Summary: Jessica Saccone has been a healthy, happy teenager until she becomes unusually tired and sleeps for 10 straight days. She is taken to many doctors to find out the cause, including therapists, but they find nothing wrong with her. Eventually, though, a TV episode leads Jessica's parents to a doctor who finds out that she has Kleine-Levin syndrome (KLS). Edward Leigh has been a healthy, confident young man until he starts experiencing abdominal pain and diarrhea. He also becomes nauseous, but his doctor thinks he simply has irritable bowel syndrome. To make matters worse, Edward soon experiences hemorrhaging from his rectum and even passes out. After being dismissed so much, he finally learns that he has stage 3 of colon cancer.… Expand
