Diablo 3 feels at home on the Nintendo Switch. With a constant 60 fps and the availability to play anywhere, it's a great addition to the family. The only sad part is that sSeasonal can't be played offline and the controls sometimes feel a bit clunky.

This game plays well but there's a big lack of innovation. The multiplayer has shown some improvements but furthermore the game is exactly like you would expect.

The FIFA franchise claims the victory over the Pro Evolution Soccer series again this year. FIFA 11 is definitely the best football game available, at least for the next twelve months.

This is definitely the best PS Vita game so far! The game makes full use of all the motion possibilities that are available. Furthermore, Sackboy proves to be more than just a pretty face. The game contains enough innovative content and is so a lot of fun to play.

FIFA 13 did not become the most perfect football game ever, but the gameplay is still astonishing. Gamers should get this game for the online experience alone.

Warlords of Draenor disappointed a lot of fans, but Blizzard is back with Legion. The new areas look amazing and have a much bigger story, the Artifact Weapons add depth and Demon Hunters are awesome. Now we just need more content patches, Blizzard.

DOOM Eternal mostly offers more of the same, which is no punishment at all. The game only falls short in platforming activities. Fortunately, the main focus of the game is on slaughtering demons and there is no game that does it better than DOOM Eternal. Mixing the old with the new has proven to be a successful formula when developing games. More of the same please, thank you!

Joe Danger offers a fun ride through well designed and beautiful levels. It won't be a quick ride however, as the game has a high replay value. Still, you might get bored with doing the same stunts over and over again.

This game is fun to to play. The gameplay is addictive. However, 50 euros is way too much for an old game.

The Talos Principle is an essential game that every video game lover needs to add to their collection. Intrusive puzzles, a mysterious story and some philosophical questions about consciousness and being a human.

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit is a very good racing game that brings back the extreme arcade racing from the older games in the series. It's the Need for Speed we all used to know, covered in a brand new coating.

MachnineGames delivers with this port of one of 2024's greatest games, and fixes some of the bugs that detracted from Indy's fantastic adventure the first time around. This is the definitive way to play Indiana Jones and the Great Circle on a console.

The PS5 may not be the best place to play Hi-Fi Rush, since it seems to demand a lower latency than the regular Dualsense controllers offer. That being said, it's still an excellent game that's well worth your time. The music is top notch, the visuals are great and the gameplay is jam-packed with slick action. Just consider playing it on a different system or replacing your controller with one that's more high-end.

Housemarque knows how to develop good games. If you like twin stick shooters you should try Nex Machina. However, it's a bit chaotic when you play together. In the end it's still fun.

Nioh makes one of the best action-RPGs ever made. An immense amount of features combined in a challenging game, which will take more than 40 hours of your life. No regrets so far.

Whether it's fighting, exploring or binge-drinking, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 improves on its predecessor in nearly every way. Some technical issues hold it back from perfection, but it's definitely worthwhile to step into the armor of Henry of Skalitz for this brilliant RPG.

It's not common for an editor to beg a consumer to buy a game. This time I'm going to beg you to buy one of the greatest role playing games this year. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings definitely brings the RPG genre to a higher level. And damn, it's totally not linear either. Buy it!

Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition is the definitive version of a great game. It builds on popular games like Metroid and does this in a unique, colorfull style. If you skipped the original one, this is a great way to experience it.

Devil May Cry 5 is a fun new hack and slash entry in the series, but it doesn't deliver enough refreshment. This makes the action sometimes feel like you have been there before. But what a lovely place to be kicking demons' back to hell.

As with all Persona games, Persona 3 Reload takes its time, both with its 80 hour story and its slow progression throughout the ingame months. If that's your thing, then there's an amazing game here with an interesting story, fun characters and outstanding music. The combat doesn't always hold up, but it mostly does and it's fun when it works.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake might be an early contender for Game of the Year 2020 thanks to a wonderful retelling of an iconic game. While it's only the first part in a larger story, there is no denying that the reworked combat system, deep RPG mechanics and iconic characters feel right at home in 2020. The graphics and music themselves are art and with new elements in the story there is plenty of love to go around even when you’re not going after Shinra.
