Summary: The four remaining chefs are challenged to teach bachelors how to cook monkfish. The winning chef and a chosen guest get to ride the Goodyear Blimp, while the users are forced to do repairs in Hell's Kitchen, clean up the parking lot and then prep for service. Following these difficulties, however, the rest of the service goes smoothly, with one chef in particular standing out. That chef is forced to make a difficult decision.
