Strania has its hands deep in the ashes of fourth generation consoles – it feels warm and welcoming but lacks the innovation and punch of current titles, and by aiming for a core fan-base alienates itself from the wider audience.

Like good frosting on a slightly stale cake. It's good and it's sweet at times, but it's awfully dry and hollow.

A game that vastly improves upon its predecessor. The King of Fighters 2006 features a huge roster of playable characters and a fairly detailed storyline to back it up.

It's sad you'll spend more of your time fighting to make sense of it rather than simply fighting with your friends.

It brings more than its fair share of content to the table but fails to ever truly distinguish itself as more than an average mini golf title.

It's too bad that everything outside of the sniping is so mediocre.

It doesn't entirely make sense as a whole product. The best thing that can be said is it's the best Tony Hawk Robomodo's made.

The controls are confusing and encumbering but they're not impossible to get used to so, given a bit of dedication you might just find that you budding generals out there might get all the right buttons pushed with this game.

Why, Sega? Why did you do this? Why did you botch what was potentially the most amazing Sonic game of this generation? All that can be done is to hope the next attempt succeeds where this failed so horribly.

The camera does not work well enough to capture everyone on screen at any one time. Much of the game was spent battling with the camera, in open spaces, spinning it around to find where the other unseen opponents were. It gets worse within enclosed spaces, when there’s little room to maneuver.

Simply put, Rotastic is on the wrong platform. Its casual foundations are squarely rooted in the iPhone market and it's a shame that it has gone for the console market instead.

Air Traffic Chaos is by no means a must-have game, but more a quirky one at that which should provide a worthwhile distraction from the heavyweight titles such as Advance Wars and Zelda.

Too Human had a lot to live up to after 10 years of imaginings and re-imaginings, and it's sad that a game which was slated for greatness fell so far from it.

It’s a Lego game, by and large, disguised as a lite RTS title. Whatever it is, Lego Battles is still a fairly good game, but these complaints keep it from being anything more than that.

For those of you looking for that one great RPG for your DS collection, this game might be your answer. While the game slows down at certain points and has a fair amount of difficulty, it’s still a force to be reckoned with.

Overall, though, Aliens vs. Predator is a dream game for fans of the source material and, despite lacking a slick coat of whiz-bang graphical polish, ranks as one of the most unique and absorbing first-person titles for the PS3.

Despite developer Vanpool's best efforts to do something stylish and new, they're unable to deliver fully on their vision in a cohesive way and Dillon's Rolling Western falls just short of being that standout defining game on the eShop.

Today this game acts as a historical piece. It lets you see where the franchise came from, and why the revision that Resident Evil 4 brought to the series was so necessary.

Though a little slow at times, unique gameplay at incredibly quirky characters will provide plenty of entertainment. Depending on how you play, you could be in for a remarkable stealth game or a tense, action packed crusade against your giant prey.

It's far too long and tedious, allowing us to save along the way, when its old school appeal would have been better served by fewer levels, no saves and less repetition.

After experiencing The Godfather II in its entirety, it’s impossible to deny that this is an unfinished, irrational product that fails to capitalise on the license which has been well and truly worn out after two poor iterations.

Chaos Legion is one of the great unsung brawlers of the PS2. So the story is cliched beyond belief. So the characters are forgettable. Maybe its presentation could have been executed better. Big deal. The game is overflowing with some of the toughest brawling action you’ll ever face.

The Testament of Sherlock Holmes isn't so much a detective game, but a puzzle title, one that limits its audience given its difficult old skool approach. On top of that, its outdated graphics and terrible frame rate asks more of its players to swallow before taking things seriously.

A brilliant game. It combines the classic sci-fi cliché of giant robot battles with the obsessive tinkering of real world mechanics. Anyone who enjoys computers, cars, or other machinery will get a kick out of the customization aspect (from body parts to paint jobs) and mecha enthusiasts, will, well... love blowing the crap out of everything.
