Summary: The judges chose Kate as the captain for the blue team, a team which hasn't won a single challenge to date, and for the red team, Chris. Each team selected two members to shop for ingredients at a local supermarket where the teams were restricted to different aisles to select from. 20 minutes and $150 later, the contestants raced back to the kitchens where they had under an hour to decide what to cook and cook it.
