Summary: The contestants were woken up at 4.30 in the morning by Gary who was banging on a saucepan. They were rushed down to meet Peter Kuruvita, owner and executive chef of Flying Fish restaurant on the wharf outside his restaurant where they were told the next morning they had just several hours to go out to sea, fish, then scale their fish,The contestants were woken up at 4.30 in the morning by Gary who was banging on a saucepan. The contestants split up into teams with Trevor and Justine as the captains.
