc) with very few that impact the actual skill and build of class. Most of the major changes happen from legendary gems, which... are the main cash grab here. What fun is the game when you have to literally buy (not find) the best part of ARPG/looters. Building your characters.
    Story - Standard faire, they really push you into the cash shop at multiple points in story. Nothing promising here.
    Gameplay - The game plays well, but is ruined by the crippled nature of what you are provided with. Nothing different than any other mobile ARPG.

    This game is also 'easy', until you hit the end game grind, forced grouping.

    P2W

    You may have fun for the first few hours then you'll hit the walls.

    -Pay to upgrade your dungeon run for better loot. In a ARPG looter? SERIOUSLY? What should be the most fun aspect of these kind of games, you pay..to find better loot. Okay.
    -Pay to Upgrade your gear
    -Pay Battle (monthly subscription) passes for materials to...upgrade your gear
    -Literally buy gear
    Cosmetics, Different currencies, FOMO, there is every single aspect of a cash grab present in this game. Why should we accept these predatory practices and limit what makes these games fun. The "epic looking" armor is limited by the p2w system, so give up if you want your character to look cool without spending.

    What saddens me the most of this game is they could have easily EASILY spent some time developing this into a nice game, where if the P2W was reduced/removed, I would have easily paid money to play it outright.

    So sad and what a dissapointment, this game is made for my great grandmother, too much autopilot, too much made for non gamers, played it for a few hours, deleted it, what a waste of time to play.

    What a shame, and completely unnecessary. Blizzard sold over 30 million copies of Diablo 3, there was NO reason to go "pay to win". They got gready, and they will likely end up loosing money on this deal. Instead of selling another 30 million plus copies, at 60-30 dollars a pop, instead, they will be forgotten in a month.

    Taking the micro out of micro transactions. They’re fishing for whales and ruining the game which WOULD be a very decent game without it. I would rather pay say $30 (or less, probably much less) upfront and strip all pay to win out of the game but that’s not why they made it.

    In my opinion, the visuals and combat is pretty good with all things considered but it is 100% P2W. Not to mention the bugs and unfinished polish of the game make it seem like an absolute joke. Some of the npcs that are supposed to be walking will get stuck in a T-pose state. They will still move to where they need to tho. Any equipment is usually just the yellow "rare" or whatever that rarity is called. Overall the game just feels extremely unsatisfying, unfinished, and rushed for monetization purposes only. If the devs would have focused more on making it a buy to play game, it would have probably been pretty good.… Expand

In an action RPG, where the entire gameplay loop revolves around finding better and. better loot, paying real money for better loot simply destroys the game and removes any satisfaction from the loot grind.

    This is classical pay-to-win mobile game that full of donations. Almost all the things you're buying will affect your power. Moreover there are a lot of cheaters with speed hack. So, you can donate thousands bucks, but any 10 bucks cheater will beat you in seconds.

    This game uses a casino-like mechanism to make players pay for battle passes, extra loot and other stuff. The level Progression kinda freezes once you’re lecel 40+ and you’re forced to farm the generated dungeons for hours to come. It is in some ways like Diablo 3 but the monetisation in its current form kills all the joy. You’re better off doing a replay of D3.

    I'm bothered by the bland story of the world's destruction, which was vehemently influenced by the online nature and spirit of the game or the inability to change the camera. The game looks and runs very well, and you can also adjust the graphics settings on more powerful devices. I'd leave the disdain for the online elements of Diablo Immortal to the eternally doubting and overlooking, because just as you can recognize a good poem, you can recognize a fundamentally good game.     It is undeniable that Diablo Immortal's monetization system has problems and makes the more advanced stages of the adventure unpleasant, but the fact remains that the Blizzard title has brought one of the best experiences in the action RPG field to the mobile market, and it really is difficult to find on the App Store and Google Play Store another free to play with such high production values. Diablo Immortal is an excellent pastime for those who want to complete the long cooperative campaign and, above all, could represent the perfect entry point for those who have never approached the series: even without putting their wallet in, in fact, it remains a pleasant adventure to live while waiting for the fourth chapter to make its debut on the shelves.
