Summary: The remaining chefs are tasked with a challenge requiring them to create dishes using the classic mother sauces. When the challenge ends in a tie, the result rests on one dish. The winning team is treated to a day at an English pub, while the losers are made to clean out the Hell's Kitchen ovens and then prep both kitchens for service. Both teams struggle with the service, but one delivers a disastrously bad performance and is kicked out, leaving Chef Ramsay and his sous chefs to complete it.
