    It's actually an awesome game. If you are bothered by the "gacha" stuff, just don't buy it, but it's an perfectly well done game that you can enjoy without spend a dime. The "p2w" stuff won't even affect you, unless you go pvp and even, it will only affect you on high elo, cause by now the matches are pretty much equilibrated on free players, and "whales". That has been my experience beingIt's actually an awesome game.     A simplified version on Diablo 3. Less story more grind. If you enjoyed the endgame of the previous Diablo games more than the story campaign, then this is something to sink your teeth into. If you are looking for more of the heavy and dramatic story and don't want to spend your time grinding I suggest playing what little story their is and moving on.

    The gameplay is good and fluid. The characters, monsters and story are very good.

    The game is perfect in all aspects. It’s a mobile game - if you don’t like spending money stop moaning and wait for D4. Now excuse me I need to sit in the bath while killing hords of demons with the tip of my fingers. Story, Character progress, MMO components, music, mechanics all on point. Thank you

    Toxic gamer syndrome run amuck. This game is amazing! It is completely free, yes you can do everything in game with out spending a penny it just take longer to earn gems. Don't listen to the media they just have it out for Blizzard.

Если ваша цель – получить сразу все и быстрее всех, то вам это помешает. Если цель – погонять в дьяблу на телефоне, то совершенно нет. Во всяком случае просто стоит попробовать.

    Objectively speaking, this game is AMAZING. I'm playing since day 1 and playing few hours every day. Compared to other f2p mobile games, I haven't yet seen a clear "paywall". so I can't agree with other comments. As for the game itself:
    - Cool graphic for a mobile devices

    The characters are fin to play. It has a classic diablo vibe. I especially like how some of the wizard spells have special effects when used together.

    Yes you can pay to get better gems, or higher drop chance.

    But who cares.
    You will get legendaries on the fly, and they can drastically change your playstyle.

Since its free, its easy to coordinate with friends and play cooperatively with minimal cost. Its also great if you want to play something on your phone as the mobile integration is amazing.     Blizzard sadly spent so much time on making the game intentionally worse after a certain level to force people to use MTX to avoid these artificial problems, that they forgot about natural problems, like compatibility problem for chipsets used by some popular phones in the Android version.     Sadly, Blizzard has a reputation already tarnished by games like Warcraft III: Reforged, where we can see how they rarely fix their games, and they are plagued by other problems and controversies that affected the development of the game. Even if it was highly controversial even since its announcement and it can be seen as part of a bad trend at Activision-Blizzard, I wanted to give it a chance. My expectations weren't that high (obviously) but the game managed to be a huge disappointment anyway.

    While the gameplay isn't exceptionally bad for predatory, abusive mobile games, there is no real reason why to choose it over the many much better options, and as the issues, focus on predatory practices, etc. further tarnish the reputation of Blizzard, it is easy to say: It would be better if this title wouldn't happen.

    If it is "just a bit worse" than "some predator any abusive mobile games with misleading crap" and a "valid option if you want something slightly worse than Raid: Shadow Legends" that is still a 0 value. Even if Blizzard knows that the beginning of predatory game should be enjoyable, and some people can enjoy that part.    … Expand

    it's Diablo on my phone. I don't care what other people think! At least we got another quality p2w but f2p game to play on our phones. It's like a better casino just open up next door. if you don't like to spend money or gamble a little then play Diablo 3 or Diablo 2 Resurrected. Simple as that!

    Personally i only played Diablo games that have controller support (Diablo 1 and Diablo 3) and this is the best one out of all of them. Super fun. Hopefully it will be succesful and they add more content like witch doctor class or cool raids.

    But... the endgame is a nonsense lottery, you get higher numbers so the monsters get higher life points, and again and again.     the main issue: strange controls when you constantly lose the mouse pointer (if on PC) and attack focus of your character, so it is absolutely unclear which monster is in the focus of attack if it is at all in the focus.

    A free Diablo game on your phone. It runs at 60fps at max settings on high end phones and looks as good as Diablo 3. The gamplay is just as good as previous games and the touch controls feel great. I don't mind the monetization because this is a free game. Ive played for atleast 6 hours without spending a cent.

    I'm of two minds when it comes to Diablo Immortal -- initially I was thinking this released confirmed my suspicions that NetEase developed 100% of the game with consultant art direction flown in from Blizzard, and maybe Blizzard-blessed storywriters to nestle the game properly between D2 and D3. All of the monetization and mechanics screams east-Asian gambling, and as such it targets aI'm of two minds when it comes to Diablo Immortal -- initially I was thinking this released confirmed my suspicions that NetEase developed 100% of the game with consultant art direction flown in from Blizzard, and maybe Blizzard-blessed storywriters to nestle the game properly between D2 and D3. All of the monetization and mechanics screams east-Asian gambling, and as such it targets a non-Western demographic. That would have been fine for me, I'm patient and I'll wait for D4, the game's not for me -- that would have been my response. I called this when they announced it at BlizzCon, and that was their biggest mistake: announcing this to the West, instead of keeping it wholly eastern-centric.

