    This game just makes me sad. Blizzard once was a Gameforge with the urge to create good and fun games. Now they are just milking their fanbase and the greed that has grown is truly insane.
    As a fan since Warcraft 3 I just feel betrayed. WHY DO U HAVE TO GO THAT HARD PAY2WIN??? U already have a good model of free 2 play: Its called Hearthstone.

    Positive of this Game. I believe Blizzard has set a very very high bar in terms of quality and production of this Game. If this is the future of mobile Gaming, very excited for the future. Now for why this is a 0 Score despite excellent game, game play wise. The P2W to advance aspect. There IS going to be a WALL that no matter how much you grind/play you will NEVER overcome withoutPositive of this Game. I believe Blizzard has set a very very high bar in terms of quality and production of this Game. If this is the future of mobile Gaming, very excited for the future.     This game is clearly intended for the Chinese market where a handful of wealthy players will spend obscene amounts of money to become the best. Since Blizzard knows it will make a killing from them alone they don't care about any other players.

    Keep in mind this is a "seasoned" game that resets everything every 30 days. It isn't even possible to grind out a good character as it will be reset long before you could ever complete a build.

I was F2P till paragon 15, but the collectors battle pass got me the 10 levels I needed to finish it with a collectable outfit! I spent roughly $100 in order to “get a good start in the game” and I wanted to enjoy it without a bit of the initial grind. It took 4 days, that’s it, before I started noticing, “Hmmm, the next powerspike is from these things (namely gems)” and then the user datamined report came out. Even if you aren’t spending $110k, the game nudges you to spend a ludicrous amount in order to be decently geared. If you’re doing this all F2P, enjoy it and when you’re bored, no harm no foul. However, if you enjoy a good mmorpg and like the grind, the sweat, the theorycrafting, the challenge… There’s none. All of that can be bypassed with $$$ and the builds in the game are pretty lackluster and dominated by who shelled out the most money. In fact, it’s pretty easy to see who spent what at this point simply because of where their progression is. Progress is on a curve where everyone feels good until around level 60 cause they’re getting “strong” and then a subtle, yet increasingly brutal, paywall sets in and progress halts.

    This game is a lot of things, but a disaster, a mistake, a lapse of greed, and an abomination come to mind first and foremost. If you couldn’t tell, I’m not a fan of this game and it left a sour taste in my mouth of the Diablo series to come and Blizzard’s ideologies of future development.    … Expand

And it's unfortunate because the core gameplay isn't bad - I'd pay $50 once for this game, but I wouldn't pay literally tens of thousands of dollars in microtransactions for it.

    Pay to win but it is better on iOS to play on the phone when your bored. Story line is good but end game locked for free to play. Would recommend playing 3-4 hours a day at most. I usually play 1-2 hours

    This game does look great but when you get higher in lvl impossible to play .
    You need to spend a lot of real money to get the items so you can upgrade your armor and weapons .

    Gameplay itself is not bad. Actually one of the best mobile games. But the atrocious pay to win monetisation model is unacceptable. Very intrusive and designed to squeeze as much money out people on daily basis as possible. It creates fear of missing out with daily login. Not recommended

The dungeons are quite repetitive, with bosses being mediocre, with minimal mechanics.

    ~75 hours played on both mobile/PC, so experienced all the game has to offer me, and can confidently say, it's by far the worst Diablo game to date, mobile game or not, the MTX P2W (in the PVP scene) make this unworthy of downloading, let alone playing.    … Expand

    The fact that this game is P2W is absurd. Blizzard could have released a mobile game with a full experience for 19.99 and people would have made the purchase. And if a pay feature needed to exist it should have been purely cosmetic.

    This is clearly geared to the Asian market and nothing more than a money grab.

Some might say that doesn't negate all the predatory p2w crap, but I think it's worth something. A copy paste from Diablo 3, with shallow ingame mechanics and decent at best gameplay. Please do not play this game, Blizzard should not get away making games this bad AND p2w at the same time.

    I preregistered to play the game. Following all the MTX related info that is being shared, i am disgusted with Blizzard. WILL NOT be playing Diablo although i have played all their previous games. This is just a new low for how manipulative they can be. I would have gladly paid 100 bucks for the full game without any MTX.

    The amount of predatory micro transactions and loot-box type mechanics completely ruins everything that makes this a Diablo game. This is far worse than the real money auction house scandal from Diablo 3 as this veers very close to criminal. Honestly Activision/Blizzard should be taxed as a casino would at this point with how many Gambling mechanics are involved.

    I'm going to protest by playing it without spending a single penny. If for some reason the game prevents me from advancing or it becomes impossible to enjoy it. I will uninstall it. But I'm not going to spend a single penny.

Patience is running thin for Blizzard to nerf the pay style or boost the player achievements. Worst Diablo game since the original, except for the short term fiasco of the real money market place of Diablo 3.

    Starts out good when under level cap however the longer you play this the more realize this is a money grab and that Blizzards hand is sliding deeper and deeper into your pocket.     I'm bothered by the bland story of the world's destruction, which was vehemently influenced by the online nature and spirit of the game or the inability to change the camera. The game looks and runs very well, and you can also adjust the graphics settings on more powerful devices. I'd leave the disdain for the online elements of Diablo Immortal to the eternally doubting and overlooking, because just as you can recognize a good poem, you can recognize a fundamentally good game.     It is undeniable that Diablo Immortal's monetization system has problems and makes the more advanced stages of the adventure unpleasant, but the fact remains that the Blizzard title has brought one of the best experiences in the action RPG field to the mobile market, and it really is difficult to find on the App Store and Google Play Store another free to play with such high production values. Diablo Immortal is an excellent pastime for those who want to complete the long cooperative campaign and, above all, could represent the perfect entry point for those who have never approached the series: even without putting their wallet in, in fact, it remains a pleasant adventure to live while waiting for the fourth chapter to make its debut on the shelves.
