Summary: Core Striker and Ishiguro plan something in secret after a training exercise. Meanwhile, Kyosuke attends a disaster conference but it is attacked by Neo Thera, who use their germs to make people feel ill. Ishiguro and Core Striker believe that only way to save them is to upgrade to Core Striker Max. Eventually, the people are cured and NeoCore Striker and Ishiguro plan something in secret after a training exercise. Meanwhile, Kyosuke attends a disaster conference but it is attacked by Neo Thera, who use their germs to make people feel ill.
