Summary: Training in Rescue Max Drill Dozer is aborted when Kyosuke is injured. Rescue Force responds to a disaster but Rescue Striker retreats itself. On foot, R1, R3 and R4 find the people of Katamari frozen. Ishiguri detects Neo Thera's hardening germ and makes them leave. A vaccine is developed while Kyosuke stands watch over Katamari.
