Summary: Sam, having cooked the best chicken dish the day before, put on his Masterchef jacket and looked very nervous as he awaited a celebrity chef to arrive; for him to cook against. Manu Feildel, the executive chef at Bilson's Restaurant entered the room and handed Sam the recipe to his signature dish. Sam had 30 minutes head start on top of theSam, having cooked the best chicken dish the day before, put on his Masterchef jacket and looked very nervous as he awaited a celebrity chef to arrive; for him to cook against. Manu Feildel, the executive chef at Bilson's Restaurant entered the room and handed Sam the recipe to his signature dish.
