I wanted to like ModNation Racers, but it's simply missing... something. Yes, the controls hurt things, but I can't escape the feeling that the PSP port simply doesn't have the soul of its PS3 counterpart.- TotalPlayStation

Still, here's a thought, Ignition: release the game with tweaked controls, a fully working camera and tilt support for the PlayStation Network. On the PS3 and for a good $10, the game could be one of those titles that everyone has just to properly show off the SIXAXIS.- TotalPlayStation

Its funky bugs, ho-hum core plot and flat, unrewarding ending keep me from recommending it to everyone, but the amazing graphics, unrelentingly sharp dialogue and fantastic score keep it high enough that I can say it’s a definite rental.- TotalPlayStation

Don’t be mistaken into thinking this is a ridiculously deep racer, but for a pure arcade experience, you’ll find little else that offers this type of racing fun, and actually uses the oft-wasted Star Wars license in a compelling way.- TotalPlayStation

As a compilation, this is a nicely rounded collection of classic games, presented flawlessly and filled with just enough bonuses to satisfy the hardcore fans. Not all the games are great, but the total package is well worth the price.- TotalPlayStation

Gravity Crash is not for everyone, but if you have ever become emotional about the high score list on an arcade machine, it could be the right game for you. If you’re a whippersnapper to whom arcades are an ancient myth, then it may just piss you off.- TotalPlayStation

It’s funny, but I swear Aerial Assault looks better than Tribes 2 PC. The levels aren’t as big because of memory limitations, but the game looks just as good everywhere else.- TotalPlayStation

You’ll pay the price for the presentation in, on average, about 30 second load times the first time you get to a level, but you get to play Pong while you wait, so who’s counting?- TotalPlayStation

Without the graphical chutzpah of the PC or even Xbox versions, Max feels like a deflated, stripped-down, hack of his former self. If you don’t have access to a PC or an Xbox, this is still definitely worth checking out as it’s a short but sweet experience, just know that there are far better options out there.- TotalPlayStation

An utterly average RPG gets an average score. Fantastic visuals and killer sound effects can't hide the fact that this is a marathon most gamers won't be able to finish.- TotalPlayStation

Few games allow as candid and open-armed a tour of just what went into making a series as this. It's absolutely worth every cent, and I can only hope that Eat, Sleep, Play's future efforts are this packed with information about the process.- TotalPlayStation

If you're a fan of the series, it's a no-brainer, but if you've been turned off in the past by the focus on the multiplayer aspect, the buggy AI and questionable graphics aren't going to sell you very much.- TotalPlayStation

The BIGS is great stuff. It's not imposing -- despite the stature of the players in the game -- it's not overly technical, nor is it terribly shallow. No, the game won't give any baseball sims a run for their money, but it is a blast.- TotalPlayStation

This game delivers one of the better RPG experiences on the PSP console. It is put together well and gives you quite a bang for your buck, just make sure you aren't a casual gamer.- TotalPlayStation

Remember Me has outstanding art direction, storytelling and sound design that help to compensate for gameplay that is a bit linear and gets stale late in the game. Sometimes style is enough even without too much substance.- TotalPlayStation

As good as the Getaway is, it needs more powerful hardware to really deliver the kind of punch the game has the potential to administer.- TotalPlayStation

Basic and unassuming, this is an RPG for gamers that love RPGs. No complex battle system, no hugely epic storyline, just old-school goodness by the fistful.- TotalPlayStation

You'd think after almost a half-dozen games, the Warriors franchise would get a little old, but the injection of Japanese flavor and history into an already familiar stew just makes it all the more irresistible.- TotalPlayStation

It also represents one of the first games I've played in a long time that's truly something for both kid and adult, and I'll be giving a copy to my nephew this Christmas in the hopes that it'll help bridge the gap between the business side of his father's day-to-day operations and the passion that my nephew has for games.- TotalPlayStation

Off The Record is the way Dead Rising 2 should have been to begin with. But the lack of improvements to the aging gameplay, it is clear that this game is a quick repressing that didn't get the love it truly deserved.- TotalPlayStation

It’s doubtful we’ll ever get another UMD so loaded with extras. Interviews, movies, hidden clips, a slideshow, music videos. There’s a ton of stuff to find here, and most of it is directly related to the games themselves.- TotalPlayStation

A seriously impressive entry on a system some may think couldn't really do the series justice, MotorStorm: Arctic Edge is exactly what you expect from the franchise, just minus the soundracks, photos and online. Still good, though.- TotalPlayStation

They did it. Capcom sucessfully updated the series without destroying what was good about the classics. I'll always bemoan the loss of the Maximo team, as they actually translated things into full 3D perfectly, but this is a nice in-between.- TotalPlayStation

There's nothing like Resonance of Fate out there anywhere. Sure, that means this new merging of turn-based and real-time battles has a few stumbles here and there, but for a first effort in an emerging genre, this is one hell of a debut.- TotalPlayStation

Cheeky, scrappy, and rough around the edges, Gotham City Impostors entertains, often in spite of itself. Anyone who likes multiplayer shooters, but finds the more popular ones too intense for their liking should give this one a look.- TotalPlayStation

It's Sudoku. Carol Vorderman -- someone you probably don't know -- presents it and gives you little tips. That's it, man. Yes, it's fun, but then Sudoku is fun, so hey, if you need a new fix to get your fix on the road... you're set. If not, well... um.- TotalPlayStation
