If you love any of the associated franchises, it's worth giving the game a go, at least for a little while, but it's too bad that the lessons learned in the core Kingdom Hearts games seem to have been ignored here.

If you’ve been able to put up with the UI annoyances and performance problems of most of the simulator games released on Switch thus far, you’ll probably get on with Electrician Simulator well enough. It does a reasonably good job of offering the experience it promises, with the usual compromises for the sake of playability. Those interested in this game would do well to play this on PC if they have the option, but as far as the Switch version goes this is, regrettably, on par with most such games on the platform.

This could be a unique collecting-and-battling game, and instead it exists a singleplayer-focused experience, trying to monetize through little advantages here and there.

If you can get past the spotty controls, Deadmans Run is an adequate racer with enough meat in its campaign to offer genre fans something to try.

Tunnel of Doom passes the time well enough, but it doesn’t do much more than that. While its blend of elements is interesting at first, it often undercuts its own ideas and ultimately ends up being very repetitive. Too many of the encounters can be handled with the same simple strategy, and it’s rare for the game to show any real teeth. A bit of story could have served as an extra carrot, but the game has little to offer in that regard as well. It’s worth taking a trip or two through, but it lacks the necessary elements to keep you coming back

For optimal enjoyment of Ultima Forever, it’s best to play on an iPhone 5. Party members may still lag out and disappear, but you’ll have less frame issues. For the freemium price, I’m all on board for this Ultima MMO. When I’m in a solid party, I can’t put this game down. There’s too much to do and tons of reasons to go back into old dungeons and farm for better loot. Hopefully, with subsequent patches the frame issues will slowly disappear.

Despite the periodic time-suck doldrums, I found myself playing the game much longer than I ever expected.

Super UFO Fighter is enjoyable for a short while, but in testing this with my family we’d had our fill after about a half hour. The gameplay got stale quickly, and every match started to feel the same. The single player mode exhausts its ideas equally quickly, and while I appreciate that there is an online multiplayer mode here, I wasn’t able to find a single opponent in all of my attempts. I didn’t have a bad time playing the game, but it’s all just too thin to recommend regardless of whether you mean to play alone or with others.

Kung Fu Panda 2 delivers two games which, although not as good as the originals, are well implemented casual games, which are fun to play.

It plays well enough, it has a nice sense of style to it, and it doesn’t overstay its welcome in terms of how far its mechanics will go. But if those jokes don’t land for you, know that they will never stop for the rest of the game. Consider how much of a problem that will be for you before wading in.

Considering the fact that the online arena space on mobile devices is limited, Fright Fight is a noble inaugural effort for the studio, and delivers a decent fighting game with an agreeable price of entry. I just wish a little more polish went into it, there were more fighters to choose from, and it was a premium title with everything included.

Now, while the game is gorgeous and ends on a high note, Broken Age Part 1 on its own is hard to recommend. I'm not disregarding the entire game – with Part 2, it could wind up being something great. But just Part 1? I'd wait for the whole thing to release.

Ultimately, Runaway: A Road Adventure is a beautiful looking, average sounding, and at times, many times, frustrating experience. It's a worthy addition to the collection if you're into the old 'point and click' and it certainly isn't bad… just keep in mind that it has a lot of flaws, some to do with the original design, some to do with the transition to mobile devices.

Sometimes you need to punch something, and Unstoppable Fist is good for those times. Five or ten minutes of being down chickens and scorpions can cure any woe, especially if you let yourself sink into the absurdity of it all. But for longer-term excitement, you should probably look elsewhere. There's only so far a dude standing on a trashcan can go.

I personally found it more satisfying tangling with Springtrap in the third game from a gameplay point of view, and I was really disappointed about the lack of mini-games, especially for a game that has been hyped as a final chapter of sorts.

This release puts a thematically-appropriate wrapper around the puzzles, presenting your Knight as a ninja making its stealthy escape through the pieces “guarding" the path. That theme helps a little bit, but at the end of it all you’re still just flogging away at another set of chess puzzles. Even with how similar it is to previous games, there’s still some enjoyment to be had here. I’m not sure how many more of these the world needs, though.

If you're in the mood for an unpolished stealth game with a weird sense of humor that's hit or miss, Agent Awesome is a decent flawed experience that's good for a rainy day. Just don't expect a whole lot from it and you'll be fine.

While not perfect, - the somewhat drawn out nature of the early stages of the game can be a little boring for folks who pick up on this sort of thing quickly, Quell:Memento is certainly worth checking out, especially if you like a little personality with your puzzlers.

The game is decidedly dated for numerous reasons, and although the game was a trailblazer for its time, the touch screen controls don't really lend themselves very well to a precision platformer.

Seed is a lengthy RPG that may appeal to the diehard fans of the genre, but will likely prove too frustrating and tedious for those looking for a refined and accessible RPG experience.

Knight vs Giant: The Broken Excalibur has some things going for it, and it can certainly be entertaining at times. The problem is that it has too little seasoning to sprinkle over too little meat, leaving large portions of it flavorless. When the field is as crowded on Switch as it is for these top-down roguelite action games, it’s hard to vigorously recommend something that leaves you fighting off the yawns for so much of its runtime.

Overall, TNA Wrestling Impact seems to have a lot of potential, but ultimately fails in overall execution, which seems to be par for the course for most wrestling games– Especially in the mobile world.

Flame Keeper may eventually end up being a great example of the roguelite genre, but in this unfinished form it’s just too slight to give too much attention to. You can easily see everything worth seeing in a couple of hours, and while that’s not bad bang for the buck, it’s not great relative to other games of this sort that you can pick up for a similar price. As I say from time to time, I can’t review an unknown future. I can only look at what is here in front of me now, and in that context Flame Keeper is just okay.

    DvO
Perhaps the biggest issue with DvO is simply that the game is too slow. Units plod along at a very sluggish pace, with only the special "fast" units seeming to move at an appropriate speed. Even early battles seem to drag on, and as you get further into the campaign and the likelihood of temporary stalemates rise, missions take forever. Even worse, there aren't any ways to speed up the gameplay, meaning each map starts painstakingly slow as you're initially collecting minerals.

I like puzzles. So there was nothing stopping me from continuing through each of the 120-plus levels. They kept me entertained, but I just never felt like any of the puzzles were a real challenge. Puzzle games should offer you the chance to believe that you’re doing something slick or outwitting the game.
