    This game, which should be called Diablo Immoral, goes further and beyond and has a slogan of "don't you guys have wallets?" An absolutely shameless cash grab of a game that could be good. Sure, you technically can play it    You thought "don't you guys have phones?" was the worst point in the story of Diablo Immortal release? Well, Blizzard have outdone themselves and went even further!

    This game, which should be called Diablo Immoral, goes further and beyond and has a slogan of "don't you guys have wallets?" An absolutely shameless cash grab of a game that could be good. Sure, you technically can play it for free, but the experience will be as pleasant as working 20-hours shifts in a coal mine everyday for 5 bucks.

    Stay away from this trash product and most certainly do not give your money to the developers who seems to have actually sold their souls to the Diablo himself.    … Expand

    I really wish that Blizzard would just stop. "Blizzard" is just the name of a company. Imagine that your favourite band had all the members replaced multiple times. That's what happened to Blizzard.

    The game plays great.... Awesome job to the devs.... The monetization is insane, cannot grind this game and expect to compete without spending outrageous amounts of money.. plenty of videos detailing that as well.. a great shame.

With PvP being a thing, it gives an unfair advantage to the spenders. Not to mention after getting to level 30, it slows down so much that spending money seems to be the only way to get to end game where, guess what!? You have to spend more money.     Terrible. Could have been something amazing. Instead one of the richest companies in the world decided to allow greed to take over and destroy the game. Could have made it like Diablo 3, small stop gap before Diablo 4. Could have......but didn't. Avoid and play something else.

    There are times when enough is enough. Blizzard was my favorite gaming company growing up. Each game eagerly anticipated and played with obsession.

    This was the game that made me let them go. I'll still treasure the memories I made with them, but Blizzard is now on my do-not-buy list until they can turn themselves around. Good luck. So long.     I've never seen such an egregious display of predatory monetization then in Diablo Immortal. This is not a Diablo Game, this is a scam with a Diablo 3 skin. It's so bad it makes me sick. I won't buy a Blizzard product ever again. Slap in the face to decades old fans of the franchise like me.

    The game is actually fun EXCEPT you get to a point you can no longer play or compete because it's completely pay 2 win! So much so that it's predatory and blizzard activision shoves it down your throat. There's more p2w options in this game than anything else it's wild, so many bundles and offers.

    What could be a solid start to a mobile Diablo game disgraced by a P2W endgame so blatantly predatory that it's not even worth trying unless you plan to drop thousands. Yes, there are other mobile games that are P2W. However, the Diablo series has always been about the loot grind. Only a paywall to be found here. Quite a large paywall at that. As a long time fan of the series, it's disgusting.

    The game is ugly. Really. On mobile it's already not looking very good, but on PC it's downright shameful how ugly as hell it is. The worst part of it is the interface which has been ported as is from the mobile version and is totally not adapted for PC.

    But the worst of it all is Blizzard's and the game director's reaction to criticism : pure denial and dishonesty. Just search for Wyatt Cheng's (the game director) tweets if you don't believe me, you'll see    … Expand

    My story, i was playing my Monk until i reached level 36, then i had the mission to do LASSAL before to continue.
    I asked help, i've got trolled by people are level 400+,... i don't understand to be so high so fast unless you pay a lots of moneys. So i've got trolled by those guys, i replied back and complained    Don't bother to play this game. It's Pay to Win and extremely bad community.

    So clearly if you don't give any money, they don't care about you and they refuse to reply to questions. For example i simply ask "so tell me, how to reach level 400+ so fast ?" None of the Master Games replied on that so for me it's obvious, moneys is power.

    So they can go to HELL. That's too bad because playing experience on mobile is cool, on PC it's still bugged but don't bother, unless you are agreed to get trolled which i'm not. So for me, it's goodbye.

    That's a shame because i played all games from Blizzard but hey, new boss, new team so probably now, very bad Master Games (community manager).    … Expand

    This game looks just amazing, just look at this graphics. Buy in gameplay, it is not a diablo, seems more a Lost Ark. Also micro transactions just killed all the experience. I remember the day, i bought diablo 3 with all expansions, and enjoyed playing it a lot. This game just looks like disappointment after that.

    I'm a new fan to Diablo Series and just got into Diablo 3 and it's really fun. I was excited for this game but oh my god the microtransactions are most nefarious I've ever seen in a video game. Just an Uncceptable amount of pay to win. This game was a mistake to make as a mobile game.

We're down to just 4 skills being allowed at one time. The loot system is atrocious, and not just because you have to buy things with real money, but random drops pretty much can't be interesting. It'll just shovel gear upgrades at you, with sockets, which is where the power growth really comes in: filling the sockets. When I got hooked on the series in 2000, it was the excitement of just randomly finding a unique item that really set it apart. Most RPGS at that time you just farmed money, and bought gear in a shop, or just found predictable gear in a chest. Diablo was the game to shake that up and show how fun it could be to never know where or when an amazing game-changing item might be found. Now we have Diablo Immortal where we just have to pay to get better stuff. Open your wallet, and do your daily login grinds in a dumbed-down copy-paste of a game. EDIT: Lowered my review from 3 to 0 after playing more and understanding just how bad the P2W is. I thought it was bad, but holy moly. That $100k thing going around is just for one single character.     I'm bothered by the bland story of the world's destruction, which was vehemently influenced by the online nature and spirit of the game or the inability to change the camera. The game looks and runs very well, and you can also adjust the graphics settings on more powerful devices. I'd leave the disdain for the online elements of Diablo Immortal to the eternally doubting and overlooking, because just as you can recognize a good poem, you can recognize a fundamentally good game.     It is undeniable that Diablo Immortal's monetization system has problems and makes the more advanced stages of the adventure unpleasant, but the fact remains that the Blizzard title has brought one of the best experiences in the action RPG field to the mobile market, and it really is difficult to find on the App Store and Google Play Store another free to play with such high production values. Diablo Immortal is an excellent pastime for those who want to complete the long cooperative campaign and, above all, could represent the perfect entry point for those who have never approached the series: even without putting their wallet in, in fact, it remains a pleasant adventure to live while waiting for the fourth chapter to make its debut on the shelves.
