Summary: As Neo Thera plot their next disaster, Ishiguro and Nanbu meet with a UFDA representative about a new facility in Europe to help deal with natural, as well as artifical disasters. Nanbu wants Ishiguro to head it, but it would mean him leaving his current team. Rescue Force completes a training exerecise perfectly, making Ishiguro realizeAs Neo Thera plot their next disaster, Ishiguro and Nanbu meet with a UFDA representative about a new facility in Europe to help deal with natural, as well as artifical disasters. Nanbu wants Ishiguro to head it, but it would mean him leaving his current team. Rescue Force completes a training exerecise perfectly, making Ishiguro realize that they don't really need him. He considers his sucessor, eventually deciding on Kyosuke. A volcanic disaster occurs in Academia City, so Rescue Striker and Rescue Saver move out, with R1 Max freezing much of the magma. R2 in Rescue Saver encounters the Drill Zukkein, so he forms Rescue Max with R1 Max. Meanwhile, Neo Thera attacks a laboratory and steals it's new Omeganium. With everyone else busy, R5 goes to stop them. Rescue Max falls into a magma pit. R5 abandons the Omeganium and sends Rescue Phoenix to help them. It pulls Rescue Max out of the pit and then helps to destroy the Zukkein. However, Neo Thera gets the Omeganium, as Ishiguro lies mortally wounded...… Expand
