If there are huge differences between the console and PSP versions of Frogger, I didn't catch them. The gameplay and challenge are still a problem, and as such, I'll happily give them the same score.

Too many changes seek to make the game frustrating rather than something new. The ideas are sound, but the execution just isn't there.

A combat sequence here, an elaborate puzzle there - Arthur earns no originality merit, but damn if it doesn't come together well. Just bare through those first 10 minutes.

Quite possibly the prettiest game I’ve ever seen...But presentation isn’t really the problem here. It’s the gameplay.

A puzzle game that doesn't do puzzles all that great, but does feature a nifty offbeat plot and a world populated with eccentric characters. The art style is eye-catching, but the UI doesn't fit well with the PS3.

High Velocity Bowling is far, far better than you'd think it initially seems. I've little doubt that this review will probably be one of the highest-rated of the bunch on most aggregate sites, but I honestly think it's a simple matter of going into the game with an open mind.

Magic Ball is fun enough while it lasts, but it'll only last you a weekend or so at most.

There was an obvious attempt at dispensing some decent puzzles and plenty of skewed humor and while the humor works, the overall game just doesn’t.

A bit of imbalance here is a bit ironic considering the themes of the game, but it's true. The storyline does help lift things up to the point of being better than your average RPG, but that doesn't mean the game isn't without significant faults.

It would be easy to call Jewel Summoner a good PSP RPG simply because there have been so many blah ones over the past couple years, but it really does stand as a solid beginning for what is planned to be a fairly ambitious take on a new Okada universe.

R isn’t a horrible game, and if you actually get a bit used to the controls it’s absolutely playable, but the whole idea is that you shouldn’t have to get used to a racing game’s controls unless it’s as rewarding as, say, "Gran Turismo."

Knowing that this would otherwise be a great portable platforming, its sad to see Ape Escape: On the Loose plagued by poor camera and controls and suffer in quality as a result. The charm and enjoyment is all here if you can tolerate the pesky technical difficulties.

Inferno Pool may well end up being one of the hidden gems of the PlayStation Network.

Carnival Island does exactly what it claims to on the box: it offers a compelling (and challenging) set of carnival-themed mini-games, a light story and offers the perfect all-ages showcase for the Move. If you have a Move, you want this game.

The improvements and additions make it a far more enjoyable prospect to newcomers than the PSP version was, and it may even be enough for those that gave up on the original to at least give the game a rental to see how things have improved.

    A worthy $20 PSN download.

This is a perfect example of a game being lesser than the sum of its parts. Solid graphics and sound, arguably the best control in the series, and some decent missions don't excuse crap online and too many bland objectives.

Meeting the unique demands of Rocket Racing can be maddening, but there is great satisfaction in triumph. With a little perseverance, a lot of entertainment can be extracted from this small package.

Don't get me wrong, the game is fun and a filled online match is second to none. With some better decisions this game could have been special, instead it's forgettable and will likely be abandoned. Sitting in lobbies is not the definition of a good time.

I really wish the storyline left me feeling like I'd accomplished something. And the game is like a big fetch-and-make quest over and over again. But you still find yourself wanting to play just one more day.

If you have a heart then get into the PlayStation Store and give No Gravity: The Plague Of Mind a chance, despite its many faults. Just don't expect to be blown away.

Aliens vs Predator does nothing to revolutionize the genre or the franchise, but does provide a few visceral moments of pure action as well as offering a little bit of variety in it's multiplayer offerings.

It's primarily a multiplayer experience, but what's here is also just different enough to really stand out -- and better still to give the Warriors franchise a breath of fresh air.

Code Veronica is NOT for everyone, but longtime fans of the series will appreciate Capcom completing the collection digitally. The last of the old-school Resident Evils won't appeal to modern gamers, unfortunately.

I’ve never really seen a game that so obviously and yet so hilariously heaps on the innuendo. Sucking blood is such a thinly veiled euphemism that you can’t help but laugh at the fact that someone actually made a game like this.

A budget game through and through, it still manages to tell an interesting story but the whole experience is brought down by technical limitations and uninspired puzzle solving. The game would have felt out of date a decade ago.

Far, far better than the odds would suggest, and though it's not all perfect, what's there is certainly worth picking up if you enjoyed the movie and want something to play with the kids.

There's a lot of content to be had for the sticker price, but you'll have to fight some horrid controls to enjoy it, which pretty much ensures that you won't enjoy it, doesn't it?

Severed is two more hours of typical Dead Space 2 gameplay served alongside a decent story that revolves around losing a loved one. It works, though due to a painful lack of surprises is definitely nothing you couldn't live without.

Dungeon crawls live or die by their longevity, and sadly this is not a game with staying power. It's fun, yes, and markedly improved since the last game, but the combat has to be more varied and visceral, and the presentation just a little more refined.
