Jean Philippe Susilovic
Biography:
Jean Philippe is the Belgian maître d' in both UK and US versions of Hell's Kitchen. He met Chef Gordon Ramsay in 1995. That was when he became part of the team of Aubergine, in London, as Chef de Rang. Later in he moved to New York where he worked at La Panetière, Danube and Daniel's. His next stop was in October 2001 in Dubai were he acted as Restaurant Manager for the opening of Verre at the Hilton Dubai Creek.
He is currently (December 2007) working as the restaurant manager at Pétrus at the Berkeley Hotel in London next to British Chef Marcus Wareing.
