Summary: We have our first all female teams in Leeds.

Our neighbors are just 3 doors apart in identical houses. We have Jennie, an art teacher, and Sarah, a buyer for a supermarket, in #31. They say their hobbies are smoking, drinking, and partying. Our neighbors are just 3 doors apart in identical houses. We have Jennie, an art teacher, and Sarah, a buyer for a supermarket, in #31. They say their hobbies are smoking, drinking, and partying. They want their living room redone.

We have two nurses, Susan in Karen in #25. They are desperate to get rid of the fireplace in their living room. They, too, are quite the party girls, and are renowned for their themed parties.

Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen helps Susan & Karen with Jennie & Sarah's living room. Laurence is thinking about a "Barbarella" look. The wall paint Laurence reveals is a bright purple and a lighter purple. He wants to do a fading effect up the walls with the colors. He uses a spray gun painter to achieve this. They also paint blocks of light color on the darker areas and dark color on the lighter areas to give it more of that 60s look. Andy creates a window seat for the room. Laurence uses an inflatable mattress as a chaise lounge and he accentuates the room with touches of metallics.

Graham Wynne is the designer on hand for Susan & Karen's living room. They begin by taking sledgehammers to the fireplace, which almost gets out of hand. Then they move to the wallpaper. These two projects take a large amount of time and it takes them awhile to get any paint on the walls. But when they do, they start with a terra-cotta base color. They will do a paint effect by adding lighter colors on top of that. They plaster over the remains of the fireplace, giving it an adobe look. Andy creates shelves that will be next to the fireplace. They apply mud rock to the shelves to look more in line with the fireplace.… Expand
