Pizza Parking is a game which would have greatly benefited from better controls. As it is, it’s a little more difficult than it ought to be.- Switch Player

SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech is beautifully driven forward by a touching and humorous story, while its engaging card-based battle system will keep you entertained. Once the experience is over, though, there is little replay value. Overall, another excellent addition to the SteamWorld franchise.- Switch Player

Blaster Master Zero 2 is a wonderful if sometimes difficult platformer that makes good as a sequel to one of the Switch’s earliest hidden gems. It’s by no means expensive, either; it’s definitely a game worth picking up.- Switch Player

V-Rally 4 aims to be a solid sim racer on Switch comparable to its PS4 and Xbox One counterparts, but the limited power of Nintendo’s hybrid console sees it spinning its wheels too often.- Switch Player

Unravel Two is a fun and unique (as far as the Switch goes) puzzle-platformer that feels right at home on the console. This is a great choice for playing together with any member of your family.- Switch Player

Though the content and concept of My Time at Portia is sublime, having the potential to enslave your attention for months to come, the Switch port lacks the polish and love it so desperately deserves. Should quality of life fixes be implemented, this will certainly be worth sinking your time into. For now, not so much.- Switch Player

The Lost Light of Sisu is a fantastically fun puzzle platformer that perfects its simple mechanics. It is accessible and stylish, but lacking in some minor features and adjustments that would have made it a more fulfilling experience.- Switch Player

BOXBOY! + BOXGIRL! is the best offering in the series so far, and a fine entry point for those without a 3DS. Co-op play is a neat new addition – though the experience is rather familiar for those who have played a BOXBOY! title before.- Switch Player

With the body of an AAA title and the soul of an independent game, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice presents a poignant narrative about mental illness. It is one of the most impressive games on Switch, both due to its visuals and its one-of-a-kind experience.- Switch Player

This is a card game aimed at Dragon Ball diehards, with enough depth, creativity and fan service to keep the fans entertained. It does suffer visually, and those not into the series may want to give this one a miss.- Switch Player

Combining resource-management and strategy gameplay in a procedurally-generated universe, Out There: Ω The Alliance provides hours of entertainment. It’s not a hardcore experience, but a great choice if you’re looking for something new.- Switch Player

The Padre‘s visuals and controls undo what could have been in interesting take on horror. It’s one to avoid, we’re afraid.- Switch Player

Boasting a wonderful story that is sadly betrayed by repetitive gameplay and an unfair system in which dying means a huge loss of progress, RemiLore: Lost Girl in the Lands of Lore is only recommended if you’re serious about your dungeon crawling experiences.- Switch Player

The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 is a laugh-filled adventure game that’ll have you chuckling away at its parody of the fantasy genre. It might sometimes stay too faithful to its point-and-click forebears, but its world and characters are utterly charming.- Switch Player

Cuphead’s exquisite visuals and jazzy soundtrack perfectly transfers over to Switch, though you’ll need to be up for the challenge to appreciate most of its rewards. Most importantly, this game may be the start of a beautiful friendship between Nintendo and Microsoft.- Switch Player

With simple controls but difficult to master, OlliOlli: Switch Stance is a terrific bundle giving you the best modern skating games around. Even if you manage to ace all of its challenges, competing against players on daily leaderboards will be sure to keep you hooked.- Switch Player

Yoshi is back with a pleasant and relaxing adventure. It tends to stay on the easy side, and co-op can be a frustrating endeavour, but for the most part Crafted World is a joy, and just plain fun.- Switch Player

The thrill of conquering a rogue-like is found here in SKYHILL. It does rely on luck and randomisation a little too heavily, but it will still leave you saying “just one more run” before too long.- Switch Player

Nidhogg 2 is a madcap, tug-of-war fighter that shines in its simplicity. It improves on the original in almost every way, adding in new weapons, stages, and customisation options that bring what made the first special further into the forefront.- Switch Player

HumaNature have executed the retro revitalisation of ToeJam & Earl exactly in the way that backers will have wanted. Whilst it might not be a revolutionary game in 2019, the updated features and trimmings are more than enough to keep fans of the series happy.- Switch Player

RICO won’t blow your mind with a gripping story, complicated characters and a questionable love triangle. What does do is provide a grab ‘n’ go title that’s fun to blast through with a friend on and offline with enough to keep you going for a decent amount of time.- Switch Player

While Trüberbrook suffers from a handful of technical issues and some occasionally sluggish gameplay, the story, atmosphere, and dry humour make for a largely enjoyable experience. However, if you don’t already love point-and-clicks, this one won’t change your mind.- Switch Player

Professional Farmer: Nintendo Switch Edition is a painfully realistic farming sim, with a lot on offer for hardcore micro-managers. Exceptionally flawed technically, this is as bland and repetitive as a game can get, and it isn’t recommended.- Switch Player
