Life is Strange 2 takes the familiar formula and delivers it on a grander scale while tackling difficult topics across the USA. If you're playing it for the story, you won't be disappointed but don't expect much from the gameplay.- Video Chums

Shovel Knight Dig may not be as fine-tuned as the original but it's still a ton of fun to dig deeper and deeper in its roguelike campaign. I definitely recommend it but try not to be disappointed if the fun is over within only a few hours like it was for me.- Video Chums

Although most of the games in Operation Night Strikers are quite basic, they're still a great deal of fun to play, especially if you have nostalgia for classic arcade light gun games. With its wealth of control options, I don't think you could ask for a better implemented collection.- Video Chums

As a huge fan of Scribblenauts, I'm happy to be able to enjoy more word-based mayhem even though the party formula becomes repetitive quite fast due to a limited variety of mini-games. You'll at least get a few hours of fun out of Scribblenauts Showdown but long-time fans such as myself will crave more classic sandbox fun after they experience all it has to offer.- Video Chums

LEGO Voyagers is an unforgettably lovely co-op adventure that's filled with heart, rewarding puzzles, and light platforming. It can be frustrating and a bit tedious at times but overall, there's so much variety and fun to be had that I still highly recommend playing it.- Video Chums

I absolutely love playing Cannon Dancer - Osman as it's one of the zaniest and most action-packed classic games ever created. At the same time, this re-release could have done much more to celebrate this arcade treasure.- Video Chums

Simply put, TY the Tasmanian Tiger HD will make you feel like it's 2002 all over again. For fans of retro 3D platformers, this is a wonderful thing although modern gamers may find it to be a bit too old-school to thoroughly enjoy.- Video Chums

As a long-time fan of Mega Man ever since the 8-bit days, I'm happy that Mega Man 11 retains a lot of what makes the series special. On the other hand, most of the classic magic is missing which is something that I hope Capcom brings back in Mega Man 12.- Video Chums

My gaming chum and I had a ton of fun with Contra: Operation Galuga and although it doesn't live up to classics such as the peak of run 'n' gun action, Hard Corps, there's certainly a lot to love here, especially with its varied assortment of playable characters.- Video Chums

I wouldn't say Evertried is a difficult game but it will challenge you to hone your strategic abilities more and more until you can tear through its many tricky floors like a champion. For that, it's a wonderful game but it still lacks in content and variety.- Video Chums

Alfred Hitchcock: Vertigo offers a story with many twists that I didn't see coming. If you can look past the general lack of polish and you're in the mood to relax and play something with little gameplay, you'll enjoy your time watching the story of Ed Miller unfold.- Video Chums

Star Hunter DX is an excellent shoot 'em up at its core with a motivating premise and thoroughly challenging gameplay. The fact that it's lacking in the content department makes me hope that a more fleshed-out sequel will arrive down the road.- Video Chums

Even though it's a bit of a disappointment, there's no denying that Yakuza 6: The Song of Life is a solid entry in Sega's epic series. Both fans and newcomers alike will find a lot to love about Kiryu's latest (and possibly final) kick ass adventure.- Video Chums

Even if you suffer from bone spurs, going to war as the kickass President Michael Wilson in Metal Wolf Chaos XD is supremely enjoyable. That being said, it can be rather unforgiving at times and some patience is required to learn its ins and outs.- Video Chums

The unnecessarily slow movement speed turns Forma.8 into a bit of a slog at times, especially during long straight passages and when backtracking. The combat, puzzles, and exploration are all quite enjoyable as is the trust in the player to solve problems without putting the answers directly in front of them. Overall, Forma.8 functions as a competent Metroidvania as long as you have plenty of patience.- Video Chums

I think it's fantastic that the developers completely remade 2020's Missile Command: Recharged and their efforts definitely show as it's a much-improved iteration and a super-enjoyable take on Atari's classic arcade game. See you on the leaderboards, chum.- Video Chums
