Summary: In a Victorian semi in Sheffield, we have Nigel and Sue Mallen in #36. They have been married for 11 years. Nigel is a dentist in the same practice as their neighbor Michelle.

Just around the corner, in a detached house, is Rav & Michelle. Rav is a doctor and Michelle is also a dentist. They have also been married for 11 years. Linda Barker helps Rav & Michelle with Nigel & Sue's guest room. They start out my pulling up the carpet and finding some rough floor boards. They sand those down. They take apart 2 bookshelf cabinet units to make one better one. They paint each wall in the room a different color - red, yellow, green, blue floor, and a purple ceiling. Andy also creates some hidden shelving.

Graham Wynne helps Nigel & Sue with Rav & Michelle's family room. Nigel reveals the color for the walls - a deep red. Graham covers the existing dark green ceiling with a white shade. They use a glaze to paint stripes on the wall, just a slight bit darker than the wall color itself - subtle stripes, he says. Graham copies on image on to acetate, then uses an overhead projector to put it on a canvas. Andy creates an ottoman with MDF and then it gets covered in fabric.… Expand
