Summary: Rather than force his other teammates to break the stalemate, Dave votes for Cara to leave. Hardly showing any emotion, Cara says she'll pack her bags and Donell starts BAWL-ling. Hardly showing any emotion, Cara says she'll pack her bags and Donell starts BAWL-ling. Cara is sure she got the "big fat shaft" but she's not shedding a lot of tears. Frankly, she seems OK with going home with her high heels and the things she learned about herself on the trip.

Donell apologizes to his team for causing them to go through the vote-off and Christena and Chris make sure that he is aware that he's just been given a lifeline. This makes Donell more determined than ever to prove that he really deserves to be on the trip.

Missing her other half, Mary Beth bonds with Dave over sushi and a day in the park. Later they get drunk and spend the night in a tent on their campsite. The other Roadies are extremely suspicious about what went on between the two of them al fresco and Donell even admits to hearing some distinct sex noises. Dave brushes it off as wildlife sounds, but he fully admits to having a crush on Mary Beth, yet he says there was no type of sex that went on in the tent. The only witness, a raccoon, who was seen scurrying about the campsite, declined to comment for this story.

The Roadies relax at their campsite and we finally get to see Dave pluck his guitar strings. But before the whole group breaks into a chorus of "Kumbaya," their new teammate Tina hops out of a cab and is greeted warmly by the group. Tina takes one look at the bug-infested RV and tells everyone she's a clean freak. The other Roadies take one look at Tina and can tell by her attitude and sass that she and Donell are going to be bosom buddies.

With their new member in tow, the group drives to Queenstown, New Zealand to the Kiwi Lodge where their next mission begins. They are shown a romantic cabin that contains an enormous amount of food. Drooling at the prospect of a real meal, the Roadies learn they have to first spend three days and two nights living outside like frontiers. If they set foot in the cabin, they will lose the mission. Before they are left to fend for themselves, they learn the skills to survive out in the wild like finding food, building a tent, getting water, and making a restroom.

Faster than you can say "Cara," Tina begins complaining about how miserable it is out on the prairie and Chris becomes worried about how she's going to handle the rest of the trip. Learning she is exempt from getting voted off, Tina playfully suggests that she could walk up to the cabin and get something to eat. Donell is not amused. Despite her whining, Tina seems to mesh well with the group. Not aware of Dave's sushi-bonding moments with Cara and then later Mary Beth, Tina admits that she's attracted to the guitar- wielding guy.

On Day 2, Chris decides that he's going to choke, er, kill the chicken. The longest Donell has ever gone without eating is two hours, so this will provide the Roadies with some much-needed food and hopefully keep them alert and prevent them from getting irritable.

Trying to pass the time until they get to eat a slice pizza, Tina opens up about her family and upbringing and talks about how her mom struggled to raise her and send her to a private school. Tina says she is here to find things that she can't do and normally wouldn't even want to do. Christena the know-it-all says she thinks she has a lot to learn from Tina.

They complete the mission and pig out on an assortment of tantalizing treats. Tina says she never had to tough it out like that before. "What the hell have these people been going through?" she wonders. Initially doubtful, Chris is glad Tina was able to survive the mission. He says he respects Tina as a teammate and hopes she can continue to suck it up for the team.