    However, by announcing in the West at BlizzCon it set expectations that it will be adapted for both eastern and western players, unduly setting the bar as high as a regular Diablo release, i.e. hotly anticipated, 10mil+ downloads, must try...which is what we got. But then we all play it, get to the L45+ exp grind, finally hit Paragon levels, attempt to keep up with Battle Passes, rift rifts rifts and more rifts, and collect those sweet legendary gems only to realize that's all the game is.

    Yet after grinding a week in the end-game, I am starting to think that Diablo devs may have had a larger role in this fiasco. This may be purposely designed to be as blatant a cash grab as possible as a retaliatory "fk u" to the fanbois, partially because it can't hurt the company (ATVI is being bought by MSFT anyways), and partially from the perceived abuse they've taken over the years. "Don't you guys have phones" memes have been itching the backs of their brains for half a decade, and some of those guys snapped. This made them want to prove they could make a good game and hide it behind multiple abusive paywalls and 23! dang currencies.

    The final icing on the cake was when I was trying to figure out how to sell 3 on my legendary gems to try to purchase a better LGem only to discover they were bound to me. Doing a deep dive into the fine print, the creme de la creme is that the Legendary Crests and Elder Legendary Crests are indistinguishably visually different yet the free ones that we can earn (super rare, like maybe 6 total in first month?) ONLY DROP BOUND L GEMS. Only the paid, ~$2.50 eternal legendary crests drop unbound gems that can be sold on the AH. So that means even the paying players that play the game, buy the extra dungeon chests they unlock (like Kikuras Rapids Trove for $9.99), buy Prodigy Passes for $19.99, buy daily login rewards from the Boon of Plenty for $9.99, buy the Battle Pass for $4.99 and play enough to unlock the R10 and R25 rewards -- all of those paid players are getting screwed over if they planned on trading/swapping those gems in the AH with other players to try to upgrade their gems. Because those paid options only give Legendary Crests, not Eternal Legendary Crests.

    Don't you know we can click the uninstall?

    Game was fun until endgame, then it become the most insufferable, pay 2 win garbage.
    The monetization is most scummy, disgusting and anti-player I ever seen.

    I was little 'meh' on countries like Belgium banning lootbox games after Battlefront, but after playing this I'm convinced that government intervention is the only way to stop predatory monetization in games.

    While this game certainly pushes micro transactions onto the player during a playthrough I was able to avoid them during my first week of play. I did decide to purchase the battle pass because I believe developers deserve to be paid and I will always support the artists who make the games that I enjoy. The multiplayer aspect has been great. It works very well.

    Finished the main story. Pretty good for a mobile version, but hit a few points where I wasn’t high enough level to continue the story, and didn't like those points doing random stuff to level.

    I have played until end of story/quest line.
    After lvl 60 there is a catch. To continue past level 60 into the higher levels named PARAGON get out your credit card and be ready to pay for it. I am currently level 60 PARAGON 101. I constantly fight against buying gems with real money on the shop. I keep telling myself that this game will not be around forever so why invest money into it?    I have played until end of story/quest line.

    The game itself is really good. It's working perfectly on iOS, the graphics are great and so is the peformance. It's a great mix of Diablo 3 and World of Warcraft. Crossplay and crosssave work great between PC and phones. Unfortunately, the real endgame is locked unless you are willing to pay thousands of dollars in microtransactions.

    This game clearly not great, but it's not as terrible as everyone says it is. P2W doesn't get in the way if you're only interested in PVE and I'd say it's pretty typical for a mobile projects this days. The graphics could be better as you can see that the picture is not rendered at full resolution, but the rest of the game looks pretty nice.

    I have never seen such blatant P2W, atleast try and mask it a little? I might play this if I come into a few million and don't mind shoveling 100K to progress, clearly these mobile games (and blizzard's recentl line up) are only for the wealthy... utter rubbish.

    This game is a ton of fun. The fact that people had to all swarm in here to get the score low just shows you how Blizzard-haters will never listen to reason. If Blizzard did it, they’ll hate it. Bunch of whiny babies who expect triple A games to be absolutely free. AND to have endless free events and content. What a joke.

