    Blizzard is a shell of their former selves. Its sad how my favourite gaming company growing up has turned into this uncounscious, greedy and incompetent company. Its kind of ironic that a choice like this was presented to Blizzard, after that shameful presentation of "you guys dont have phones?" the choice was simple, "Need" or "Greed".     Decent Diablo game, to bad its completly ruined with predatory cash shop. You can have some minimum fun early game, but endgame is unplayable without paying or paying this game as a second job 24/7/365. Bad moneygrab from bad moneygrabbing company.

    Don't believe the review bombers, this game is solid. It's not Diablo 4 and it's not a PC/Console level game. What it is, is a solid Diablo 3 with quality of life improvements and refinements over that game. With some really cool MMO elements. Yes some of the monetization is an issue but I really don't think they're super invasive. Why are we complaining about Diablo experience providedDon't believe the review bombers, this game is solid. It's not Diablo 4 and it's not a PC/Console level game. What it is, is a solid Diablo 3 with quality of life improvements and refinements over that game. With some really cool MMO elements.     Lucky for me, the only thing i spent into this game was like 8 hours, enough to reach lvl 45, enough to experience all the BAD this game is permeated.
    I wished, i REALLY wished there wa something actually positive to say about this "game".

And no, 50 years is NOT an exaggeration, it comes for an average evalutation from those who made calculation over it.)

    The micro transactions curtail any sort of meaningful end-game. You shouldn't have to spend money for the privilege of being able to grind for better gear. The game should be re-released for $19.99 with no micro transactions.

    The game itself is fun, i got to level 40 but the p2w formula completely ruins the experience. I've already uninstalled, I miss Blizzard from the 90's and 2000's.

    There is not much left of the good old memories of Blizzard playing D1, D2 and late D3 ... NetEase has done a good job with their mobile technology and the game is also a lot of fun at first ... but when level 60 is    Blizzard Entertainment has finally lost its 'entertainment' ... the game feels like a casino visit and has nothing in common with skill/character planning/tactics anymore.

    There is not much left of the good old memories of Blizzard playing D1, D2 and late D3 ... NetEase has done a good job with their mobile technology and the game is also a lot of fun at first ... but when level 60 is reached and the endgame comes, you wake up and see how they want to take your money without giving you anything in return ... other games you've played so far (e.g. Call of Duty) give you the option to shop - but you don't have to do it ... sometimes you see advertisements and sometimes you feel it's necessary to give something back for the free play, be it Battlepass or a skin pack ... it feels good ...

    And if you consider that this game was developed in four years, almost as a copy & paste of D3, what did they do with it for so long? ... 5 days for the blank announcement screen, the communication about "we don't sell gear" ... the very simple story and constant 'you need to be level xx' to continue ... the Mmorg style of gameplay as you head towards some cool 'save the world' missions with multiple people at once, wondering when the next solo dungeon will come so some immersion is maintained ...

    Just a pity ... also because it's totally open, how Diablo 4 positions itself against it - mathematically it will be worth it for Activision ... unfortunately not for the players.    … Expand

    A free Diablo game on your phone. It runs at 60fps at max settings on high end phones and looks as good as Diablo 3. The gamplay is just as good as previous games and the touch controls feel great. I don't mind the monetization because this is a free game. Ive played for atleast 6 hours without spending a cent.

    I have no words for how wrong this is... i have played the game I am now Lvl 35 its very disturbing how many Real money transactions they have... it plays good I hope it shares all the best parts of itself. is shared with diablo 4. the RMT is dumb and makes it a 0 in my book.

    i hope that this 0 contributes to the downfall of blizzard as a company. The game is fine i guess but the cash shop is not. I have not even played the game and i will never try it as long as it has a shop that drops random loot and lets you spend over 100k just to be competative.

    Somewhere behind the microtransactions, lootboxes and daily rewards there might be a game. The story was actually not bad but I could only stand the constant nagging until lvl50. Uninstalled it because I clearly don't need to kill Diablo, Blizzard has already done that for me.

    When Diablo 3 first launched there was a whole market system that at the time was considered a cash grab but I would long for those days over this business model. It is outright predatory with insane amounts of money needed to play the seriously post campaign.

    This game clearly not great, but it's not as terrible as everyone says it is. P2W doesn't get in the way if you're only interested in PVE and I'd say it's pretty typical for a mobile projects this days. The graphics could be better as you can see that the picture is not rendered at full resolution, but the rest of the game looks pretty nice.

Cool, nice graphics, many familiar thinks, like atmosphere, locations, combat, gearing and etc. And of course EVERY free game have microtransation, so, no surprise. I dont need to spend money for playing, so. +1 because of stupid haters here. :D I know that spending money in games is trouble, but its in every game, you know. :) Enjoy new Diablo

Gems are Itemization as per any MMO or ARPG that make use of a system to increase power of your gear once you've maxed it out. This adds another layer to increasing character power.

    Can I complete the Hell difficulties without every upgrading any of the 1 Star Gems or do I have to get 5 star gems to participate in that content.

    Is there a way I can turn off the constant notifications that barrage me while playing, suggesting that I go an purchase a box from the store.

    That means that if you (hopefully not) spend $100....$1,000.....$5,000......$10,000....$50,000!! you're going to have a mediocre, sub-par character....that is not good enough to compete. These are unimaginable amounts of money, and I can only suggest that the other reviewers are completely correct in that this is just a late April Fool's Joke.

    Constant nagging to pay money, like constantly shoving it in your face, breaking the immersion completely. It's like one of those rogue apps on the store made by a shady company to steal everything they can from you with no remorse.

    Blizzard have destroyed the great reputation they once had. They messed up badly with the auction house in D3, but had the sense to remove it. They have not learned from their mistake.

    I think you've just about lost all of your hardcore fans now Blizzard, you should be absolutely ashamed as a company, as I'm sure MANY of your employees are.

The skillsystem is drastically weaker than in other diablo games and the lategame is reduced to farming 1 2 minute dungeon over and over for gear and xp. not even gonna talk about the crests and gems. after 60 you are required to have a party to even play dungeons, so solo play isnt an option. adding another negative, youTo keep things short, gameplay is actually good, hence the point.     I'm bothered by the bland story of the world's destruction, which was vehemently influenced by the online nature and spirit of the game or the inability to change the camera. The game looks and runs very well, and you can also adjust the graphics settings on more powerful devices. I'd leave the disdain for the online elements of Diablo Immortal to the eternally doubting and overlooking, because just as you can recognize a good poem, you can recognize a fundamentally good game.     It is undeniable that Diablo Immortal's monetization system has problems and makes the more advanced stages of the adventure unpleasant, but the fact remains that the Blizzard title has brought one of the best experiences in the action RPG field to the mobile market, and it really is difficult to find on the App Store and Google Play Store another free to play with such high production values. Diablo Immortal is an excellent pastime for those who want to complete the long cooperative campaign and, above all, could represent the perfect entry point for those who have never approached the series: even without putting their wallet in, in fact, it remains a pleasant adventure to live while waiting for the fourth chapter to make its debut on the shelves.
