Summary: Hikaru goes out of his way to help people, but ends up getting sent on a complusory holiday by Ishiguro. Kyosuke and Rei follow him as Neo Thera breaks out an old Crisis Maker. Hikaru meets Kiara, the weatherwoman, and saves Ryuuji, his 'soul mate', from falling. Neo Thera causes giant geysers to erupt in the mountains.
