Summary: Deirdre finally gets to see the letter Ken had left for her and is stunned by its contents. In a state of shock she goes to see Eileen and tell her about the affair. Jason pays Colin a visit in hospital and is shocked by what he sees. He explains to Tina that despite what Colin did he is still his grandfather and a frail old man. He promises Colin that he will try and get Eileen to visit – but Eileen is determined to make Colin pay for what he did.
Still working on his master plan to get revenge on Gary Windass, David enlists Graeme's help in convincing Gary that David is a burglar.
