Mecho Tales is a beautiful game that takes homage from classic platform games such as Mega Man, sadly its dull gameplay doesn't quite match the effort put into the designs of the characters and worlds leaving a mediocre adventure in its wake.

If you're looking for a first sports fix for the Nintendo Switch, sadly RBI Baseball 2017, the first sports title to come out on it (after NBA Playgrounds, at least) isn't the one you should go after. With FIFA, NBA and WWE on the way, chances are you'd get far more bang for your buck from going with them.

Despite accurately interpreting a respected franchise and having solid foundations for a fighting game, Touhou Kobuto V: Burst Battle delivers a slither of content that is not only disappointingly lacklustre. but also unwelcoming for newcomers and littered with inconsistencies and glitches that further hinder the quality of the experience. Local multiplayer is where this may redeem itself, but even that's stretching it for a retail game. For the price, it's not something I'd recommend.

It's another rushed effort from 2K Games which botches the launch of an eagerly anticipated title. It's so frustrating because WWE 2K18 is packed with content and could have been truly special, if a little more care had been applied. Maybe a patch can salvage this release but for now you want to avoid it.

JCB Pioneer: Mars is slow-paced and won’t be for everyone. There’s a lack of real excitement – this is more about the long game as you build up a base – very, very slowly.

Fantasy Hero Unsigned Legacy should be an additive title with plenty to keep you coming back for countless hours. Sadly, problems throughout the title make this a hard one to love. You may find some enjoyment, but it likely won't be worth the trouble.

Thud Card is a complicated card game with very poor instructions and a lack of interesting reasons to return to the game, it's hard to see anyone having an enjoyable time with this game and as such I couldn't recommend anyone going out of their way to try Thud Card.

Back in 1995 emulates elements of classic survival-horror from the 90s, but what it provides is as much a reflection on them as it is a recreation. A short but insightful look into the past.

Superola and The Lost Burgers is a game that attempts to use Memes to make itself relevent and instead ends up being a good case for why the eShop needs better quality control, unless you absolutely love memes there's absolutely nothing here worth seeing.
