    It's a pay-to-win game that doesn't guarantee you will get the item you want even if you pay.
    literally for every 25 dollars of gambling, you have a 0.05 chance to win, which means 1 in 2000.
    I'm pretty sure ur student debt costs less than the amount of money you have to spend on this game to win.
    Shame on you, Blizzard.

    What's really sad is that this game is actually fun to play. It has a good storyline and good gameplay. It would have done well, if it hadn't been ruined by the ridiculous amount of micro transactions and hidden caps shoved into it. Blizzard ruined a potentially great game.

    Drop rates and inability to progress end game without spending money with their abysmal pay-2-win strategy is just bonkers. Daily and weekly limits on exp gains and soft caps in a diablo game just boggles the mind.

    Diablo immortal is a casino on your phone. Its barely a game and mostly a store front for gacha stuff and fear of missing out. Its pay to win but i feel sorry for the whales. They will have to continue pay to stay ahead of everyone else. Its a giant scam for everyone involved.

I played this game for eight days and reached and game continent in the top level clan however quickly became disgusted by the Design of the purchase system. You will also hit a significant gear and development wall and less you spend money to buy eternal legendary Crests To acquire gems. The sales tactics used appear to play on several psychological factors of gamers and also I believe praying gambling like addictions to some extent. I encourage everyone willing to look further into this issue and many helpful videos have been posted. I would’ve gladly paid $60 upfront to play this game without any additional pay to win features but seeing this game in the current state with the Diablo franchise name attached to it is absolutely disgusting.… Expand

    Toxic game monetization for a game that already has a non engaging, repetitive and boring game design. The story is small and overall meh, the graphics look alright for mobile game, Not PC. Just run around and spam 3 buttons without thinking for a small dose of dopamine when you get good loot, that is if you spend money.

    I get some pay to win elements, but this game is gross. "Rewarded" after each boss fight with a loot box I have to pay for. The last boss I beat the loot box was 30$... So bad.

    This is a very enjoyable game, it works, sounds and looks well on my iPad Air 4. There’s only one problem the money grab is ferocious. I would have paid £10 or £15 for this game with a reasonable grind at the end but I reached cap and reading the many posts on the terrible end game ptw I just packed it in. It’s just a pity.

At least one might be able to get the odd drink from a cocktail waitress with a slot machine. Bliizard cares only about leeching EVERY LAST dollar from your wallet.     If this game had maybe a battle pass and some cosmetics as micros the game would get a 9/10.

    a lot of mobile games are monetised in the same way its a practice that really needs to stop ASAP

    There are 2 TYPES of LEGENDARY CREST. Eternal Legendary Crest that you BUY which allows LG to be sold in the market and Legendary Crests, that you get from bundles, Rewards, etc... which makes all your LG Bound to your Character. Both are almost the same visually with the exception of the LC being slightly different color and text Description.
    After a group bonus of 6 normal/tradeable gems a day, your drop rate severely decreases.
    Sidequests STOP giving rewards after 5 per day.
    You cannot get more than 120 Fading Embers per week. The ones you use to buy runes, to make Legendary Gems.
    You can only Craft Random Legendary Gems about 3 to 4 per month if you try hard enough, and your chance of crafting a 5 out 5 LG is 1 out of 23. This means you MAY craft a 5 out 5 LG once every 7 months if you do nothing in life than playing this cursed game.
    There is a limit on how much EXP per week, the exp rate severely decreases for the rest of the week after a certain point.
    To further improve your gear rank, you MUST reach the required paragon level.
    Items rarity severely drops at the gambling station for gear after 20 buyouts every day.
    The paragon level is capped per server, which goes up by 2 every day, if you go further, your exp Is serevely lowered and it goes lower the further you are from the cap.
    Raiding the Vault gold reward is LIMITED to 4 times per week, afterwards you don't get ANY gold at all.
    Purple BOSSES STOP giving rewards after 5 per day.
    Random MAP events STOP giving rewards after 5 per day.
    Zolten Kule Treasure Rooms are LIMITED to 5 per day.
    Hidden Lairs dungeons STOP giving gems rewards 5 per day.    … Expand

    I created the account just to review this game. Was playing some day for a couple hours enjoying and finding legendaries until none were dropping to later found out there is even a cap for farming. Not mentioning the stinky monetization as everyone else have probable mentioned it already.

    I've given this game a good chance, the gameplay is good but the micro transactions, and pay walls and hidden caps are just to much to bear I don't mind a sped $5 here and there micro transaction or a $50 to get a massive boost but $1000's to move forward is a joke

With courage and expertise, Blizzard managed to accomplish the wet dreams of many, many white collar scam artist. The world has changed and we can only thanks the Devs that worked on it for this masterpiece of abusive micro-transactions nightmare.

The gems are 30x more powerful than any of the gear and the gear is what “cannot be bought” but “gems are not gear.” Blizzard’s words.

The trick to a long-lived mobile game is to let free-to-play players enjoy the full content of the game if they choose not to pay a penny. Then give them the option to buy cosmetic upgrades, or to unlock different play styles that areI love ARPGs and the original Diablo games so I had high hopes for this title.     Game is almost fun except it just plays like everything else but it doesn't cost you $110 000 to max a single character. How can you possibly compete against anyone who spends money. PVP should not be Pay to Win but this is the worst example and games like this one are ruining the industry. Torchlight on mobile handles better and is f2p with only cosmetic shop so try that.

Don't get me wrong, game have potential to be realy good but this cheap manipulating and gumbling mechanisms from blizzard are just disgusting. P2w all the way. Hey u wanna spend some money for rly good leg gem? K but u gona spend thousands(!) of dollars.

    This game uses all the tricks in the book to reach your wallet. If Blizzard, once the top brand within the gaming community, that i were a huge fan of, died with Activision - this game is what grew from the corpse.

    I'm bothered by the bland story of the world's destruction, which was vehemently influenced by the online nature and spirit of the game or the inability to change the camera. The game looks and runs very well, and you can also adjust the graphics settings on more powerful devices. I'd leave the disdain for the online elements of Diablo Immortal to the eternally doubting and overlooking, because just as you can recognize a good poem, you can recognize a fundamentally good game.     It is undeniable that Diablo Immortal's monetization system has problems and makes the more advanced stages of the adventure unpleasant, but the fact remains that the Blizzard title has brought one of the best experiences in the action RPG field to the mobile market, and it really is difficult to find on the App Store and Google Play Store another free to play with such high production values. Diablo Immortal is an excellent pastime for those who want to complete the long cooperative campaign and, above all, could represent the perfect entry point for those who have never approached the series: even without putting their wallet in, in fact, it remains a pleasant adventure to live while waiting for the fourth chapter to make its debut on the shelves.