    As a casual gamer who played D1,2&3, I like the game. There's lots of people crying about the P2W aspect of the game, which is annoying but I'm probably never going to get to the stage where real end-level gear matters, so it doesn't really matter to met as a player. If I get to a stage where I genuinely feel hindered by the P2W crap, I'll change my review but at the moment, it's a funAs a casual gamer who played D1,2&3, I like the game.     Clearly not a p2w, after playing 4/5 h per Day, on my server i'm level 60, parangon 30 / number one in pvp battlefield, top 3 in rifts and i have spent.....0.99 $ for a pack with a lovely skin
    Gameplay is fun, diablo spirit is here, progression is a bit more quick

    This is the game all players enjoying MMORPG has been waiting for years!
    Ignore the zero reviews and give Diablo Immortal a go.
    I thank the developers who had the guts to pull out this risky maneuver and actually released the game and I support this kind of games, because it actually has a huge variety of gameplay inside.

    Give me a break. This is a good game. Especially for a phone. Like everyone else, I wish it just cost $40 bucks and no P2W elements. Still, the game is very good and is just getting bombed for endgame transactions, which like 1% of the player base is even experiencing.

Instead we got a cell / tablet release, while we wait for the next entry in the series, which is on it's way. Diablo IV is coming, and it looks amazing and absolutely worth the wait.... So back to Diablo Immortal, I'm absolutely loving this game.     Pay to win, cash grabbing scheme.

    Game could have been great, but the longer you play the more you realize it's main purpose is to make you pay as much as possible (especially noticeable after hitting level 45), not making you have fun.

    We need to stop this trend on Diablo games before it is too late for Diablo 4

Cool, nice graphics, many familiar thinks, like atmosphere, locations, combat, gearing and etc. And of course EVERY free game have microtransation, so, no surprise. I dont need to spend money for playing, so. +1 because of stupid haters here. :D I know that spending money in games is trouble, but its in every game, you know. :) Enjoy new Diablo

    its a really good game but the MASSIVE negative on this game is it is a pay-to-win not even pay-to-progress faster which I could have turned a blind on. The thing is I was expecting that the cash grab on this game was just for cosmetics but NOOOOO man oh man you really cant compete with the WHALES here. But what do you expect they did partner with a Chinese Slot Machine Company (NETEASE).

    The only downside is the quests requiring 8+, for someone who is a casual player with not a lot allies online at the same time it's a little off putting. Personally I've been waiting for Diablo as a live service game, and as far as it goes for those "micro transactions" they are not overly taxed on a player. You may pay or skip them entirely it's "your choice". I personally love to put my money into a game especially if i like what is done with the game. Only in past 2 years I've put probably around 1000 Eur in DLC content for games i bought and still play, also in micro transactions for virtual currency for cosmetics and additional content as the game developer's progressed them.
    Bottom line is STOP ATTACKING GAMING COMPANIES AND DEVELOPER TEAMS IF YOU DON'T LIKE HIW THEY MADE THE GAME. The planet is fortunately not revolving around you.    … Expand

Folks are spending tons of money and also not getting 5 star gems. Play the game, spend a little if you want, or don't and wait for the drop rates to change, events with legendary crests to be launched, etc. MaxThis game plays fantastic.     Excellent game to play with friends. I didn't need to spend a single dollar and we always play in a group of 4 people. So the hate is unjustified. Find friends if you want to play without spending. Stop complaining. Played on PC and galaxy Note10+ the same game. No graphic problem and perfect optimization. This is how you make a good mobile game.

    I downloaded the game and gave a try after reading an article that comments it is just a RNG game. Well, that article couldn't be more wroing. I'd have to admit that the graphics are so nice! I can play it fluently. Every detail is great in game and the graphics are in high resolution which is insanely amazing!

    Although Immortal was accused of a 'cost too much' 'money-grabbed game', this game is absolutely worth a try. I just played it for a whole day and I am truly addictive into it. I hope there will be more gameplays in the future. I can play it FOREVER!!!

    The tutorial is friendly to me as a new game player, and I really like the graphics. The tutorial is not that hard at all, I basically get how it works as I finished the guide haha. Even if you haven't got a chance to get to know the background, you can still enjoy the game and have some fun playing the game.

    I'm bothered by the bland story of the world's destruction, which was vehemently influenced by the online nature and spirit of the game or the inability to change the camera. The game looks and runs very well, and you can also adjust the graphics settings on more powerful devices. I'd leave the disdain for the online elements of Diablo Immortal to the eternally doubting and overlooking, because just as you can recognize a good poem, you can recognize a fundamentally good game.     It is undeniable that Diablo Immortal's monetization system has problems and makes the more advanced stages of the adventure unpleasant, but the fact remains that the Blizzard title has brought one of the best experiences in the action RPG field to the mobile market, and it really is difficult to find on the App Store and Google Play Store another free to play with such high production values. Diablo Immortal is an excellent pastime for those who want to complete the long cooperative campaign and, above all, could represent the perfect entry point for those who have never approached the series: even without putting their wallet in, in fact, it remains a pleasant adventure to live while waiting for the fourth chapter to make its debut on the shelves.
